Conversion of a PDF to a Excel file have not recognized that the original is in a Wide format and the Excel file is useless. How to fix it?

Our company is currently using Adobe Reader DC. We generate PDF files directly from Quickbook (Premiere 2015) and convert the file to DOC/DOCX for editing purposes.It was working fine until last month, now all of new PDF files we attempt to convert to Word gives results of missing bars and not able to put cursor below for next page.QB is saying they cannot detect any issues in our software and as long as PDF is generating fine it is not their issue. I have tried paying a IT service for single incident fix but three different technicians could not resolve this issue. (they even had me reinstall the entire OFFICE) It was converting fine for several years. I do not understand what triggered the change since last month.PLEASE ADVISE!! Regrettably the problem I am encountering does not seem to be included in any of Adobe’s predetermined options intended to channel enquiries/questions to particular subject matters. The problem I have is that I am unable to convert PDF Files into either Word or Excel Online. The issue at hand is that I do not have the “Adobe Export PDF/ Adobe PDF Pack” Tool/App.Regrettably in trying to purchase the “Tool/App” I keep getting the automated response/advice to the effect that : “Sorry, this product is not available in your country”Would be so kind as to advise when the “Tool/App” would be available for purchase in Southern Africa???

how do I get to edit my document when I sign into adobe reader, the edit feature will not work.

pdf to word conversion causes some segments of the PDF to be turned into objects in word.  Content is still there, but within a text box. - any ideas?

nothing that a forum will help. I susbscribe to the conversion service, but many conversions are corrupt. in particular, whole blocks of text are dropped, and not included in the final word document. This post is to alert the Adobe staff responsible, since there is no other way to do so

I used to be able to sign in and be directed right to the page to convert a pdf to word document.  Now when I sign in, I can't find that page. 

I have a five page .pdf that I wish to export to Word.  Everything seems to go fine until I look at the Word document.  It's blank.  What can I do?

I have tried to convert web page to PDF and have gotten only the picture on the web page or a doc full of gibberish.

Do I have to pay to make Adobe print?  Some words do, some don't, numbers not at all.  These are attachments coming from email.

Hi, I have Adobe PDF pack online and when I select "organize pages" it forwards me to helpdesk...does it mean I don't have the Extract feature in my pack? How can I extract pages with my pack?thanks
