Adobe Acrobat Online

I was just using Export PDF just fine and now it messes up the layout.  When I view it online, the file is fine.  When I download it the layout is changed. Did something change?  I've tried restarting Word, Adobe, my computer.

Hey Guys,I keep getting the error below when trying to upload to the combine PDF section. Tried restarting with no luck. Thoughts? I ran windows defender and did not detect an error.

Just downloaded Adobe and trying to convert a small pdf file to Word and keep getting file conversion error.  I've tried rebooting my system and tried converting other files and get same error.  Any suggestions?

I can only download my bank statements in pdf format.I want to convert the data to excel.I just purchased the conversion upgrade to Acrobat Reader.I have the latest version installed (15,017,20050)The conversion process appears to work, but the downloaded excel file has missed converting at least one page of the pdf.Fixes I have tried:I went to the Adobe cloud website and ran the conversion from there - same bad result.I reinstalled Acrobat Reader DC latest version - again same bad resultsI converted to a Word doc - but result seems to be pages of pictures - not converted to textTech support - please help.Or if you cant I will want a refund.Peter Fox

Adobe won’t let me convert pdf to word. Keeps taking me to subscription page despite being logged in and having purchased a subscription in Oct for 12 month. I see others users having the same problem with adobe not giving an answer on how to resolve this issue

I have tried to cancel my subscription and Adobe account but the cancel plan option does not appear on my screen.I have followed carefully all instructions. Sadly on 4 different PC the cancel option does not appear on my screen. I am inclined to think this is not by chance. I do not want to renew my account and want to have both my account and subscription fully removed. Can the Tech Support or the CS assist me with this? I have already tried to contact them though unsuccessfully! Please reply me!

I use "Create PDF" from the Adobe PDF Services website to which I am subscribed.I converted a ppt to pdf and the pdf was 1.4mb. I made a new vesrion of the ppt changing only one thing: I deleted 3 letters from the ppt.Converted the new version again and it results in a pdf of 6 mb.Tried many times again, same result.Tried also converting other ppt and these also now convert to much larger pdfs then before.Why???Edit:In between the conversion I made yesterday and the one of today the website crashed and I had to log in again.I now checked and see that yesterday a different version was used than today:Yesterday:PDF Producer: Adobe PDF LIbrary 18.9.66PDF Version: 1.5 (Acrobat 6.x)Today:PDF Producer: Adobe PDF Library 18.11.40PDF Version 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x)So probably the reason for my problem is that after the site had crashed and restarted it installed an ""upgraded"" version which for me renders the whole thing useless and I might as well cancel my subscription.I need it because I need to

I've tried converting a PDF to a Word doc but it only converts 4 pages and those 4 pages are jumbled up. It says there are 2445 words but there aren't that many in the 4 pages. This PDF started as a powerpoint presentation and was converted to PDF so maybe that has something to do with it.Any ideas?Thanks,A

Hello everybody,I have the following issue: when I try to export a .pdf document to word the app says I need to subscribe the service for 2 fr per month, even if I already have a yearly subscription that is automatically renovated every year.If I try to subscribe again it says that I already have a subscription that will end in June 2017.It used to work perfectly, even if last time I needed it was some months ago, so I'm not sure about when it started to have this problem.I upgraded the iOS to 10.0.2 and tried to erase the app and reinstall again but nothing changed.Thank you for any help you may give meCris 🙂

I keep getting a conversion failure message.  I receive the same file from the same company everyday and some times it works and sometimes it gives me the error message.  Customer support told me to upgrade to the pro and i have the same issue

Using ExportPDF cloud service, I have several years of VISA credit card statements in .pdf format, all downloaded from my bank's website.  All convert successfully except one.  July 2012 fails to completely convert.  Sometimes the July conversion "times-out", so no file is available for download, sometimes detail is missing if a file is created by ExportPDF.  I get the same failed results whether I run the July 2012 conversion from Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)   or if I run conversion of the same file from Acrobat Reader DC, Continuous release | Version 2018.009.20050.  I can successfully convert any other VISA statement file using either Chrome or Reader before or after a failed July 2012 conversion.  Any thoughts on a work around or how to fix the problem?

I run Windows 10 Pro and just reinstall the most current Reader DC.
