When attaching files to an email message to send as Adobe Document Cloud links, I continue to get the message "You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with an Adobe ID."I have a full subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and I am always signed in.Sometimes it works, sometimes I get this message. The only thing that fixes it is doing a repair on the install of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Then re-starting Microsoft Outlook. Then it works for a few times.....until it happens again. Is there a permanent fix for this problem? I'm on Windows 10 and a Microsoft Office 365 subscription (so latest version).
This is what it looks like... App is up to date, using a 2021 MBP.
It keeps telling me I have to buy the program. I pay for the Cloud on a monthly subscription and I really need to get this file converted so I can make changes for a meeting tomorrow!
The discover panel on the leftside of the screen everytime I open a document on the website version. Is there anyway I can turn it off? I have to double click everything to get out of it and its getting really frustrating.
Our office uses Sharepoint to store our documents. This doesn't happen all of the time, but I am finding a few documents that I can open in Sharepoint online and then I can open in Adobe document cloud, but when I click to Open in Desktop App, I just get unending loading swirl. I can download just fine, but since we have multiple users making edits to the same pdf documents, downloading is not a solution. When we can view on desktop version, not only is there more functionality, but Sharepoint will "check out" the document so no other users can edit at the same time. Any suggestions?
You can customize your community profile by clicking your profile avatar and Editing Your Community profile. Your profile picture and screen name will appear on the content you publish and in your private messages. You can update your profile picture. You can pick a new custom screen name or have the system auto-generate a new screen name for you. The information you enter in the signature section will appear in your posts. Using the toggles, you can display your online status and make recent activity on your profile public. Information under the “Add more to your profile” section can be edited and made public only when you enable the toggle “Show all information on Community Profile.” This is your public profile information from Adobe products and services such as Behance and Lightroom. Updating this information will propagate everywhere. Enter or edit your First Name and Last Name. Ent
I have multiple contacts that I need to send the same document to and have been sending the document out in groups of less than 50 at a time. I can send to five or six groups, and then Adobe gets stuck processing with a spinning loop. The loop keeps spinning for hours and never finishes. If I refresh the page, I can start the process over again but get stuck at the same spinning circle. If I close and re-open the browser, I get the same circle, and if I open adobe up in an in private window, I still get the same spinning circle. My subscription level is Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. Please resolve this issue.
I try to open some pdf files with adobe acrobat 8 on an Windows 11 PC, but receive the error:There was an error opening this document . The file is damaged and could not be repaired. if I try to open them with adobe reader IX it works. Also if I try to open them on a PC with Windows 10 using Adobe 8 Standard, I can do that.Any idea why I receive that error?
I have recently started having issue where I am no longer able to drag any Acrobat file to a 2nd monitor regardless of which computer I am using (Windows 10). I'm wondering if this could be something with my account somehow as a co-worker is able to do this easily on the same computer. I'm at a loss as this is affecting my ability to do everything I need to do at work. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I recently created an infographic in illustrator and pulled it into Adobe Acrobat Pro to activate some roll over/hover pop up info, but can't seem to find a way to create an embed code that would allow for the interactivity on our CMS. Any suggestions?
I have been trying to save and send a template through Adobe Sign for over a month and continue to get an error message that reads: "Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits." I have redone the form 4 times now and tried several different methods to get the form to work, but with no luck. Any ideas?
I've had problems before with combining Word files in Acrobat Pro but this is a new one - when I drag in files the first page appears and the rest are blank. When I try on the cloud version it works, but on my desktop app, they come in as blanks. Can anyone help at all?
I am using MS Word 2013 on Windows 7. I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installed as well, which is set as the default reader for .pdf files on my machine. (I also have Adobe Reader XI installed). When I attempt to embed a .pdf file as an object inside of a Word doc (or an Excel spreadsheet), I receive the following error:This functionality used to work fine in earlier versions of Adobe tools. From what research I have done on the web, it looks like this became an issue sometime around Adobe Acrobat/Reader v9, and it may be security-related. I tried some of the suggested fixes (e.g., removing various security settings at startup of Adobe Acrobat or Reader), but unfortunately, none have fixed the issue. I am able to embed any other file types (e.g., .doc, .txt, etc.) with no issue. I have found that if I completely uninstall both Acrobat and Reader, then I can embed a .pdf file into a Word doc with no issue. Then, if I reinstall Acrobat and/or Reader,
I have noticed all my word files are under adobe and open automatically through there if I do not use open with. Also when I save files from Word, they automatically save as a pdf not a word document even though the ending of the file is .docx. It is getting annoying that I cannot open any files without it saying there's a problem with the file.
After updating Adobe Reader DC to version 24.001.20604, I became the "happy" owner of an absolutely unnecessary module for me, which is called "Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat" in my Outlook 2019: After reading a lot of information on the Internet, I still haven't found the right solution to disable it. I tried disabling it in the COM settings in Outlook but after the restarting app, this plugin appears again and again and it doesn't help: I tried to disable it by adding an option bAdobeSendPluginToggle to the registry according to the Adobe instructions: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cCloud]"bAdobeSendPluginToggle"=dword:00000001 And it doesn't help too. One of the options suggested by one user was renaming the Outlook folder to Outlook_DISABLE at the following address: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Mail\Outlook But I think this is not a way out of thi
wHi there,I have just purchased a Adobe PDF pack and trying to convert some files from PDF to JPEG but when I try this it finishes as ZIP file which I cannot open.Would be grateful for any tips and ideas?ThanksSteve
Just purchased PDF Pack for the purpose of converting a pdf file to jpeg. After selecting Image Format: *.jpg, there is a slider bar to further select between low, med, and high image quality. However, regardless of which image quality I select it comes out the same poor quality (low) and image size. Tech support rep said there is no way to save it as high quality. So why then the option to select high quality?[Moved from the Forum Comments forum to a product-specific, support forum - moderator]
If I were to make a film on how to use the editing tools in Adobe PDF:s, would it be legal to publish this film on Youtube or do I need some permission from Adobe?
Hi I've tried the solutions posted by other regarding disabling the web based Acrobat Pro but the options don't show as per their instructions e.g. click on 3 dots in upper left corner or go to settings - privacy & security - ' site setting'. I have to recreate a form every time I want to use it as it doesn't save as a template ' when asked' or on my local drive.Very annoying. HELP!
I bought a one year subscription which used to allow me to automatically have Adobe Software give me the option of converting a pdf to Word document. How do I make that happen?
How do I edit a PDF document that I have converted to a Word document?
How do I recover a deleted files?
Hello. I use Adobe Acrobat to share with a team of reviewers. Today, I got a notification that it got deleted and the team cannot access. I logged in and the file I shared a couple days ago is GONE. Can someone else delete the file I've uploaded?? This has never happened before. -Sawako
How can I change the file download time using Adobe Send? Adobe SendNow had a lot more options.I don't see nay with Adobe Send.
Sooo, i downloaded 11 monthly statements from my bank account thru my bank's website to my computer and I was able to easily combine all the files into 1 document. Then, I went into Amex site, downloaded 11 motnhly statements into my computer. So far so good. But i see that in the file it says Security: Password Encrypted. Even though I need no password to open it in my computer, I just, of course, needed a password to login into my Amex account to download the files. So when i try to convert in the same way i did with my bank, it says: "Page extraction is not allowed in the source PDF documents." So, I went I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro in my laptop and tried the same thing. Now at least it gives me the option to put a password. It says: "xyz.pdf" is protected. Please enter a Permission Password. If you do not have the password , please contact the author of the document." Sooo, i tried putting the same Amex login passoword, not success. I put my laptop password, no sucess.
