Adobe Acrobat Online

I prepaid an annual fee of $69.99 for an Adobe PDF Pack on November 6, 2017.  I just reviewed my account and it says it is active until November 7, 2017.  However as soon as I canceled my auto-renew it now says "I don't have an account".I started over an hour ago trying to convert a PDF document to a Word, something I used to be able to do in seconds.What's happened?????

Hi,I need a direct and quick answer to this. I have an annotated, higlighted PDF which I tried to convert to word using my basic $2 a month export package. It kept my annotations/comments, but the highlight is now completely obscured in word. This is an issue of compatibility/conversion, not with word itself. I've been told to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC, but I am NOT buying that product without knowing EXACTLY how I would fix this in that program FIRST. I'm not sure either program can fix the issue, but if either could, an answer on how would be much appreciated.

I called Microsoft they said its an adobe matter and gave me a number in India and they messed up my computer. How do I fix this problem?

I have a problem downloading converted PDF files to Word from Acrobat Reader DC. At the very first step.  Just right after selecting the PDF file to export, the error message pops up.  I cannot open this page also https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf After clicking on it a new window opens and says Safari cannot open this page. Also I have a problem saving files on my computer.

I'd like a refund for Adobe Export PDF, Annual. My subscription was renewed automatically on Nov. 1 and I do not need the service anymore.

I am unable to access the Fill & Sign for PDF files when using my Mac.  When I select the option, the document disappears from the screen even though the Fill & Sign tab and tools appear.

I purchased a new laptop.  I'm trying to figure out how to sign in to access the PDF Pack portion of my subscription...I'm using Adobe DC.  I'm sure it's something simple but I'm just not seeing the option to sign in.Thank you in advance

I m from Brazil. I was overcharged for the pdf pack and still can't access my pack. I would like to cancel my subscription and be refunded as since October 10th I haven't been able to use it. When I share a document for a signature, it uses my old email address to send from, how do I chanage this to a new one? I have updated the email address in my account settings.I am using Acrobat Pro DC, I have created some forms which i want a client to sign and return. However, when I send them for signature, it is sent from my OLD (original) Adobe subscription email address and not my updated one. How do I change this?Many thanksDave
