Why does copying or converting a PDF document result in ineligible characters or a blank document?

Does anyone have any recommendation of the best way when creating a form in Acrobat DC to have several instances of fields where the user can browse, resize (to form field) insert a photo? Amateur here so be gentle!

I have used adobe Export for MAC for over a year.  About 4 weeks ago it stopped working, actually I lost all ability to open pdf files.  I have tried to download Reader but it won't work because "later version exists" I guess they mean the Export version.  I have now tried to uninstall Export - but can't find an uninstall program so I just moved it to Trash.  But the Reader program still will not download.

Thanks to a Windows 10 crash I have had to reinstall Windows 7 and I have lost my Annual Adobe PDF pack. How can I download the software again without paying for it twice?

I'm exporting a monthly credit card statement to excel (xlsx) format. Part of the resulting converted file look fine. The part that has the detail transactions appears in the proper column formatting but the actual dates, amounts, and descriptions are not readable. It's as if the underlying data is encoded in a format that excel does not understand...for example, it might be in 2-byte encoding. Any idea whether I can tell the export to use a different encoding OR is it an option that has to be handled within excel OR is it a but in EXPORT?

Hi, I am having issues converting PDF to Word. When I click on "export pdf," I am prompted to an online pricing page even though I have already paid for the Adobe Export PDF Annual account. I am forced to use the cloud in order to convert pdf to word. I would prefer to covert all my files directly when I open the PDF. please advise

It converted the document but with many errors after opening, strange letters, strange symbols, punctuation etc. Cannot use this way and just paid for a year.Thought this would convert perfectly but that is not the case.

I paid for the annual membership, but cannot download apps.  I have gone through the process, but am not provided the option to download.  When I go to "my account" to verify my membership, it confirms I have paid and gives the option to download again.  But when I select download again, it takes me to trial offers and attempts for me to pay for additional services.

I just purchased Adobe Export PDF. When I converted a PDF student assessment to a Word Document, the print was in different fonts and sizes.  The circles for the fill-in-the blanks were turned into a "p".If I cannot figure this out, then this program is not what I need.Any suggestions?

We are currently using Adobe iFilter on our servers to index PDFs however certain PDFs are not being indexed.  The content of the PDFs in question is text (not images).  Are there any documented limitations for searching types of PDF file formats/versions (i.e. fillable PDFs, Adobe standard vs. Adobe Pro etc.).  We are able to index PDFs when we install Foxit PDF iFilter product.  We don't want to go down that route as their is a significant cost impact for our server environments.  Would really like some support from Adobe on this one or the community.  Tried to get in touch with support but they do not support the product which is frustrating.  Why develop a product if you're not going to support it!

why is it so difficult to leverage document cloud to share/sync annotations b/n windows and android app?

I need to use Adobe to extract and delete pages from a larger PDF file but that is the only feature I will be using. Does anyone know if this feature is available in Export PDF or PDF Pack subscriptions?
