Hi! I just got Adobe Export PDF and was disappointed to find out that I can't choose Chinese as the language of the text when exporting. How can I get simplified Chinese in the language pack?

I like the cloud feature and the ability to read assorted pdfs across different computers and platforms.  I often add notes to what I am reading, but those notes don't sync, unlike the last reading position. Am I missing something?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on windows 10. I have just purchased an annual subscription to Export PDF to word/excel..My effort to export a PDF file to Excel has resulted in the following. Is that the best I can get??.

Just signed up solely to be able to convert my book file that is now in pdf to Word so I can work on the doc. That happens okay, but when i print the doc it comes out half the size of the paper 87% no matter what size I put it on. Can I do something to get a normal looking document?

I'm trying to export a PDF to a Word doc and I continue to receive an error message "An error occurred while trying to access the service." Alternatively, I've tried to Edit a PDF and upgrade my subscription but the website is failing to load on multiple browsers that I've tried using.

For 6 months, Export PDF does not work.  I knew there were site conversions going on, but this is ridiculous.  I see another user with similar problems and the response is "we cannot reproduce".My situation - I've used for 2 years now, no issues.I log in now, upload my file, but there are no "options" for format, the language dropdown is empty,the "blue" button has no name on it (shows as all blue in chrome, does not show in safari or firefox), and the only option is cancel.  I have tried different files, same issue.  I even tried files converted previously, same issue.I've called the helpdesk, and cannot find a human to save my life.  I get into circuits, but end up being dropped as "no support is available for this product" even though it's a paid subscription.  I know I'm not the most technical person in the area, but it seems I have a hard time with a phone tree too.I've tried 4 different computers (2 at home 2 at work) on all 4, I've used Safari, Fire

Where can I get the adobe pro download for my new computer?

When I convert a Word document to a PDF, the font in the created PDF using Adobe PDF Pack is incorrect. The font I use for all business documents is Montserrat. Is there any way of getting this font recognised and converted correctly to a PDF file?

I am signed in to Adobe. I've read all of the help instructions and watched the videos. When I try to export, the page offering to sell me the service comes up. I've checked my account and the conversion service shows as PAID. What can I do now?

I subscribe to PDFervices but each time I try to use it a pop comes up asking me to subscribe. Can someone at Adobe please fix this. this is the third time I am trying to get this resolved. I have been fobbed off the previous two times, been told that his is impossible to happen. Well it does happen and I'm not happy that the avenue to address this is in a community forum, wheres the service?

Hi,​ i am  using asp.net 4.0 C# ​I have some requirement ​1 ) Word to PDF Covert add Password and Water Mark.​2) PDF1 to PDF2 first Open PDF1 with Password and Covert to PDF2 Add new password and Watermark. 

It says conversion failure and no internet connection.  How can I export to excel?

Sou assinante dos serviços Adobe Export PDF há muitos anos, o serviço é excelente. Entretanto, há pouco tempo, os  tentei usar gratuitamente para experimentar os serviços Acrobat DC, mas não contratei por não me servir. Agora, toda vez que tento usar o Adobe Export PDF, uma tela do Adobe DC bloqueia o meu acesso.

I've been trying to export to PDF all week and keep getting a message say service is unavailable and it's being worked on...how long will it take...I notice I did get a new email selling the program...

The message displayed is that there is no internet connection, but I have already tried on several different networks and nothing has changed. The browser works normally.

I have an annual subscription for Adobe Export PDF that I can use on my desktop without trouble.I am currently working on a laptop and need to export a couple of PDFs into Word.On my desktop this is easy. With the relevant PDF open, I can click on Export in the File menu (I think) and it just happens.I am not able to do this on my laptop; there are no Export options that I can see.How do I make Adobe Export PDF available on my laptop?Thanks,Lucinda

I am unable to save pdf documents scanned from another device using acrobat reader DC. What could this problem be. I never had any problems with a free version of reader, but after downloading the version capable of converting to word and excel documents I now cannot save documents scanned in pdf format from another device?  why is this happening??

Good day kindly advise, I subscribed to the PDF editor, my next bill date is only next year, I exported a pdf document to word earlier this morning, now it is reverting me to the screen to subscribe if I want to export.  Kindly advise
