Adobe Acrobat Online

I have been trying to transfer pdf files into word at work and have not been able to transfer the file without the text boxes coming through. I need to edit the documents and it is hard to edit and make changes with everything being TEXT BOXES. Does anyone know how to transfer a pdf File witout everything being in text boxes or being able to remove text boxes on word but not the wordings?

Hi support, We have a client that uses Adobe Acrobat Online in Chrome to combine and protect pdfs. A few days ago they mentioned the error "Can't combine files" appeared when they try to combine any pdf downloaded from the government ATO site. They mentioned before this they were able to.  Process user takes:1. Logs into ATO government site.2. Opens report that they want to use.3. Clicks print and Prints to PDF.4. Saves it on local computer as pdf. 5. Tries dragging file into combine with any other pdf, error occurs. Troubleshooting steps taken:1. Tried clearing cache2. Tried combining with other pdfs not from ATO and they worked fine3. Tried signing in and out of Adobe Reader Online.4. Tried using Microsoft Edge and Firefox, same error appears.3. Tried sending the files to another persons computer within the same company to try and combine the ATO pdf's, same issue.4. Another person within the company tried downloading from ATO site, same error appears when co

I have indesign file CS6. Want to make pdf using Acrobat Pro X and all it does now is it crashes.Cannot find a fix. Please helpReceive this message-"Acrobat could not open 'test 3.17 new outside 2024 gate handout.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."

We use a license that allows us to open our license in multiple environments, so I was happy to see the Preferences tab could be set under the user Adobe Account.  I was *not* happy to see the most basic, and well-used preferences ("Open documents as new tabs..." ) was left off the list. Where the preference could be set, the menu screen is blank. Why? It's really infuriating that I have to reset this on each platform and hope it sticks! 

I can't get my PDF's to print.  I have Adobe Export PDF plan and using with MacBook and Canon PIXMA iX6820 printer.  Error message says check printer for errors. But printer works fine for everything else.

I have recently started using Adobe Document Cloud as a means to share files during the pandemic--so forgive me if I am asking a silly question.So far, I am able to delete files I have shared in the Document Cloud which I no longer need--except for one. I attempted to delete it a few days ago, and it gave me an error, so I thought I would just check back later, but it is still being listed in my Shared by You documents. When I open the file, I get an error message that says "This operation cannot be performed as the shared document has been moved or no longer exists", but it still allows me to open it. When I click "Delete Shared File", a message pops up that says "File Not Found. The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session." I own the file, and I have not moved it anywhere. How do I delete this file?

Hello, I tried to compress a PDF with Adobe and it worked fine. I tried with a xmp inside (factur-x for France e-invoicing, electronic invoicing : pdf file with a xml inside). The xmp disappeared, do you know if it will be possible to compress a factur-x file? Best regards,

When my Acrobat window is narrow, it excludes the up-down page navigation buttons. These are the tools I use most often. How do I rearrange the tool icons so that the page buttons appear to the far left and do not get excluded?

Hi, I installed the Acrobat add on for Google Drive and accepted the minimum access permissions, however, when I right click a PDF document in Google Drive and "open with" > " Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive"it asked me to select more access options before I could open the document. For every subsequent PDF I open, I need to select at least one other access option until they are all exhausted, and I am not blocked by this question, to open a PDF document. If I don't enable another access option, I am taken to:https://documentcloud.adobe.com/gsuiteintegration/index.htmlwithout the document opening. I only want to accept three of the seven access options. For example, I don't want to enable "see info about users on your domain", but I must eventually select it in order to view a PDF document. Is there a way around this?or must I eventually select all access options to use this add on?Is this a bug in the "Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive wants access to your

Hi there, I have some PDF documents that work perfectly fine on my laptop. I cqan edit them and do all the stuff that needs to be done, especially printing. I even tested on a colleagues laptop and she could print them as well. However, when I send the documents to someone else, they receive a message that just says there's a printing error. Nothing more. I believe it might have someoething to do with the message that pops up for them saying (The font "EMBEDDED_2d7+SymbolMT" contains a bad /BBox) below, as this only pops up for the 3 documents that they can't print. Please help! 

Adobe says "unable to connect to server" when I try to upload a document for e-signing. One of the main reasons I purchased adobe was for this e-signature purpose. It sounds like the cloud may be discontinued? Can anyone confirm if this functionality is still supported?

Can I sign a pdf with a certificate using the cloud?  I really want a solution I can use from ubuntu, but there doesn't seem to be one.I need to be able to digitally sign company documents with a certificate.  My laptop is ubuntu, not windows or mac.  Is there an application for ubuntu?  or is there a cloud service that would allow me to do this?

Hello, I have just found I have been paying monthly for Adobe when I only signed on for one month. Apparently the contract is annual with monthly payments. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR. I would like to speak to a representative to cancel my plan without being made to pay the cancellation fee.

I used Acrobat Pro to add Form fields to an existing PDF. Now, whenever I open the file the tab says "Flash" instead of showing the file's name. Even the taskbar shows the file's name as Flash!I'm running Windows 11 and have been using Acrobat for decades, and have created many forms.How can I get the file name to display?

Is anyone else having trouble getting their pdfs to sync with sharedrive today? It's a real problem for us! No one can see the files we are creating when we save them to sharedrive so we have to email them to each other!?

Adobe never asked for permission to load Document Cloud PDF Services into Outlook, of course. It's a privacy issue. I don't care for Adobe helping itself to my email and attachments, thank you.  I've been removing Document Cloud from Outlook's COM Add-ins for years. Fine — until the next Outlook update when it reinstalls. Lately, Document Cloud reinstalls each time I open Outlook. Will no one rid me of this turbulent pest?  

Some time ago two Document Cloud commands appeared in MS Word for Mac... Create and Share Adobe PDF and Request Signatures. I'm sure I inadvertently asked Acrobat to install these, but I cannot find a way in Acrobat or in the Word toolbar preferences to remove them. Nobody at Microsoft can help, I don't use them and they are taking up valuable toolbar space. There must be a preference somewhere in Acrobat to remove them, surely? Please help!

I purchased Adobe Export PDF.  I used to see the tools on the right side of the screen.  Now I only see tools related to another paid-version that I do not want.  How do I see the tools I already paid for?  Specifically the convert feature.
