Por que me envia este mensaje a mi correo electronico "Adobe ExportPDF could not successfully export your PDF file" ?

Die im März gekaufte Lizenz Adobe Export PDF funktioniert bis heute nicht.(Bestellung ADD000618257DE). Der Kundendienst antwortet nicht. Ich möchteentweder Hilfe haben oder das Geld zurück.Beiliegender Screenshot zeigt das Ergebnis, wenn ich oben rechts auf„anmelden“ gehe. 1. Ich kann mich nicht registrieren. Es kommt immer nur der VorschlagAdobe DC upzugraden. Ich habe aber nicht DC gekauft sondern Export PDF.2. Soll ich etwa bei jedem Bedarf von Export PDf erst Adobe im Internetsuchen und dann noch Export PDF? Es muss doch ein Kommando speicherbar sein.3. Sorry I am new to this but I cannot convert my PDF to word documentI get an error message that says conversion faliedMy file is about 13 mg

I highlighted over 150 pages of a PDF on my iPad Acrobat app through the adobe cloud. I updated the app and had to sign back into my cloud account and reload the document - when my files opened, all of my highlights were missing. When I go to the outbox portion of the app, I see my pdf with an "! Failure saving document" note underneath. When I click on that  a popup sys "Unable to save [document name] to Document Cloud". Is there any hope of me restoring the highlighted pages?

I have been trying to convert some jobsheets from my work to excel as it would greatly improve my workflow from what it currently is.Unfortunately I have encountered a predictable and reproduce-able error.Every time I attempt to convert a jobsheet that is even slightly above 1mb the result is missing a large portion of data and formatting to the point whereby it is completely unusable. All jobsheets com from the same program and therefore are formatted exactly the same.This happens regardless of whether I use the adobe application on my local pc or if I use the cloud service.I can send examples (pdf that works, doesn't work + conversion results) if need be, this is really an urgent matter as it greatly affects the speed at which I can do monthly reports.Would anyone from adobe know what can cause this? Or better yet, how to fix it?* I cannot change how they are originally created as pdf's, it is an automated process from an application we use (GoFormz).

É possível usar o PDF Export no navegador Mozilla, Chrome e Internet Explore? A política de segurança do trabalho proibe a intalação de aplicativos no local de trabalho. Eu não tenho computador na minha casa e não quero usar meu iphone. Como poderei usar o PDF Export?

I've been getting an error message for the last 2 weeks when trying to sign in so I'm now 2 weeks behind in my work. The error code is https://brb.acrobat.com/. Is Adobe having technical issues????? Does anyone know if Adobe is having technical issues? I'm constantly getting error messages and "we're working on it" messages but nothing seems to improve. Does anyone know of a better PDF system than Adobe?

how do i move my contents from my old computer to the cloud and then download it to the new computer

PDF pack services is not available.

I haven't been able to do this for several days now, all I get is a sorry for the inconvenience message on the screen. What is the problem and when will it be fixed?

Purchased PDF Pack some time ago, was working fine.  Now, when I try to combine files it takes me to the adobe webpage to upgrade to PDF Pack which I already have.  Tried going to cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf as suggested and it takes me to a 'currently unavailable' page.  Tried clearing cache and cookies, etc. and still not working. 

I cannot convert any files. It comes as a message "An error occurred while trying to access this service"

For the last week when I try to convert I get the following "pop up"I have been getting this message for over a week.  When I click on the "Learn More" I am directed to a web page that shows the following:I have checked with my IT department and we have the latest versions of both the Chrome web browser and the Adobe Acrobat Reader. I paid for a year's subscription but have been without capability for nearly a week and it's getting frustrating.

Good afternoon! I am having trouble converting PDF to Excel (and also word) using the PDF Export I purchased. The conversion is not total for excel or word, it presents "page break". I'm unable to export PDFs - keep getting a message that asks me to connect my computer to the Internet and try again... I have no connectivity issues.  I did try accessing  https://cloud.acrobat.com/, but I get a message that says the link is 'Currently Unavailable."  I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.Help?

I have changed my laptop and want to download the pdf export app; in spite of beging logged in it tells me to buy; when clicking on buy it tells me you have already bought the product and cannot buy it twice - what can I do?

I am suddenly unable to drag and drop documents to combine them into one PDF.   It is still allowing me to add the documents individually from my computer but I am used to drag and drop and it is faster. 

I just purchased the Adobe Pack and would like to combine some PDFs into one document.  When I go to Tools the "Combine Files" icon still has "Add."  When I click on that a dialogue box comes up stating that the product has already been purchased.  How do I use it?

When I have a pdf and click on convert, a small screen comes up that says there was an error signing in.Yet at the top right corner it has recognized me, and I can sign is with my username and password no problem.What is the problem?I have tried going out and back in.Of course, I have tried clicking convert many times hoping for a different response.Any suggestions?Thanks

Why do one page documents converted to a pdf document not attach as a file to emails but rather displays the one page pdf document in the body of the email?

I am new to the "online" version of Adobe. I am really struggling with doing some of the very basic things. I need to save a copy of my pdf in my companydropbox account. We cannot use a separate storage cloud for our pdfs. How do I save the document I created to my computer or dropbox?
