PDF pack services is not available.

I haven't been able to do this for several days now, all I get is a sorry for the inconvenience message on the screen. What is the problem and when will it be fixed?

Purchased PDF Pack some time ago, was working fine.  Now, when I try to combine files it takes me to the adobe webpage to upgrade to PDF Pack which I already have.  Tried going to cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf as suggested and it takes me to a 'currently unavailable' page.  Tried clearing cache and cookies, etc. and still not working. 

I cannot convert any files. It comes as a message "An error occurred while trying to access this service"

For the last week when I try to convert I get the following "pop up"I have been getting this message for over a week.  When I click on the "Learn More" I am directed to a web page that shows the following:I have checked with my IT department and we have the latest versions of both the Chrome web browser and the Adobe Acrobat Reader. I paid for a year's subscription but have been without capability for nearly a week and it's getting frustrating.

I have Adobe Reader DC and just purchased an annual subscription to EXPORTER PDF. How do I access my new subscription?

Good afternoon! I am having trouble converting PDF to Excel (and also word) using the PDF Export I purchased. The conversion is not total for excel or word, it presents "page break". I'm unable to export PDFs - keep getting a message that asks me to connect my computer to the Internet and try again... I have no connectivity issues.  I did try accessing  https://cloud.acrobat.com/, but I get a message that says the link is 'Currently Unavailable."  I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.Help?

I have changed my laptop and want to download the pdf export app; in spite of beging logged in it tells me to buy; when clicking on buy it tells me you have already bought the product and cannot buy it twice - what can I do?

I am suddenly unable to drag and drop documents to combine them into one PDF.   It is still allowing me to add the documents individually from my computer but I am used to drag and drop and it is faster. 

I just purchased the Adobe Pack and would like to combine some PDFs into one document.  When I go to Tools the "Combine Files" icon still has "Add."  When I click on that a dialogue box comes up stating that the product has already been purchased.  How do I use it?

When I have a pdf and click on convert, a small screen comes up that says there was an error signing in.Yet at the top right corner it has recognized me, and I can sign is with my username and password no problem.What is the problem?I have tried going out and back in.Of course, I have tried clicking convert many times hoping for a different response.Any suggestions?Thanks

Why do one page documents converted to a pdf document not attach as a file to emails but rather displays the one page pdf document in the body of the email?

I am new to the "online" version of Adobe. I am really struggling with doing some of the very basic things. I need to save a copy of my pdf in my companydropbox account. We cannot use a separate storage cloud for our pdfs. How do I save the document I created to my computer or dropbox?

Whenever I open and PDF file, it defaults to 192% and I have to reduce it to 100%. EACH TIME. Is there a way to have it default to 100% permanently?

Problems covering PDF to word format

Just started testing the Document Cloud.Uploaded a searchable PDF but couldn't find a way to search it. Downloaded it from the Cloud and it was still searchable so nothing was changed in that respect.Is search not a feature in the Document Cloud?

Computer on it's last legs and I want to change the default file save location to the cloud.Is this possible, I cannot find a path to do this?

Hello, I am having trouble adding my flyer to an email. I would like for the flyer to be the body of the email as opposed to just sending a link.

Was offered Cloud for free but when I try to access it a payment is requred.  How do I get free Cloud?
