Adobe Acrobat Online

I am having the same problem.  With every pdf file I convert to Word, there are spelling, spacing, and font errors.  I have Adobe PDF pack.  Is there a solution to this problem.  I spend a long time trying to correct all the errors in the converted document and sometimes, when there is "computer language" I am unable to correct the errors at all.Thanks.

I have tried the cloud based version of Abobe convert and it NEVER works everytime I try to convert a PDF to Word it always give me nonsense characters in Word that is entirely unusable.  Should I just go buy the desktop version and forget all the this cloud based stuff?

Recently had a complete crash.  Had bought Adobe PDF File Convert.  Can't seem to download to my new hard drive.

Good Morning: I subscribe to Acrobat pac and I am trying to convert a 2016 Visio 8MB file to PDF so I can mail the file to a client. I have an old version which works but this new version does not seem to be able to read .VSD files??? can you help?

HI, I Was at work doing work stuff and was accidentally signed into my personal account.  Now, my work related info is in my personal account and should be in my work account (send and track) and if it is subpoenaed then they will now have all my personal info.  If I could just move what I did from work on my personal to my work I would be all set.  ADobe has not way to contact them for help I keep getting put here for help. 

How many users do i have with this account?

Every time I try to convert a PDF to a word document it says it is forbidden regardless of what the document is? Why am I paying to be able to convert documents if it is now forbidden?

As stated in the title, the conversion has too many errors in it to be useful for me. I would like a refund

Are my documents backed up? I did delete a lot of pictures in my picture folder and recall a lot of them marked as invoice etc... Help?

I have a 42MB pdf file that I am trying to convert to Excel.  I am logged into my cloud account.  I have uploaded the file to my account but every time I try to convert the file I get an error message: "Conversion Failure. The file is either too large or too complex to export."

Why doesn't Adobe recognize my paid subscription. I've checked my account and it says I have a paid subscription, but when I try to convert a pdf on my computer, it won't convert. A window pops up asking me to buy a subscription.

Hello I bought Export PDF to convert to word but when I export there is no text in the Word file.  Could it be I need to adjust the .docX to .doc and if so how do I do that?

Can you use the 'Send & Track' plugin on Outlook to get INDIVIDUAL tracking. I want to see WHO opened the file - not just views.I can get this data if i send direct from Acrobat as it gives options to give anonymous links or publicOutlook seems to generate public links by default and no option to change

Every time I try to upload a file I receive an error message.  Never had the problem until a few weeks ago.  It doesn't matter the size of the file I still get the error message.
