Adobe Acrobat Online

I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack and when I open my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I cannot click on my document cloud.  Can someone help me out with this?  I haven't been able to open it for a while and I thought it was because I was using the free version of this program and so I purchased the service, but I still cannot open my DC.  I went online and tried it that was as well and my DC will open, but it will not pull up my document.  I get a message on the screen saying "Please wait".[Moved from the non-technical LOUNGE Forum to an actual Program forum... The "fill" option is no longer available.  The "sign" option is.  What happened to it?[Moved to Document Cloud PDF services by moderator.].

I was doing what I always do, taking an Illustrator file and opening it in acrobat to double check content. For some reason Acrobat decided to upload and convert the file and then download. Not sure what this is about but it needs to stop. It is now hung up downloading and making little or no progress. Can someone tell me what is now different and how to change it back to the way it was when I could open a file without it uploading, converting, and downloading my file?

I have paid Adobe for the Adobe Acrobat DC to allow export of PDFs to Word.  When I use the function the subsequent document is rubbish.  The data is there but appears to be contained within something like a Text Box AND in addition each page is separate so the whole document cannot be edited at the same time.  I use the facility to convert a PDF table into a Word table.  Without the conversion producing a whole Table, with any number of Rows,  immediately the function has no use to me.  I do not regard this as acceptable for the subscription I am paying for!There is no facility in the programme to amend any Settings.

Just bought Adobe Acrobat to convert PDF files to MS Word ,doc files. Did three files and then can't find where Adobe puts theem so I can begin working eith them....Very confusing and not at all intuitive...Help!!!

I'm trying to send my tax return transcripts by email and when you download the file from the irs webpage it saves the file as .html i need the file as a pdf. i looked on the irs website and it says that it works with adobe to convert the transcript into a pdf but i cant figure out how to do it. Help please?

Hi all,I'm looking at the PDF Pack subscription, but confused about one of the options. The FAQ says that you can ''get signatures from others, then track and manage responses''. Am I correct that this means that you can send a file to other so that they can sign it and send it back? If so, what are the differences with Adobe Sign?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Export PDF converted our file to Word very nicely, and saved it to the desktop.  However, we are unable to get it into Word itself and are therefore unable to edit the file.  What are we missing here?

I believe the DC software is very close to our needs however in order to be 100% certain can you please answer the below for me.Once yearly subscription is activated I send an email to a recipient which includes a PDF document Recipient downloads my PDF Recipient creates a new email and attaches my PDF document. Email with attachment is forwarded to a 3rd party Question - Am I notified that the PDF attachment has been SENT TO, and OPENED by a 3rd party, IF a new email with attachment is created? I bought the PDF Pack and need data extracted from a bill.   The bill has words and numbers on it and I need just the data pulled with out the background form in order for me to manipulate the data. 

hello i am using export pdf.  I have an aged receivable listing and each customer name is quite long.  Each customer is separated by a line on the pdf, and the first page converts fine and a unique row is used for all accounts but on subsequent pages the customer details cross several rows.  is it possible to ensure that every customer is on one row in the converted excel.Alex

i recently purchased PDF export at £14.16 per year and then PDF convert (Pack)  at £6.22 per month which indicated I could get a refund for the £14.16.  How do i get the refund?

I can see how many times a file has been viewed, but I need to know how many individual people viewed the file. I don't need to the number of link clinks rather the number of people clicks. For example one person may click on the link multiple times which skews my number. How can I see this?

I sent 20 recipients the same .zip files of documents separately.  I did not receive confirmations that they had been opened from 8 of those recipients. When I phoned them,  6 said they did not receive them at all.  for 2 I had an incorrect email address.  For those with incorrect email addresses, I did not receive a return e-mail notifying me of non-delivery or a problem with the delivery. If I cannot rely on Adobe Send, then I will change services.Also, in the old Send Now system, I would receive two confirmation e-mails 1) that the delivery was successful; and 2) when the recipient activated/opened the link to the document(s).  Now there is just one notification -- when the link is activated/opened -- if the email even gets to the recipient.   The access to Adobe tech support through instant messaging is entirely neglected for Adobe Send -- it is not even available as a choice of product one is having trouble with. So "new" certainly isn't improved

I have  pdf file with text in it.  I try opening it with export pdf and then downloading either as rtf of docx and all I get is a JPEG inserted into the docs file.  The software doesn't seem to work.   Any ideas?
