I got an email in Italian (noreply@adobe.com) saying that my account Adobe ExportPDF will be automatically renewed (with my surprise!!!). I want to stop it, but I found almost impossible to do it. Please help.

Hi can someone please help me with my query?I'd like to know if I can upload my excel template that has many drop down selection fields to use as an online fillable form? If so, how can I do this?I tried editing one I uploaded but I cannot seem to get the drop down lists working.Thanks!

When I download a file (as a pdf document) it appears on my desktop.  QUESTION:  How and where should I save the file?  I can never retrieve it from my PC, even tho it has automatically been saved SOMEWHERE.  Thank you!

Hi,I just bought  Adober pdf pack but they did not tell that I only could combine 12 documents in one single pdf file! It sounds so crazy so I hardly can't beleive it's true! I just recevided a pdf file with 70 documnets in one pdf file so I wonfder wht program I should have bought instead of this joke . I f I have only 12 pages, it is not a problem to send them as documents in an email as I have doen many times,. The pdf file should be exactly for those who need to send a big amount of files in an easy going pdf file. Anyone out there who knows if I can change my pack to the one I need?ThanksMonica

Hi there,I'm having trouble converting a PDF to excel as it gives me an error saying that the file could not be converted.  Can someone explain why this is please? Could it be the PDF has been protected? If so, am I still able to unlock this and convert PDF to excel?thanks

OK, I've just signed up for the Document Cloud - to convert a bunch of pdf's to Excel.  In both conversions of an English document, and Englsh (US) selected, the resulting "translated" text is all Greek characters.  Tried the same by turning off Auto Translate, same result.  Sooooo... I tried conversion of same document to a Word .docx.  Same (Greek) result.  What gives?  Source of document being translated is my Bank.

How do I get Adobe PDF Export reinstalled on my new computer?

I am on a Mac, OS X, running Acrobat Pro XI.I have a number of saved indexes as pdx files I add files to the indexed folders on a daily basis and as a result have to regularly rebuild the indexes.I would like to be able to run a scheduled rebuild during the night.I understand that I need to create a bpdx file in order to do this.I have been into preferences and have permitted the construction of bpdx files I cannot see how to save an index as a bpdx folder or how to create a bdx file.I have looked at the online forum in relation to this and there is no obvious answer to the question and a number of people appear to have had the same issue.
