Adobe Acrobat Online

Scan a picture or document and it automatically goes to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.I can save the scanned piece in a folder.  When I attempt to open the file, I get a message "Not a supported file type or e-mail was corrupted."Same thing happens when I get a doc or picture via e-mail.  I have to open adobe cloud, select files I want to view and convert them.This never happened before I got the automatic update to Acrobat Reader DC.Any tell me how to eliminate this problem?

It's really anoinled to paying for something that I don't used thought that can be used with my job but it doesn't what I was expected

Actually my job includes the copying of necessary data(pages) from pdf and pasting it in word.But, the words when pasted go in jumbling like format.It's because in pdf the writer unnecessarily uses tabs and double spaces while writing the data.how to copy paste now?

Company changed over to Adobe DC recently and I installed DC Pro in an effort to regain Standard X capabilities of java script to print the date the document was printed on.Any idea as to whether DC Pro has the capabilities and where to locate the function?[Moved from the general Adobe Forum Lounge to a more specific support forum - Mod. Unclear as to the relationship, if any, between Adobe Send and other Adobe products/services.  Does the subscription price for Send include cloud storage?

PDF Export is creating a mess of text when converting to Word. I've used Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as well as the online interface for PDF Export. Is there a Send and Track plan that allows you to send 75 photos or more? Not mentioned in any of the plan descriptions.

Trying to change the option "Rely on system fonts.." in Adobe PDF Printing Preferences via Registry and in turn via Group Policy. However, cannot decide the exact registry key where this particular option is pointing too. Checked few articles in Adobe Forums & external links but could not find the exact option I am looking for. Please suggest how can I make this change across the domain at a time.

I am trying to convert my PDF's to word and it keeps telling me to subscribe but it's already part of my account.  I had someone internally access my computer last week and try from your end for 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out.  Can i please call someone?Laura

I purchased and paid for the Adobe software that allows me to convert a PDF document to a Word document.  Every time I try to use it the screen tells me to join and pay again.    How can I use the software that I purchased?       

My document didn`t save and now it wont let me open it, saying it is damaged and unable to be repaired. I have the most up to date download and ive tried to open the document on 4 different computers. What else can i do?

When I click to attach a file via Adobe Send & Track in Outlook 2013, it shows the progress bar in the top right of the message but this bar never changes. The file doesn't seem to attach and clicking the X to cancel the process just leaves me with a permanent "Cancel" bar instead - this only disappears if I save the draft, close and re-open it.Our network operates via a proxy server, will this affect it? If so, how do I make the plugin work correctly with it?

I have a 112 page pdf file that is 8 1/2 by 11 and I need to change the page size to 8 by 5.  I have tried the Print to PDF command but could not customize the size.  What am I doing wrong???

Hello,I have an ebook document I saved using Document Cloud. I use Adobe Reader on my Samsung Tab 4. I have hilighted and made notes so I would like to figure out a way to recover my saved file. I was just reading this book a few hours ago. I tried to open it and my device suddenly tried to read it from the cloud. It took a while, but once it was loaded, I got this error. I have no idea what happened or why. I didn't do anything but bookmark a few pages. Please, someone, help me...

I use the Adobe Fill & Sign DC App to upload a pdf file, fill it and sign it.  Then I save it to my Google Drive.  Then after that I open the Adobe Sign App.  I upload the file, fill out the recipient and send.  It has sent in the past but recently I have been getting an error message saying NOT SENT THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS.  Any ideas on what seems to be the problem?  Just another Android issue??

One must first download the file to view it. I want to change that setting to preview the file before downloading. Please tell me how to set it up. Thank you!
