Why Can’t I sign documents? I get an error code that says “An Unexpected Error Occurred”please advise on solution.  I don’t want to lose any information .Thanks,

I recently subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack so I can combine PDFs. First time I tried it right after subscribing, it worked. Now I neede to do it again, but it doesn't work anymore. When I click on the tool, it redirects me to the website where you have to download the PDF Pack. I checked my account, everything's fine with my subscription and other tools, such as PDF Export, work just fine... What can I do?

 Uploading smaller PDF files (30-50 MB) works. Uploading a 975 MB PDF file is not successful. What is the reason for this? There is enough disk space available.Upload via my account at: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/ 

Hi everyone,We are using the embed pdf api for showing autocad plans directly from our server on our technicians Ipad Pro 12.9. because we don't want them to download the pad to the tablet each time the need to work on it.The problem is that on plans of A0 size the max zoom level is insufficient for viewing details.Is there perhaps another chance to work on bigger pdfs (like plans) on IPad without having to download them? I mean, I know that all the files need to be downloaded temporarily before showing them but with the most PDF viewers on IPad Igot 50 copies of that one plan in my download folder. Best regards Mirko 

I have a lot of PDFs that came from various places. Some of them appear to not strictly adhere to the letter of the standard... And acrobat online seems to not handle this at all. As an example, I have a file that I would like to add a comment ti, but the existing comments never load, and I get the visible message "Content is still loading. Please try again once loading is complete". Looking in the dev console I see the following: {"error": "corruptFile","errorCode": "std::invalid_argument,PDF date has malformed UTC offset."} So the "loading" never completes... Is there a way to fix this in Acrobat online, or do I need to run something over all my PDFs to be able to add highlights/comments them directly on the site?

When I log into https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ at the bottom left of the screen I see "0 GB of 5 GB used". Everywhere I can find since about 2017 it seems that I should only have 2GB with a free account... Is this because I have had an account since the dark ages, when they gave 5GB for free and I am being grandfathered with 5GB free? This is important to me because 2GB is not enough (I already have 2GB) for me to finish my PhD but 5GB *is* enough, so I could migrate everything to Adobe and not use other services...

I requested that my Adobe subscription be canceled 2 months ago and have been lied multiple times now about the REFUND being issued. Time to drag Adobe to a small claims court??

I am trying to combine PDFs that I did not create using Adobe Acrobat Online.  Each time I try this I get an error message telling me that I cannot combine PDFs containing page extraction.  I am not sure what page extraction is but I seem to get the error message when I try to combine PDFs created by another user.  When I combine PDFs I have created the files are combined satisfactorily. Is there a work around that would enable me to combine files created by others?

Ich muß davon meherere in einem Formular hinzufügen.  Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass ich seperate Felder anlegen und bennenen kann.  Optionfeld 1Auswahl - 1Auswahl -2 (Auswahl - 3Auswahl - 4)  Sstatt eines neuen Optionsfeld (Optionsfeld 2), werden weitere Auswahlen unter dem ersten Optionsfeld angelegt (siehe oben). Wie kann ich das vermeiden? Wie erkennt Acrobat DC Pro das es eine NEUE Option ist die ich anlege? Optionsfeld 2Auswahl -1 Auswahl - 2 Ich bin dazu übergegangen, das pdf. zu schließen und wieder zu öffnen. Nur dann erkennt Acrobat das ich ein neues Optionsfeld mit Auswahlen dazufügen und benennen möchte.  

Adobe is a very unethical company andyou should be ashamed of yourcancellation policy. Charging money fordoing nothing. Is it possible if I can get proof that I did make the cancellation, as I do not understand why money was deducted in my acount. 

I'm using the fauture save as pdf in printing dialog of Google Chrome to print the file. Why one of the paragraphs on the file has smaller font than the others? Let's say all paragraphs(but one) has font size of 10, then, there is one that has 9,7. Just one paragraph. Checked on Acrobat and Wondershare PDFelement and both confirms eachother results. Export to Word file also shows difference but with 0,5 of difference between that and other paragraphs. The file itself consists an AOL email trail and messages are in rows, one under another.

Hello, Whenever I select a file to edit on Adobe Acrobat (online), it takes extremely long to load so that I can actually edit it. Is there a way to speed up the process?

Hi - having some issues viewing PDFs from Oracle NetSuit in the Chrome Acrobat Extension. The PDF renders properly on all other browsers (natively in the window), and locally on PDF viewer applications - it's just the Acrobat extension that's giving me grief.  The PDFs are created in Oracle NetSuit using the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates. My browser is up-to-date, as is the extension. As you can see from the attachments, it's just the body of the PDF that isn't loading. This blue box also seems to persist and not ever 'load' the content. There is some faily complex logic in the template generated from NetSuit, and unfortunately simplifiying the template isn't possible.  Any insight would be greately apprecaited.Thanks,Shaun.
