I can't open at least two files/forms from the CIC - Canadian Immigration site.   I have no problems opening other files from the same website but for 2 particular forms its message was the Adobe reader you're using may not be able to open... you need to upgrade to the latest version of the Adobe reader which i did and still could not open these forms.   Help please.  Thanks @

We have multiple licease of Creative Cloud. No issues for us, works great! But we have a dozen or so jobs each month that need to create a print ready PDF at the client's computer. Most of the usage will be one-offs for clients. There used to be "Adobe Job Ready" and an on-line PDF creator that was charged per PDF not monthly and no drivers were installed. What can we do?

Whenever I use the convert option on my Adobe Reader, I get 2 messages. One message says that Reader is "Uploading file to Adobe ExportPDF online..." about a minute later I get an error. I have paid for these services and they worked the day I made my payment, both the online conversion and the Reader Conversion, but now neither one will work. Any Suggestions????    

We went online & updated cr card info so the renewal can go forward.  Renewal date is 3-21 and you were unable to renew.  Will it now automatically renew?

For over a week, I've been unable to convert a PDF to .xlsx Excel format; after considerable wheel spinning, I get "An error occurred while signing in." Working with support, I uninstalled/reinstalled Adobe Reader; the support tech reset all the preferences, all to no avail. I'm on a Mac under OS 10.9.5.My case number with them is 186473209; it's been advanced to a higher support level.Today, I had a friend attempt the conversion on his Mac, which is running Yosemite. He logged on with my info and was able to effect the conversion.Could that be the solution, or might there be something else going on with my Mac that's causing the problem?
