How do I launch Adobe XI Pro after I have it downloaded on my computer?

I am trying to send photos ... I keep getting the message that one or more can't upload. I have removed all characters from the titles. What's wrong?

Please provide me with the instructions to resolve this issue. For background purposes, the option to convert from pdf to Word was working just fine until 24 hours ago. Also, I am presently unable to export from Word to creation of a "pdf". Please provide necessary instructions to resolve this issue. Thank you!

I have previously successfully converted PDF files with scanned image from PDF to Word. The image is of scanned text. Now suddenly, it does not convert the image to text. When I download the word document the image is inserted in the word document instead of editable text. Please assist.

How do i get a copy of an past invoice?

Conversion from pdf to excel produces false results. Some decimal points are not recognized, columns with numbers give columns with different formats. The pdf essentially consists of four columns, the first is dates, the second text, the two remaining are numbers with a "," as decimal point and a blank marking thousands. Does anyone know what to do?

I am using the online service ExportPDF, at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf .It automatically adds hyphens in the resulting Word document for all words that were auto-hyphenated at line ends in the original PDF. How can I get it to convert these as whole words?I know that for example in InDesign there is a setting in the Preferences menu and changing it from Retain Flowing Text to Retain Page Layout should remove such extra hyphens upon exporting. But I don't find any such settings for the ExportPDF service online.It matters because I frequently need to cut and paste converted text from the Word documents into other documents with different formatting, and the hyphens, which are now hard characters, come out all wrong.Can anyone help with this?

1) If I click on a text or image, the document jumps to the center and none of the commands do what they would normally do in word... What gives? This is so disappointing! Also emailed the converted document to a coworker...the document cannot be changed at all i.e., it behaves like a PDF - can't be edited. Wht is going on??

I've just purchased Adobe ExportPDF, but when I open up the PDF and click on convert it takes me back to the route for purchasing it again. Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can use Adobe ExportPDF or is there some sign in process that I've missed?
