The file didn't convert to a word file but rather a text edit file and the format was unsable. So I am trying to cancel my subscription but it will not allow me to do it for whatever reason. I signed up for a one year subscription, but now when I go to open Acrobat Pro, it says my trial period has expired and sends to the the subscription page.  How do I get it to recognize my one year subcription?  I don't have any software license numbers, other than my order # and confirmation.
