why cant i mail my file?

when i convert my PDF to Word things are messed up and then I cant even print it! Please help!!!

Am I able to "Save As" PDF's with this program and or delete/edit sheets of a PDF?!

Please help. I signed up for and Adobe PDF edit subscription but I never got the verification email or sign in details.  I tried to find contact help on the Adobe site but it was impossible because without a user name or log-in, I could not log in to ask for help.What makes me angrier is that I signed up for a service I never got yet Adobe STILL charges me a monthly fee which I have no way of cancelling.It's been two months that I've been trying to get help from Adobe but it's impossible to contact anyone.My credit card is being charged monthly for a service I still can't use. I can't contact Adobe as the Chat service is always busy.I want to cancel my account but PLEASE do not direct me to the contact page, as I've been there with no success.Can someone at Adobe PLEASE contact me, cancel my account and STOP taking my money for service I never received.

Using Acrobat X version 10.1.13 using the Tools dialogue. Upload and conversion successful, and when I open the downloaded file in Word 2013 I see only a series of blank boxes, some with "?" in them.OS: Windows 8.1 pro 64-bitTried disabling OCR, produced same resultScreenshot of resulting text:

I have asked this Q before with no resolution but I really need this fixed.  If I open a file that is in adobe reader or acrobat, etc.  When I click on the option to "send" it then brings up a black box a saying " liz.t@allentate.com:  creating draft message... " The problem is that email address no longer exists and I can't change any settings because my settings don't have that address associated with it.  My computer will just lock up since it is trying to create a draft from that email address that does not exist.  I want to change it but have had no luck.  I have changed everything I can in my computer but this is strictly an adobe setting somewhere within the system.  Can somebody fig this one out for me?

I am starting to use Acrobat.com to store a collection of pdf files.  I am a Doctor and I am using it to store reference articles, i.e. Journal reprints etc. My plan is to have this as an on-line reference source where I can gather hundreds if not thousands of pdf documents over the years but specifically useful to my needs.  My limitation I am hitting with a few dozen files is where have I hidden it and how do I find the file?  There is a search tool that looks at the titles of the contained documents but it does not appear to look at any of the metadata of the files {e.g. Keywords}.  This limits the usefulness by me having to put in long descriptive names in the file titles, which looks weird and quickly becomes unwieldy.  Is there any thought to add the metadata such as keywords to the search algorithm?  That way, it will make the whole process that much more useful.  I could add lots of useful keywords to each document and the search algorithm wou
