I have been using Adobe Send and Track to send large files for years but within the last week or so it has stopped working and I am unable to find a solution in the community. I have attached the error message I and others get when trying to access the files through the links that Adobe creates. The files in question are not deleted or moved in the cloud. They are right where they are supposed to be, we just can't access them. Can someone suggest a solution? Nothing has changed since it last worked, firewalls, security software, etc. It just stopped allowing access with the files being deleted message. I have attached a screenshot of the message.

Hola. Hasta hace unos dias funcionaba la versión web de Adobe Sign pero ahora sale la pantalla en blanco. En Windows o Mac ocurre el mismo problema con cualquier navegador.  ¿Podeis solucionarlo?  Gracias.

I created a pdf from jpg files on my computer last night with no trouble. This morning I needed ro do it again with the same files and kept getting a red error message saying 'The file is either password protected, encrypted or is a PDF form that could not be combined to generate the PDF file.' I was able to get around it once by re-saving the component files from the same PSDs into JPGs with different filenames - which worked once, but then when I did it again one minute later I got the same error message and had to re-save to yet a different filename. If anyone else has had this and knows what's going on I'd appreciate some help. Thank you.

How do I convert a PDF file to an editable word document?

I'm having a hard time finding an answer to my question. Here's the situation: I'm trying to make one pdf from multiple pdf's in Acrobat Pro using the create pfd from multiple files function. When the combined pdf is created, top level bookmarks are created for each file name. Below the top level bookmarks, the original bookmarks from the files are present.  My ideal situation is to have the bookmarks from the original files only and lose the filename bookmarks but I can't find an option. Now I am faced with a lot of manual labour. 

Hello,I have the PDF Pack subscription and I'm having trouble combining several PDFs using the online PDF Combine tool https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/combine-pdf/. The tool is working for some combinations of files but not all of them - I get the error message "! Could not organise". All of them are PDFs, all open fine with no passwords, the files names aren't long or have special characters and the total size is 9.78MB so not dealing with a lot of data.Could you please advise how to fix this error? As mentioned, the tool is working using chrome; it's just this set of files I'm having trouble with.  I subscribe for this service to be able to use the combine feature so would very much appreciate support with this issue. Many thanks in advance
