Adobe Acrobat Online

Once I type in the fields for sending a 55 MB file, there is no option to "send" - only "cancel".  I can't send my combined pdf file.  I was able to send single files earlier this morning that had more content in it.  I don't know why this is not working.

Where is the support from Adobe? I have paid for the Export facility but the documents I converted to Word were partly illegible and impossible to amend or use. Word were shown misspelt. A total waste of money. I had to retype everything in Word instead. Disappointing. IS this "community" the only place to complain?

How can i stop the auto renewal subscription? And am i going to be charged every month USD 23.99 or it is a sum amount for a year??

How do you create an AcrobatXI zip file in windows 8.1? from acrobat.com docs?  Sorry Not sure what community to ask this in this community?  The email provider I was using didn''t seem to want to accept it through Adobe Send the first time and since Adobe Send ends January 6, I am assuming a zip file is preferable..  I thought I had seen an Adobe Zip file somewhere but haven't been able to locate it. Last night (dec. 23) I was trying to upload 30 photo files. The progress bar works, but it either stalls or at the end I get an error message. These are time critical, I have a client waiting for the photos. I tried sending just a couple of photos, but the same issue happens. Please give me a solution.

Have been using Adobe CreatePDF for many months successfully.Only recently over the past few days I have been experiencing errors for periods between 3-5 hours on every attempt to convert/combine files. The error reads: "The file has not been processed. An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF"It will stay like this and no amount of refreshing the cache, logging in and out will help. I'm running Firefox 34.0.5, windows 7 64bit. Only solution I've found is to wait until the next day and it seems to be working again. Only explanation i can think of is some unexplained maintenance adobe is running behind the scenes because I'm often working late between 12am - 4am.When this problem happens, no file types will convert/combine I've tested JPEG, PDF and word docs to PDF.I log in and out of my account, I've cleared my cache, I'm using Firefox 34.0.5 which has always worked in the past I just don't understand how this error is happening for such long periods. Starting to r
