Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello, I cannot find a contact number or anyone at adobe to talk to. Can someone please advise... I've got an adobe PDF smart charge on my bank statement and have no idea why this came up? I have no subscription plans with adobe. How do I get a refund?

I get this when trying to use the sign feature.       You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator.                                       

Hello. How can I convert my PDF-file with actions and links into HTML without the layout being messed up upon opening the HTML-file? I'm using Adobe Cloud. I have Acrobat Online

So frustrated. I have used Adobe DC on my desktop without issue for years. Now all of a sudden its opened under an "old" email address and insists I buy or sign up for a"free" trial. I DONT need to I have a paid subscription but it wont get out of this loop of the old Gmail address to let me sign into my active account. I dont want to buy or free trial and when I hit "Quit Adobe" it removes it. As soon as I try to open a PDF it comes right back to that screen with no option to actually log into my active account. Please help!!!!!!!!!! Going crazy. 

I logged onto my Adobe Pro online from a new work computer. There were many old pdfs that I had worked on over the years which I don't want saved on any cloud or server. The are not listed in my Creative Cloud just on my Home recent list. If I can open them up on a new computer then the pdfs must be on Adobe's server. I want to delete these completely, but the only option is to remove them from the recent list.  Does anyone know how to completely delete the pdfs from Adobe's possession? It is not their property. Some of them involve criminal investigations and they need to be completely deleted not just removed from the recent list. I am trying this before I call them. 

Hi my self ramesh pandey  I am trying to print fees receipt on thermal printer blur text unreadable text printing on web browser pdf page as web school management application we have ,when same file I downloaded and opened in Adobe pdf then print is Coming clear and readable text ,yesterday I have added Adobe extension in chrome browser then also same issue blur text so kindly help madam / sir   image number 210311 is print from Adobe application and rest is from browser pdf print

How do I cancel the renewal of this product? I've used the online chat, been on for an hour - no help Sent an email to my account manager who tells me he will revisit it at the renewal point in 5 months., seriously?!! Can upgrade and add products, but not cancel. Disgraceful. Please help me cancel by providing an email address. I purchased your service through online services so don't expect to have to call a call center to stop renewal.

HelloI can not get anything to work in Acrobat cloud anymore. Can upload files from the Scan app ... but can not move them around within my cloud folder. If I try to open the menu ... next to the file ... just get blue spinning wheel. Spoke to support who ran me through deleting a bunch of certificates etc ... still same problem. Using Safari ... OS Ventura ... all up to date. Heeeeeeeellllllllpppppp its driving me nuts 😕😕

HiIm using Acrobat Pro and Document Cloud through the Adobe CC for students package.  I'm in trial now but will update if I can configure the systems as I need them to work.I have built a repository of files in document cloud. They are organised by folder and each folder represents a structure of> Degree Module > Essay 1 > Textbooks> Degree Module > Essay 1 > Research Papers> Degree Module > Essay 1 > ScansSo when I'm adding markup, annotation etc I can come back to through the folder structure to systematically review the notes and then compile the essay.The problem I have is how to add purposeful meta to use after the essay is finished ready for when I need to access it later.Example: Whilst reading and annotating a Research Paper (> Degree Module > Essay 1 > Research Papers>phenomenology of DBS patients.pdf) I annotate something I know I will want to reference at a later point in time with a comment tag #personhoodThis will be useful becau

Hello all,Since the past 2 weeks, we are experimenring a blank page in Adobe Acrobat Online Webpage every time we need to access to the application to review documents, create templates, make an e-sign document,... Adobe not recognizing that I purchased pdf to word function.   Keeps taking me to purchase page.  I am clearly logged in and log in clearly shows I paid for this functionality.   Just going in circles, not sure what to do.   Thanks.

This pop up opens after each pdf I create. How do I make it stop?  

When I log in to my Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack account I cannot access my prodcuts, I just get a blank white screen, this has only occurred in the last week. It goes no further and so I cannot access my Document Cloud account.

When I share documents through  https://documentcloud.adobe.com it goes to a blank screen.  I've been using Adobe Pro with shared docs links for a while and have never had this problem before.  I've tried open in Google brownser and Microsoft edge, but it didn't work. On my phone works neither. I need help.

can't scan a document in my printer and have it come up in the adobe acrobat reader like it did before my last update...can anyopne suggest a solution...have been on hold with adobe for 46 minutes.

I have a secure pdf file and the password to open it. I need to upload an unsecured copy of it. I unlock it then attempt to copy or save to my computer or upload and when I go to the copied, saved or uploaded version, it is locked. How do I copy it so I may use it unsecured?

Hi! Our users are having an issue with Acrobat last weeks (beggining November 2022), specifically the url https://acrobat.adobe.com The users are able to login to their account. Then  they acces their account ("view account" under their profile picture). Finally, when they click on "Access you apps and services" they see a gray screen (see images) What should we do?  Thanks and regards!
