Adobe Acrobat Online

I am about to pull my hair out.  I created labels in Online labels.com.  They are .pdf files.  Before I was forced to download Windows 8, I had no trouble printing the .pdf files.  Once I downloaded Windows 8, I could no longer print .pdf files, so I got the conversion pack.  Now, my labels are printed in something that resembles Klingon.  This has literally shut down my home business.  I am using an HP laptop and an HP 1044 printer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  And, I am sure this question has been answered elsewhere, but I am so incredibly frustrated right now, I can't see straight.Victoria McLure

I purchased ExportPDF so that I could save a filled-out form to Word. I needed to do this because, though the form has fields that allow seemingly infinite text to be inserted, the text is not visible when printed.  The document must be submitted by US Mail.  When I converted the completed document to Word, it erased ALL of the text I added and unchecked all boxes.  If this is all it can do, I need to unsubscribe and get a refund.  That is totally worthless to me.

I have converted literally thousands of reports with the same type/size graph on them from PDF to Word then back to PDF as I need to edit the graph by changing the color of the bars and adding a few lines. I used to be able to ungroup the graph and then regroup and save as a PDF. Now, I can't ungroup them and have to add objects on top of the graph and when I go to resave as a PDF the graph is completely garbled with lines all over the report and bars all over the place. How can I fix this?
