I Dont know how I finished up with an account. The first time I noticed a charge on my bank statement I found that it was the second charge I had received.When I looked into it. I find that somehow I have been led down path to buy something, and I don't even know what products are.So I try to cancel after paying 2 months of £19.53 for something I am supposed to download but I dont know what.And trying to cancel is like trying to swim through treacle.I am 67 years old and suffering from Parkinsons Disease. I think people like me need protection from these companies that get you to sign up for things by using smoke and mirrors then make it almost impossible to find a way out. The only way is for me to get my bank to stop payment.Which i don't like doing because I must take some responsibility for getting into this situation in the first instance.But Adobe have had £39.06 out of me and I have had nothing in return.And I think its scurrilous the way they create a maze when you try to cance

I need to get my refund today, since I probably lost a job opportunity because they need my documents in WORD. Not PDF. This sucks and I want my money back

I can't connect to Adobe.com from Adobe reader anymore. Says to check my internet connection. Which is connected. I can sign in to Adobe.com via firefox but not directly from Adobe reader

I just purchased this service so that my son may use his school's online pdf Biology lab reports. The file opens online correctly as a pdf, and you can enter the date. However, then you cannot save without converting. I have tried in .doc, .docx. and .rtf and no file downloads or converts correctly. All that shows up is blank boxes.

I purchased software from Adobe on 10/17. I entered all my contact information and then was told the ordering system was down and they would process within 24 hours. I needed the software THEN since I had to distribute my book the next day. Now, in the midst of a lot of stuff going on in my life, I have forgotten exactly what I ordered.
