Hi All!I have read a few threads here about the inability to share multiple files at once. It seems that this was a function that used to exist and now does not (in 2019). Since then, has anyone found a way to share multiple files or share a folder? Thanks for your help!

Is there a way to keep your default view settings when using fill and sign, only minor but i like having single page view fitted to height, but when using Fill & Sign it changes this and keeps it's change when closing fill and sign again. Cheers,

I would like to know whether I can update my PDF file on a free account of Adobe Document Cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/), as I do in a Google Drive. With Google Drive, I can update a PDF file by uploading the next version of the file with the same name as previously uploaded. Is that possible using a free account of Adobe Document Cloud?I have once uploaded a PDF (first version) to my Adobe Document Cloud drive. Then, I edited the file on my local computer (i.e. I made the second version of the file), and I upload the second version with the same name as the first one. However, Adobe Document Cloud seemed to save the second version as a different file from the first version. So, now I have two different files both of which have exactly the same name on my Adobe Document Cloud drive. However, I would like to renew the file on the Adobe Document Cloud drive, without saving the first and second version separately. How can I achieve that?

We are getting more and more problems with this solution from Adobe. It's slow, and sometimes PDFs don't even open. So I want to remove Adobe Document Cloud PDF from my entire tenant. I have used the guide on this site. Deploy Adobe Acrobat for SharePoint and OneDrive but with no success. I've tried the option from this site Solved: Re: Uninstalling Document Cloud via Azure Active D... - Adobe Support Community - 10328884 Set enabled to "No," assign users to "Yes," and visibility to "No." Then delete the application and wait 36 hours. But still, after a weekend, the users get a prompt from the document cloud when opening pdf from SharePoint.Does anyone have a good solution for this to remove it?  

I want to cancle my plan ( it is in trial period) but unable to.Also, adobe is initiating monthly fee in trial period, I have disabled such transactions. How do I cancel subscription during trial without paying first

I've been trying to cancel my free trial ever since it ended and Adobe doesn't answer on support lines and they make it so complicated just to cancel it and I keep getting emails saying they can't charge my card but I don't even use the account it was simply just so I could compress a file for work and yet when I try to cancel it there is no option too I tried the tutorial and everything literally the day the trial ended I hope this reaches support and I can get this sorted

I am using the web-links feature and 'real - weblinks' - the links open fine on my machine, but every other machine does nothing. We've invested a lot of time and money creating our content - please advise. I understaand Adobe had this problem over 5 year ago. Surely it works now, yes?

my phone was breaking so I backed it up before it did backed up to Google drive under backups but under computers don't run a computer how do I access I had to log the phone out also to log a new phone in 

My Adobe Acrobat DC failed with the following error:  An error has been detected with a required application library or file and the product  cannot continue. Please reinstall the application.I tried to check for updates or repairs prior to this and once that was done the error above occurred.I removed Acrobat DC and reinstalled it only to have the error reappear. Any suggestions for remedy would be appreciated. Nick Weedman

I have a PDF file and idk how to open/view it

Help please!I am looking to combine 14 PDFs (book chapters) into one single PDF file. Basically, the main book PDF was split and sent out to individual chapter authors, the chapter authors have marked up their corrections to their chapters and sent them back to me. For some reason, all files have a digital signature now so I cannot combine them back into one 'whole book' PDF. Is this possible?! I don't need the digital signatures but I do need the comments that the authors have made. I have done this hundreds of times previously but have never run into the problem with the digital signatures! Thank you in advance!

When creating link for sharing a file I get an errror message from Adobe that says that it can't create link and try again later. This happens for all files.

On the left-hand side of the Agreements page of my Adobe Document Cloud account (at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/?app!versions=latest&source=pwa#agreement_type=all), there is a filter for archived agreements. And in the "STATUS" column of the list of agreements on that page, some agreements have the value "Archived." So how can I change the STATUS of a "Signed" agreement to "Archived?"  

On the Agreements page of my Adobe Document Cloud Account (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/?app!versions=latest&source=pwa#agreement_type=all), I note that I can do something called "Hide Agreement." I see this option when I select a document on that page and look within the pane on the right-hand side of the browser tab.I assume that if I do "Hide Agreement," I won't be able to see that agreement any longer on my Agreements page. That sounds appealing to me because my Agreements page is cluttered with many old, uninteresting agreements now. However, if I later want to review an agreement that I have previously hidden, can I do so? If so, how?

When i try and convert a pdf to a doc file or an xlsx file after conversion the new file is blank. Any suggestions?
