Het uploaden van een PDF bestand converteren naar word gaat wel maar het downloaden van het word bestaand niet. Telkens meldeing er is een fout opgetreden.

I have a PDF file and idk how to open/view it

Help please!I am looking to combine 14 PDFs (book chapters) into one single PDF file. Basically, the main book PDF was split and sent out to individual chapter authors, the chapter authors have marked up their corrections to their chapters and sent them back to me. For some reason, all files have a digital signature now so I cannot combine them back into one 'whole book' PDF. Is this possible?! I don't need the digital signatures but I do need the comments that the authors have made. I have done this hundreds of times previously but have never run into the problem with the digital signatures! Thank you in advance!

Does Adobe Acrobat on line have a way to distill .ps files or is that desktop only.

When creating link for sharing a file I get an errror message from Adobe that says that it can't create link and try again later. This happens for all files.

On the left-hand side of the Agreements page of my Adobe Document Cloud account (at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/?app!versions=latest&source=pwa#agreement_type=all), there is a filter for archived agreements. And in the "STATUS" column of the list of agreements on that page, some agreements have the value "Archived." So how can I change the STATUS of a "Signed" agreement to "Archived?"  

On the Agreements page of my Adobe Document Cloud Account (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/?app!versions=latest&source=pwa#agreement_type=all), I note that I can do something called "Hide Agreement." I see this option when I select a document on that page and look within the pane on the right-hand side of the browser tab.I assume that if I do "Hide Agreement," I won't be able to see that agreement any longer on my Agreements page. That sounds appealing to me because my Agreements page is cluttered with many old, uninteresting agreements now. However, if I later want to review an agreement that I have previously hidden, can I do so? If so, how?

When i try and convert a pdf to a doc file or an xlsx file after conversion the new file is blank. Any suggestions?    

I purchased Adobe Export PDF but when I try to export to word or excel the wheel never stops spinning what is up with this

I want to cancel my whole account, I do not like this program and it said if I canceled with in 30 days I would get a full refund. I want to cancle this ASAP and it will not allow me to. Please help me with this!!!!!!

Hello, I'm trying to change the name that shows on comments in Acrobat Adobe Reader (I'm using Windows 10). When I follow the instructions and go to the comment properties dialog box, and then the the General tab, to specify my name in the Author field, the Author field is greyed out, and does not allow me to make any changes. Do you have any suggestions to change this please? Jenny

Good day, After installing Acrobat and opening a document, if I want to edit it and press only 1 key, the program closes automatically. Everything already uninstalled, not installed. Cache deleted etc etc. What's the problem here? Thanks for the help.

After getting a new computer, i realized that i needed to upgrade my old acrobat 11 so today i purchased a license upgrade but it turns out that i do not own the 2017 equipment -- which was not stated at purchase -- so i do not know how to go about cancelling the upgrade and purchasing 2020.  Anyone able to help?  Adobe is not all that helpful in the area of customer service unfortunately.

Since upgrading to DC all of my PDF documents (created using a "save as" in Word and using the drop down menu to select PDF) - so I am both the author of the original document and the creater of the PDF copy and yet whatever settings are there by default, there's a password protection stopping me from even highlighting my own pdf documents,  I can't find anywhere in the settings to change the default.  I'm not adding it, it's just automatically part of every pdf created from my computer since the upgrade.  Does anyone have any advice?

Hallo, wenn ich mit dem Acrobat Pro DC Word-Dateien in PDF konvertiere, habe ich im Speicherfenster die Möglichkeit die Funktion "Nutzen Sie den Cloud-Dienst Adobe Create PDF" zu aktivieren. Wenn ich diese Funktion aktiviere, werden zwar Hyperlinks aus dem Word-Dokument übernommen, aber manche Schriftarten falsch dargestellt. Wenn ich die Funktion deaktiviere, werden die Schriftarten zwar richtig übernommen, dafür die Hyperlinks nicht. Was muss ich tun, damit beides funkioniert? Ich arbeite mit einem MacBook und habe alle Programme (macOS, Office 365, Adobe) auf dem aktuellen Stand. Danke für eure Hilfe!

I have created a document with multiple fill-and-sign fields. I did this by using Tools > "prepare form" > and allowing the form auto generate form fields. Everything looks perfect in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but when I upload the form to our website, so people will be able to fill it out and download, the specific signature fields disappear even though all the other text "fill" fields are still there. For my purposes it is okay for the "signature" to be a typed name, but I cannot figure out how to edit the field type or fix it to where it even shows up when the form is uploaded to our website, and I have been unable to find any answers online.

How do I maintain the exact scale of an image when I export to jpeg? 

Recently, we configured online document cloud in office 365 and we are able to open the document from sharepoint, add comment, sign and text. But we are not able to edit existing text in the PDF which was already there. As per the client requirements, we have to provide the option for online editing. We don't want the users to use any desktop application or download the document to edit it. We also purchased the license "Acrobat Pro DC with enhanced e-sign features" but still not able to edit the existing text.   Please suggest.

I have one company who is sending me greyed out PDF files. They are not black. I cannot get my PDF reader to open the file. I have uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled Adobe. I still have the same problem. I can create PDF files from word, I can open PDF files stored on my desktop computer, and I can open and read PDF files I receive from other companies. It is just this one company, where there is a problem.
