I NEED TO CANCEL THIS INCORRECT SUBSCRIPTION THAT WAS MADE I DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION FOR ANYTHING I DO NOT HAVE IT OR DOWNLOADED IT CAN VERIFY IT IN YOUR SYSTEM I DO NOT ENTER THEY MAKE ME CHARGES THAT YOU SHOULD NOT BE PAYING BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE IT, WHO DOESN'T USE IT INFORMATION, PLEASECANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I was reading this pdf book for weeks now. I have been highlighting a lot of important details and noting down on it since. I'm using mainly my iPad to access it using Adobe Acrobat application.Earlier today, the app logged me out of my account for no reason. When I logged back in, I can no longer access the file. It says: "the document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged"Tried accessing it on my Android, same error message. On my Acrobat on my PC, same problem. On my browser, same.How can I fix it? I tried some online pdf recovery websites, but no help from them.If there's no way to fix it, what app ASIDE FROM ADOBE APPS can I use to do the same tasks without risking my documents to become corrupted?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!Ich habe am 21.09.2009 das Programm Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro um 670,80 gekauft und war mit diesem Programm sehr zufrieden. Vor ca. 2 Jahren hat momentan dieses Programm nicht mehr funktioniert und habe mir daher als Alternative das kostenlose Programm Acrobat Reader DC heruntergeladen. Nachdem ich mein ursprüngliches Programm deinstalliert und neu installiert habe, hat dieses bis vor wenigen Tagen wieder klaglos funktioniert. Jetzt ist es so, dass zwar Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro das Standardprogramm ist, aber wenn ich ein neues PDF-Dokument von einem Browser herunterlade öffnet Acrobat Reader DC das Dokument. Hingegen öffnet Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro die PDF-Dokumente, die bereits auf meinem PC gespeichert sind, oder per e-mail auf meine Computer kommen, diese Kuriosum tritt bei beiden Computern auf. Ich habe auch dieses mal Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro deinstalliert und neu installiert, doch leider ohne Erfolg.Bitte geben Sie mir Tipps, wie ich dieses Manko beheben kann.

I know there has to be a way to do this, but I've only been able to find information on batch-requesting signatures on the same form.I need people to sign off on their individual reports, and I'm hoping there's a way to automate this instead of going through one by one on the reports and requesting a signature. Any suggestions?

Lately, when I generated pdf documents, directly from Word they had increase the size like 3 times. I dont know if its because an upgrade or other thing, but i would like to know how to configure acrobat to have files with lower size. Thanks, and sorry for my english

I have PDF Pack & was combining files all morning now combine button is grayed out. I've tried different browsers, signing in & out, restarting computer, nothing is working. Asked Support & they couldn't help, said to ask forum. Anyone else know how to resolve this issue?

I have upgraded Adobe to enable pdf files to excel. When I try to convert the pdf file i get the subscription page again asking me for payment. I have paid and an account is not set up.  mystery. 

I just recently made changes to a pdf document on Adobe DC Pro. Is it possible for someone to still see the content of the original version or see that it was altered? And if so, is there a way to erase the earlier version, and how?

I do software testing for our enterprise environment before we deploy to our users. Fill and Sign is a feature that was long overdue and it's finally here. While I am happy at the performance of the new Reader DC reader and Acrobat DC opening and loading documents is much improved, but there is one area where I don't understand why there's a marked difference between Acrobat DC and Reader DC. I am testing using a Surface Pro tablet with Windows 8.1 and it's included stylus. When you use the Fill and Sign tool, drawing a signature in Acrobat DC works beautiful. The signature drawing comes out great and it feels very natural to draw, sign, and use handwriting. However, in Reader DC, using the same exact document, drawing the signature has a terrible lag, and it misses strokes, as a result the signature has barely any resemblance to what it is supposed to look like. That is unless you draw the signature really really slow to give time to the software to catch up to the curves as you draw

I'm a Notary and would like to use Adobe Acrobat to complete some of the fill-ins I need to do on a loan package.  The first thing I tried to do is change the following:.....before me _____________ by John Doe who provided identification... The "______" here would be my name so it would read: ....before me Ron Notary by John Doe who provided identification... The Search/Replace will not grab the ______, however, the Advanced Search will grab it if I search on "before me _".  But I don't see anyway to perform the Replace functionality?  Any help?

Hi, I have reviewed a pdf using acrobat on the iPad.  Marking it up with the pencil.   This resulted in 25 comments.When I go to document cloud, only 18 comments made it.  The remaining 7 are missing.   The iPad app says it is is fully synced.  The app is also up to date.     Its really really annoying!

How do I save docs in adobe fill and sign on ipad?

I am really, really angy and just wanted to warn other users: I used to save big documents and PDF books in Adobe Document cloud and comment on them. This way I could access them from multiple devices. Because I don't trust any cloud service 100% I used to make backups from time to time which unfortunately includes many manual steps when using Document Cloud. Unfortuantely, my last backup was made a couple of days ago so I lost a lot of work.What happend yesterday was something that I really did not expect from a so called "professional" document (!) cloud service: Acrobat DC became completely unresponsive during a save of the big PDF document into the cloud. After restarting I thought that I can simply reopen the doc but then I got a simple message that the file is damaged and cannot be recovered. Everything was simply gone! There is no backup and there is no way to recover the document. What I did not expect is that Document Cloud removes the last working PDF before having saved the

Can anyone tell me where I can find the plug-in for Outlook.  I loved Adobe SendNow for that very reason.  I do not like having to sign into Adobe Send and upload and have to go back and forth entering email addresses.  The Outlook plug in was fantastic ... I could attach the large files and then copy the author.  I had access to all my email contacts and could send the email to the author as a blind cc.  Now, I am sending a copy to the author who is in turn -- downloading the document all over again.  It makes no sense.I sent a large file earlier today and it kept saying that the person had to have an Adobe ID to view the document. So far I dislike Adobe Send.

I Need to upload some PDF files and the file size should be below 100KB.  I tried Adobe online compression tool but did not get the less than 100KB file.  Please guide! regards

HiI am unable to send esignature email to client.  When I do this, it says that it has successfully sent to recepient with a copy to me.But nothing happens.Neither the recepient nor I get the email.Could some one rectify this.When contacted, adobe, Sydney they are asking $199 for fixing the issue.Please check if anyone can help.Thanks in advance.Prasad

I have a single file that has 12 time sheets on it. Each time sheet needs to be Digitally signed via certificate. one ny one.  When I sign the first sheet it won't allow me to sign any more of the sheets? any ideas?

I can save to adobe document cloud and load files from it before on my iPad or iPhone by using the same account.  When I upgraded my iPhone to 14.5 , i click to "save to doucement cloud" , the loading sign besides the document keep flashing on both "home" and "doucument cloud" page, and my iPad cannot receieve anything from it.  I did the same way from iPad save file to document cloud, I can open and download the file on iPhone

I have a font installed on my computer called Avenir. It is not a common font so when I author documents and send them to others for review (who many not have Avenir installed), I save a copy of the Word doc as a PDF. This allows the document to maintains the "look and feel" that the final published copy will have without requiring the review team to have the special font. I've started to notice that when I do this, Adobe is seemingly injecting a font into the Word document that is messing up my styling sheet. When I come back to the document for edits or versioning, all these tiny little dots/periods litter the document, and I end up having to undo all this strange coding. For example, something that should read: "... select Reset to Default."Looks like this : "...select .Reset. to. .Default.." or when the style is removed: ""... select 9T9T9TReset9T9T9T 9T9T9Tto9T9T9T 9T9T9TDefault9T9T9T. How do I stop this from happening? I am using Office 360 and Adobe Acrobat P
