Adobe Acrobat Online

I am Unable to access Document Cloud in Chrome and in Desktop Version. This is very frustrating.

We have deployed the adobe pdf handler to a group of users. We want to use this to add sticky notes to a pdf file in online view. When i open a pdf file from my online onedrive (browser view) the adobe cloud pdf handler works perfect and can make sticky notes..but when i open a pdf file from a SharePoint Online site the handler is not working and get a blanco tab. What do i need to do to get it also working with SharePoint Online sites? 

I'd like to move my works from my macbook pro into Creative Cloud Files and than delete them from my mac, is this possible?Is there a way to copy folders to CCF? so far the only way in my understanding seems to be uploading a file at a time trhough the ACC page. I'm finding the all management of CCF not very clear. It would have made sense if it was like Dropbox or Teamdrive for example, where you can upload a file or a folder and than the file is online and you can delete the one on your computer, but here in CCF with the story of syncing the files I admit that I found it kind of a mess. Can someone explain it to me please?Thanks

i cannot view any of my PDFs i sent out for signatures. I only see the search bar and the left column. I cannot see the icons anymore nor can i see he log out button 

I have a free Document Cloud account. It has a 2 GB capacity, which is fine for my uses. I believe I am well within that 2 GB storage capacity, though I don't know how to check on what my document storage volume may be. I get a Quota Exceeded error lately whenever I try and upload a new document to my account. My questions:How do I check to see how much storage capacity I have used?If I am well within my 2 GB limit, how do I resolve this issue of being unable to upload documents to the account?Bob DelaneyMississauga, Ontario

"Libraries sync error To use Creative Cloud Library, please update the Creative Could Application."Recently, I had to retire my old computer, in doing so, I had to sign into my account and redown load the programs I need. When I open these programs, I go to my libraries tab to try and connect to my library. I either get nothing (Illustrator) or "To use Creative Cloud Libraries, please update the Creative Cloud Application, Get it now!" (InDesign). When I try to connect, it asks me to redownload Creative Cloud over and over again, but never solves the problem.In the past, I had shared this library across all 3 programs, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Please help, thanks.

I have the free version of Document Cloud and I keep getting an error message that my quota has been exceeded. I started having this problem uploading about 3 months ago and have since deleted everything from the Document Cloud. There are no documents now. Is the 2 GB storage a lifetime amount and I've exceeded it? I've tried uploading with various devices and various sized documents. What are my options?

Dear all,I am facing this issue: I have a PPTX presentation with different multimedia files embedded (the presentation size is quite big 1.7 Gb) and I would like to transform this presentation in a pdf file with working video and audio: I can't do this conversion because videos and audios turn out as images and I need, in the PDF file, working videos and audios. Is it possible to maintain working videos and audios in the PDF file? I have downloaded Acrobat Pro DC for Mac as a trial version because I am not sure that this is the right software to convert my PPTX file. Could someone help me in solving this problem? Thank you very much. BestGiovanni  

Ok I created a PDF file from my IOS and it turns out to be 51.4 MB well that's way to large to send at one time.  How do I spilt the file into files to make it easier to send and manage??  thanks 

I have paid for Adobe Acrobat and am supposed to be able to combine PDFs.  I am directed to the link https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf and I am able to upload all the files I would like to combine, but there is no way to actually combine them.  The "Combine" button appears to be inactive.  Please help. Unsure why I am paying for a service that does not seem to work when I need it to and I should get some money back for every day it goes without working. Thanks,Regina

Does anyone know why after creating a PDF form on my desktop version of Acrobat Pro DC then uploading to my document cloud I lose all of my field formatting when I turn it into a "send" template?  The fields still retain the formatting requirement for that particular field but when viewing or printing they are unformatted, e.g. $100,000 is 100,000; phone should be (111) 111-1111 but is 1111111111 and the calculation fields do not work.  Ideas?

I need to convert several hundred MDI (Microsoft Document Imaging) files to PDF. Microsoft does not seem to offer any solutions that actually work. Please help?

J'ai acheté et payé Adobe export PDF le 8 octobre 2019, j'ai bien reçu la facture et cela a bien été débité sur mon compte bancaire   mais  il n'apparait pas dans mes achats sur mon compte Adobe je n'ai pas pu le télécharger donc pas l'utiliser Que faire , j'ai contacté l'aide le numéro de ma facture ne suffit pas pour retrouver apparemment le produit . 

Hi All,I have downloaded Adobe.DocumentCloud.Services from nuget package manager to try HTML to PDF conversion from my .net application. It is expecting a configuration key which i should get over email. 1. Am I going in the right direction for converting HTML to PDF using Adobe DC?2. Do I get configuration key for trial period. If it works according to my requirement we might plan to buy this product.3. Without config key is there anyway to test this sdk code from my .net application? 

In Document Cloud when I navigate to Settings for my account, one of the navigation items on the left-hand side is 'Shared Libraries'. What is this, what's supposed to appear here (it's just an empty list for me)?Ideally I'd like to be able to share templates used for 'Send for Signature' with other Document Cloud users, it's not obvious that this is possible though.

Hello - Is there pdf document versioning? Meaning, if I have a PDF that I have sent for review > received feedback > reflected changes to native source file > want to send again for next round of review. Do I need to upload again and establish a new link and separate "Shared file" or am I able to version over the previous round to avoid potentially many different documents/links for one file? Hello everyone!I am testing adobe document digital signature on server side.We have SAP and dedicated Adobe Document Service. We configured Adobe service, credentials and all needed stuff for digital signatures. And I can successfully sign documents from SAP. SAP uses Adobe service as a web service and it works fine except one thing.When I sign pdf document, I cant change locale and appearance of signature on server side. And result looks like on picture I would like to use RU locale inside signature field, how can I do it? And is it possible to change appearance, timestamp format and etc? Maybe I need to change some JavaScripts on server side?For Adobe interactive form I set locale to RU in SignatureField but it didnt help.I would like to show in signature fields Company name, Position, Signer Name and sign date in format DD.MM.YYYY HH:mm:SSI found many guides how to setup appearance for local signatures, but cant find how to do it for service.For example, Adobe custom appea

How do I remove this new feature of an ampersand showing up in the sticky note comment, which if I'm not careful, forwards the document to various email addresses to the cloud? Very annoying!

If I send a document using 'Send for signature' and CC an email address that has an Adobe login, the document shows up in the CC'd users Document Cloud 'For Signature' list as 'Waiting for others 0 of 1 completed'. However, it continues to show this status even after it's been signed, although if the CC'd user clicks that item in the list the summary that appears in the right-hand column shows 'Status: Signed'. In the document originator's Document Cloud the document correctly displays in the same list view as 'Completed'. I'm looking at sharing information across logins like this for the first time, and wondering if the status displayed in the table of documents will ever update to show the correct status?

I am trying the adobe document cloud sharing. And whenever I click the share button, an error message in red appear. "Share: unexpected error". "Sharing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Please let me know how to resolve this. 

Hallo zusammen, ich kann ein pdf nicht randlos drucken. Entweder schneidet mir der Drucker einen Teil ab oder es wird ein Rand generiert. Versucht wurden mehrere Drucker und diverse Anwendungen (foxit, pdf24, Acrobat Reader) . Die Drucker sind alle Tintenstrahler und wenn ich zB ein pdf in Word generiere und drucke , habe ich keine Probleme. Irgendeine Idee? mfG Tsunami   [Title renamed by the moderator]

I am writing a novel and am at the point where I would like feedback from readers but do not want my material printed or copied.Can this service share a PDF where I can prevent copying and printing as well as deleting the PDF when I desire?
