Adobe Acrobat Online

I am unable to convert PDF files to JPG files in Adobe Export PDF, Adobe plan I have had for several years.  Recently renewed, and have the latest update.  The option to convert to Image simply does not come up.  I have done this in the past, in fact, as I recall, I did this as recently as 2 months ago. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed, v. 2019.012.20035, and the OS is Windows 7.

Will Adobe Export PDF convert hand-written information to Excel?

i need to create a template for our t&c as i need my collueagues to fill some parts before sending and also asking the signee to give some information like bank details, home address and choose some options. How do i do that as a template so everyone can just fill the prefilled sections and send it.[Title changed by moderator]

unable to sign last page of document under the fill and sign feature. please advise how to fix this issue. it has been this way since I signed up for the adobe document cloud service. thank you, stacey

I am unable to combine files, keeps giving conversion failure error

When I am on my adobe pdf on the right hand side of the pdf its says convert Adobe Export PDF. I am trying to convert an adobe pdf to a microsoft (*.docx). When I press on convert a popup comes up and says "An error occurred while sighing in ." Im not sure why this is happening because it clearly states my name above export pdf .Note: Personal Phone number removed by moderator[Title edited by moderator]

just purchased not a product, as I was corrected by Adobe help, the service... per advertising it said it would be able to split a pdf into multiple pdf's. now it doesn't look like it. was advised there is no help supported with the service I purchased, but they're more then happy to sign me up for the more expensive version! I don't have the time or money to play around. All I want to do is split larger pdf's into several pdf's. anyone that can guide me??? I'm ready to cancel the service!!!

Hi, When I open the Fill & Sign app and I browse for a file, I can get to local storage or iCloud drive but I can't get to my Google drive storage.Any suggestions? I can get to my Google Drive using the File Brwoser on my iPad, just not from within the Fill & Sign app.

I see that the invoice description "EPDF,ALL,OTH,WHST1,MUL,001,N/A,23.88" was considered an unusable description by other customers, too, and, instead of both answering the questions straight, and sorting out the stupid "automated" system which is not able to translate internal part number descriptions to humanly readable information, the support persons limited their actions to answer directly to the customer who asked the question.I am looking for the same answer, and I would expect that intelligent companies to be able to adjust their automated systems to generate readable invoices.

I have an annual subscription to Export PDF which allows me to convert PDF files into Word files.  I renewed the subscription last September and it is good until this September.  When I open a PDF file in Acrobat Reader DC there is a column within the document on the right hand side which asks me if I want to convert it to Word. I have been doing this for years, however, tonight instead of converting it it took me to a page showing me the subscription pricing to allow me to do this. I already have the subscription and it wants me to pay again!

Hi,Does DCS for MS O365 require a license to fill a pdf form stored under SharePoint? Following the installation of DCS and the opening of a pdf, the fields of the form are not accessible while they are well under Acrobat or through Edge or IE.Regards.Other question, is it possible to open pdf as content type directly in DCS? When converting a pdf to Excel via documentcloud.adobe.com chunks of data are merge/centred in single Excel cells, whilst other data in the same file gets its own line in Excel. Why? And how do I correct this?

After sending a PDF for viewing, can I export/save/print the tracking information/activity? Right now I am only able to view the recipients and activity in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or online via Adobe Document Cloud.

Last week I had the ability to unshare or delete all pdf's that were shared for review via the Adobe Document Cloud. I am the owner and initiator of these documents.Now it is gone! The unshare and delete buttons simply aren't there any more. Red square shows where they were last week.Has anyone else run into this problem? Help!

I have a few hundred files in Adobe Cloud how do I find one I am looking for without going through all 100 pone at a time and viewing them to see what they are? How can I see thumbnails that are larger enough to find the document I am looking for?

I continue to get a window telling me my content is being prepared for reading. The bar never loads and I cannot fill the document. Please advise - I don't know of this is the right product for me.Mindy

Just signed up and paid for the package and received this message on the first attempt to combine files. Tried restarting the computer, nothing. Tried using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome, still didn't work. What is the problem?

Hello,I have noticed that some of the other OCR software performs better than Adobe Acrobat DC OCR function... i.e. Power PDF.  I wonder if you can improve it's functionality as far as recognizing the characters is concerned?...Regards,

How do i access my previously saved message templates from adobe sign after switching to document cloud?

Cant save my documents when I have filled a form and want to save it and rename the file. Have worked just fine til just now. Any suggestions? When I press "save as" a uncomplete form shows that never finishes. Then have to delete it.

Adobe Acrobat DC is unable to combine multiple eps files but if I convert the eps files to pdf first with Preview (onerous!) it will then combine them.

I am downloading an Adobe file to .docx through Document Cloud.  My blue gradient background changes to grey and I lose the gradient feature.   The preview in Document Cloud is fine though.
