Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello! I've been using Acrobat Reader for a long time and suddenly the Export PDF dropdown isn't showing me the options. If I click on it, the arrow points down but no options appear. Any ideas? Thank you!

What is the go with opening PDF files. From today I have to sign in every time I try to open one. This is very frustrating, not to mention time consuming. the keep me logged in button does not seem to work.

I don't have time for this.  Please tell me how I can get the product I purchased to perform.

In Reader DC application on computer, the CREATE PDF  function has stopped working.  Can select a file (such as WORD file) to create, but it does not upload to Adobe for conversion.  This has worked fine for several months and stopped working recently.   I know I can use the online service to CREATE PDF but want to continue using on the computer based application.

How do I get my PDF from the cloud  in a file on my computer?

I fire up the app on my laptop, select the file to convert and then it takes me to an adobe website that only gives me options to pay. I've already paid.

Tried everything suggested to no avail. I originally paid for one month and cancelled straight away as i only needed to complete on task with it. This hasn't stopped Adobe from trying to take more money off me. I've read the other posts, none of the suggestions help. I'm at the end of my tether.

I have just bought the PDF conversion option for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and all PDF docs i ask it to convert to word show the same error message. Error message 'failed to export because storage limit was exceeded?' Any ideas?

This error appears from time-to-time when using Outlook 2010. I am not working with anything in the cloud (at least not knowingly). I converted my iPad notes to a PDF, and the 70 page PDF file is huge (1.1 GB). I bought the Adobe program to convert to MS Word, but the file is too large. How can I reduce the size of the PDF file, or break it into smaller pieces, so that I can convert to word and hopefully have a smaller overall file size. This document has color photos and text. I don't know what makes it so big but any hints to reduce size and help convert will be appreciated.

Please help!I have a 6page PDF that I need to email. The customer can only receive attachments up to 3MB and my file is 8,7MB.I have tried online file converters, tried saving as a jpg (but I need 1 doc, not 6 separate ones).

I just got my subscription today. I can successfully convert a document online through adobe but when I use reader it says "An error occurred while trying to access this service." I need to use the OCR technology and the online conversion doesn't give me the option to do so.
