Adobe Acrobat Online

I use Adobe Document Cloud regularly to upload templates that I send to my customers .  I also have MS Word and am trying to save a document as a PDF.   All of a sudden I am getting the message that my trial subscription has expired and I cannot open the pdf.   If I try to pay for the Pro DC with the same credit card that I paid for the Document Cloud, the system tries to cancel my Document Cloud subscription that I need.  Help!/!??

I have Exported PDFs to word in the past without issue, but for some reason this time it comes through like it is encrypted.7KLV  6FRSH  &KDQJH  2UGHU 

I have converted in the past, but all of sudden I am getting this error message.  using chrome.  Tried from adobe site as well  same error messagethanks for help

Help!  I have purchased Adobe, adobe cloud, adobe reader  and nothing works!I scan a document to my usb,  then to my computer, then convert to doc.x and the document is totally unreadable.   Spent $$ and 3 hours on this today alone.I have dozens of documents to scan and convert HELP!

HelloI purchased the above product but for some reason I can't get it to work.  It won't allow me to get to protecting my document and it won't convert my .pdf files to Word.  I'm more interested in protecting the document at this point but need to know how I can confirm if I've downloaded/uploaded the product correctly to begin with.  Thanks - Lynn

However by mistake I have purchased the yearly abo instead of monthly, since I was expecting an option to choose prior the payment. My Pdf to word was working.Later in the day a repeated message comes up that I am not connected to the internet,but I am.I have re booted and still the same error message .What now.

My adobe reader stopped converting files. I have been using for a few years with no issue until a few days ago. Didn't do anything to my computer. Tried clearing cache, and it worked once. Cleared cache and reinstalled, still not converting. When I click the convert button, it does nothing.

According to the list of subscription benefits, purchasing the Adobe PDF Pack should enable me to combine multiple files into a single PDF. However, when I try to do this after signing in to my account in Acrobat, it seems to imply that I need Acrobat Pro. Can I combine files with PDF Pack? And if not, can I get a refund?

I have a document that is 3.4mb in size that will not convert to xlsx. I have successfully converted it to docx to test. I have successfully converted other documents to xlsx without problem. I have also tried a number of things from other forums, none of which work. Can you please help.

I just paid for a one year membership to be able to convert Adobe PDFs to WORD and back to  PDF.  I tried to convert a PDF to WORD by clicking the Sign In button and the only thing that happened was the Sign In button blinked.  When nothing happened, I clicked the Convert button and was then asked to buy the membership again.  Something does not appear to be working properly.  Please provide some direction/explanation.  I also do not have any new emails from Adobe.  (My account is under [Personal info removed by Mod: email id, ]

I am trying to convert a pdf to a word document however every time i click on convert it comes up with an error message " An error occured while trying to access this server". I have gone in to see if adobe needs updating but it tells me i have the most up to date program already in stalled. I have a mac 10.7.5. I can access this and convert on my other computers just not my mac, anyone know how to fix this?

I continue to get a conversion failure message when trying to convert my PDF file to a Word file.  I have done tried opening a new browser for (https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf ), I have rebooted the computer, and I have checked to make sure my prescription is active which it is.  Are there other actions out there for me to try?

Hello,we are currently facing an issue with send&track.Documents are not received by recipients and when we check the Sent File list, they appear with a FAILED Prefix in their subject.we have tried with different document type and different recipient, and they all appear with the FAILED prefix in subject.I did not found any log explaining why it failed, so if someone has an explanation it would be apprecaited.Regards,

I am trying to convert a pdf floor plan to an image so that I can use it in another program, but no matter what format or quality I use, the resulting image is much lower resolution and not usable.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I created a pdf clicked on send,  it created a link I could forward. The file also appeared in Adobe document cloud. On the website i see the file on the home page but if I click on files, no file exist? How can I delete file, no right pane appears? Also if I open adobe on computer and click document file no files appear?
