Adobe Acrobat Sign

Is there a published list of IPs/Domains for whitelisting to receive Adobe Sign Documents?  We have a very restrictive environment and cannot receive esign documents without whitelisting. Thank You.

Hi, we are using Adobe Sign for Dynamics 365. We recently sent an agreement to a customer where the customer was using a generic email address. The recipient forwarded the email to a colleague and when the colleague opened the agreement to sign it they were prompted to with a further colleages signature, depite never having used Adobe Sign previously themselves. Why was the colleague prompted with another users details? Are signatures cached on some way with the email address? Thanks

Our company uses Adobe Sign to send out contracts. We're thinking it would save time if we could send someone a link to our standard contract where they can sign and start business. Is there a way to make a document public so that anyone can receive the URL and sign?

I sent my pdf out for signatures, but when it came back the signatures that should be on page 3, 4, and 5 are all on the very last page (which is an exhibit page).Why aren't the signatures where they're supposed to be and how do I fix it?Rob

I have a form I use in Adobe Acrobat that I require clients to sign.I have formatted this form with mathematical functions so I can't use adobe sign as my template form (functions don't work).This form has several form fields that I fill in before sending it to the client to sign.When I request e-signatures the form fields default to allow anyone to fill. I do not want clients to be able to fill or change this information. Because I have a lot of fields, it is very annoying having to individually change the cells to "prefill." I only need the client to fill their name and sign. Using ctrl and clicking the other cells does not allow me to change multiple fields at once.Is there a way to allow the default setting on a form to pre-fill before requesting e-singatures, I cant stand how tedious it is to change each field everytime.Had I known this would be an issue, I would have just used excel and then converted it to pdf when signatures were required. Is it possible to restrict a user to just sending documents for signature, but not be able to view/download documents already signed before.

Bonjour, mon abonnement adobe acrobat pro comprend les outils PDF et de signature électronique. Le site d'Adobe confirme que j'ai droit à toutes les fonctions. Sauf que quand j'utilise la détection automatique des champs, il me manque des fonctions. Si on regarde cette page https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/sign/using/automatic-field-detection.html, la vidéo montre que 5 possibilités existent dans la fonction "signature fields" / "champs de signature" : signature / signature, digital signature / signature numérique, initials/initiales, signature block/bloc de signature, stamp/tampon. Sauf que ma version ne me donne que 4 possibilités  signature / signature, initials/initiales, signature block/bloc de signature, stamp/tampon. Impossible de pouvoir ajouter un champ "signature numérique". Comment faire, car apparemment, adobe m'a configuré une version réduite alors que j'ai droit à la totale. Hi members , I am trying to build an interface which will periodically pick data from a SAAS application and trigger the esign functionality using a middle ware tool . since we already have the api available .The challenge is with the redirect url and how and what should I mention if I am using a middle ware to run this as a periodic job using api calls Since it is an automated job What i undertand is you have to login into aodbe and approve access requets for each call before you get the code . This code is vital for tokens . Can someone throw some light if this can be automated if yes how ? Thanks,Zeba 

I have packet document templates that have to be individualized for each of our clients, so we uploaded them onto adobe with prefill fields. When we proceed with sending these packets (which are comprised of multiple, individually uploaded document templates) we are prompted to prefill the fields that apply, but we noticed that inputting a value in one of the prefill fields, autopopulates that same value into several other fields. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why certain fields autopopulate and others don't. None of the fields have a default value set to them, and the fields were re-done to ensure that they are not cloned fields, but what's even more confusing is why the program is automatically inputting values in the prefill fields of one document based on what was inputted in a prefill field of another, separately created document.If anyone has an answer, please reach out, thank you.

When I send multiple documents together through adobe sign the fields are pre-populating incorrectly. How do I turn this feature off or stop it from happening? It also appears the fields are linked for some reason? 

I am testing out bulk send and sending multiple documents to sign to the same person. Trouble is the fields are connecting randomly between documents somehow and pre populating the wrong information. I have unchecked merge documents in tyhe setting but its still a problem. Help ? 

Where do you find the settings to have Adobe E-Sign notify (email) me when a recipient views a document (the way DocuSign does)?

Hi Everyone,I'm trying to use the feature 'send in bulk' without sign-off the document, Unfortunately the option 'I need to sign' is not shown, hence the document can be delivered only with my signature. My Adobe Acrobat Sign plan is for Enterprise, I don't know if this could have some relation with this missing option.. Do you have any idea how to fix it?Cheers!!   

We need to combine Adobe Sign signed documents (grant agreements) with other pdfs (e.g., invoices) so we can attach the combined pdfs to our payment processor.  When we try to upload the signed pdfs into Adobe XI Pro to combine the pdfs, we get a dialog box requesting a "permissions password".  No one knows what this password is and we can't figure out how to reset this "permissions password" anywhere on Adobe Sign or in our Adobe XI Pro.  Is it possible to reset this "permissions password" so we can combine these signed documents with other pdfs?    

I am creating a form with a section that includes a blank table where the agreement sender can prefill information about products. These fields are not required as the number of products covered by an agreement can vary. How can I keep this flexibility in prefill without the remaining empty table fields being editable for the Signers? Right now, whenever I send for a signature, the signer can add more information in the unfilled rows of the table. Here's a screenshot of the Prepare Form view of the fields I have set up in the blank table.In case it's helfpul context, the way I have this doc designed is with the following flow:- Sender prefills client-specific information and sends for sigs- Signer 1 is an internal signature from the account manager- Signer 2 is an external signature from the client I'd like the prefill information (even fields left blank) to be uneditable after the sender sends. Appreciate any help or insight! 

Hello All,I've had one of the staff at my organisation report they are unable to request an e-signature, they are getting an error message - see 1st screenshot.I have checked the product they are assigned to and can see that Adobe Sign is enabled - see 2nd screenshot. Is there anything simple I am missing?Many Thanks,Pete

We have a form with a drop down option (not one we have created) which we need to send to people to complete and sign.  However, when I try and send for signing I am getting an error message 'drop down options cannot be blank'.  We cannot fill this in before sending, the applicant needs to complete this.  How can I send this? Thanks 

Just sent a document to 8 coworkers, all with email addresses that follow the same pattern.  Instead of receiving the usual "Click here to review and sign [Document]" message, several signers only received the message "Click here to delegate to an authorized signer."  As the document was urgent, I helped them work around the problem by delegating to personal email addresses, which worked fine.  This is not the first time this has happened.  Does anyone know how we can prevent this in the future?  Thank you.

HiHaving done my research, I believe I needed to set up the message template in both areas - group and account settings, which I have done but this hasn't appeared for users in the default group nor for the admins in the admin group. Can anyone shed some light please?   The screendumps below look the same but one is the group template the other is the account template.Thanks 🙂   

At the moment we sell some services on our website, each one with its PDF document to be printed>filled>signed>scanned. We would like that process to be digital, so that the customer can fill and sign without the need to print anything. We're not looking for any kind of  "certification" of signature. Customer send us documents and pay that's enough. We just need a PDF that can be filled and signed (even with just drawing) digitally and possibly on mobile phone. I'm not sure what kind of Adobe tool would suits the need. Does Acrobat Sign let that ? I understand that with Acrobat Sign I should "send" a document. What I need is a PDF that stays on my website, available 24/7, that can be filled and signed electronicaly. I hope that is clear, I'm sorry for my awful englishRaffaeleItaly 

We have been using Adobe Sign Enterprise plan for few years now. Once our transacrtions are close to exaust, the renewal process take ages from Adobe. In most of time renewal proces does not happen even all transactions are used up. After that we are allowed to use 200 addtional transactions till renewal. This 200 will be set off againts the renewal number of transactions. But this time we are allowed to only 100 transactions. Now there are no way we can use Adobe Sign unless Adobe renews it. Why its taking so long Adobe to renew it specially for enterprise customers? As a customer we dont have access to do it our self. Even our resller are required to beg Adobe India. PO and even payment also done upfront by reseller, however Adobe India taking days for remewal. Isnt there any easy for enterprise customers to do this process. Even Support does not take these issues telling us they cannot do anything for enterprise customers who deal with a reseller. I need an easy way for th

If you're frequently added to documents as a signer but you are not assigned an Adobe Sign license via the admin console (or you're outside the organisation) is there a way to easily see all the documents you've been sent to sign via Adobe Sign in one place please? For example with other solutions I believe as part of being a signer you have to setup an account on their portal and once you have an account you can see all the documents you've been sent to sign regardless of which organisation sent them to you. I don't see that with Adobe Sign and it's less than ideal having to keep the PDF copy that you get sent. Appreciate any guidance on whether this is possible please.

We are using the Self Signing Function in Adobe Sign and also combined with Acrobat Reader.With Adobe Sign (in the Adobe Sign Cloud) everything is running as well with "self signing"For the function in Acrobat Reader we identified and issue for some users  and we still not understand what could be the reasong. The issue is on different machines with different lnagueages. The Button "Next" (EN) or "Weiter" (DE) is missing for some users. Without this button the process can not be completed. See 2 examples (SelfSigning_German - Button is available, SelfSigning_CZ - Button is Missing)We have this situation in different languages (see example in CZ) - the button is missing. All of our users are using the same Acrobat Reader Version. This is distributed as a company solution. Version DC 2021.007.20099 The affected user have the rights in Adode Sign and it is working as well in the cloud. So it seems that the  permissions is not the reason. What can cause that a butt
