Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi there,Is there a way to download signed documents in batches instead of having to download them one at a time? I have to download over a 100 signed documents.  Thanks.Theresa 

Hi everyone, Hoping to get some help on this. I have recently implemented Adobe Sign in my Salesforce org and it's working great. I have a use case similar to the one the Adobe Sign website describes for using Limited Document Visibility: a new hire signs and offer letter and afterwards receives the signed offer letter and additional documents that were attached to the agreement but did not have any fields that required action from the new hire. It works great - but the main issue is, the Limited Document Visibility only works if more than one recipient is included. I really don't need another recipient - I just need the new hire. As soon as I remove the second recipient, the new hire can see all of the documents that were previously hidden and the Limited Document Visibility is disrupted.  Does anyone have any creative workarounds for being able to use Limited Document Visibility but only have one "true" recipient? I'm open to anything.

Is there any way to give multiple recipients the ability to sign? Use case would be only needing 1 signature.... but allowing 5 eligible people to sign. I know that Groups achieves this functionality, but these "Groups" would need to be created on the fly so I would like to avoid this approach if I can. 

How does the “Delete to Signer'' role work? It seemingly creates another Agreement for the delegated signer...is there any way to avoid the creation of another Agreement and keep it all on the same record? I’m under the impression that the creation of an Agreement record counts as a license usage - I would really like to keep it all on the same Agreement if I can get away with it.

Team,I have integrated Adobe E-sign with AEM and I'm able to send agreements for signature to signers. But when i added file attachment field to adaptive form to provide signer to attach additional documents, this is not working and through following 500 error. I've got the integration between Sharepoint/Power Automate up and running.I can generate documents and then automatically send for signature using Power Automate.In Adobe Sign I've created templates that have the signture box sitting in within the appropriate cell of  signature area within the document.What I can't figure is how to export the Adobe Sign template or gain access to the Adobe Sign Template from within a Sharepoint list /  so that the Adobe signature fields that have been laid out on the template are automatically recognised. I want it such that when the template  used in a Sharepoint Library, then automatically sent for signature using Power Automate the signature feilds are presented as when the template was built in Adobe Sign ? Is this possible?    What is happening is that within the workflow Adobe Sign is adding signature fields to the bottom of the document rather than making use of the fields that already in place. &nbsp

Dear Adobe support community, I am looking for an Adobe software product that can help me do the following:Allow for the creation and re-use of Word templates.Allow multiple users to collaborate edit/view/delete etc on a document.Split document sections into parts that different teams can work on and have approved e.g. granular workflow, permissions management.A tool that has versioning, audit logs and accountabilities.A tool that allows me to export the Word document to PDF, HTML, InDesign and other formats.Allows for importing charts/tables/images.Helps maintain a workflow for users to follow, and permissions for each users at different steps in the workflow.Co-authoring 1000+ users, including users from different parts of the world. Is there any tool or product from Adobe that can do the above?  I note that Adobe Sign may have some of the above functionality, although I am not sure that it covers point 3 above. Thank you for your reply.

I've read about archiving which I believe is what would fulfull our requirement of wanting the signed documents to automatically be cc'd to a specific email address. However, I cannot find the archive feature in our account settings at all. Is this no longer a feature and if not, did something else replace it that would fulfill our cc requirements?

Hi,Need Help with the following Usecase.  We want to restrict  the signatory who can  be selected from Signing. The people who can be selected as a signatory can be maintained in a list. How can this be done ? Any public list company has a list of people who are authorise to sign documents on behalf of the company. So when an employee upload a document for Signing, We want the person to select only from the list of people (we can maintain the list of email ids for List of Authorised people who can sign). Can this be done via workflow ? Workflow does not allow selection from a list as far as i know. ThanksGautam

How to separate multiple files after it ahs been signed.

Yesterday,  I signed a document using Sign Yourself button in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I then shared a document with someone using the Share A Link to this File, also in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC   The link I copied had the URL beginning with  https://au1.documents.adobe.com/public .... I copied the link and pasted it on my email and sent it off.  Now I am trying to get the access to this document removed as it was downloaded already. I cannot seem to do this. I have copies of the same documents (unsigned) in my Adobe Cloud. It isn't the same document. I deleted these files. But the link is still alive and the file is still accessible.  My questions are - 1) The URL starting with  https://au1.documents.adobe.com/public  - does this mean anyone in the adobe cloud can view this document without the link? 2) In searching through the file, in Adobe Sign > Manage > Archived is a copy of the signed document. All my internal documents that are sent to request signatures normally go with the standard "Adobe Sign" sender name. However today, for some strange reason, it went as "Atlantic Container Line" which has nothing to do with our organisation and I had never heard of until I saw it. I checked online and there is a company called Atlantic Container Line but my fear is that my Adobe was somehow compromised?  

The yellow "Start Here" arrow missing since we updated to new URL. IT seems to be related to zoom - it looks like the contract is loaded to 100% width, but we don't have any zoom controls on our iFrame window. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it?

I'm trying to send a document via the Send in Bulk funtction and I cannot get the "Agreement Name" field to allow edits. Its always greyed out and blank. I've sent using this function or Mega Send before and never had a problem. I've tried advancing without a name and I get an error that won't allow me to process the document.  

Is there a reasons signed PDF are not converted to PDF/A? Or is there a setting in Adobe Sign to force it to convert the signed document to it?

Does Adobe Sign allows us to open the pdf in our application, sign and submit the form? I don't want Adobe Sign to email the receipents; our application does that and many more. I just want the receipents to open PDF inside our application and they can fill, sign and submit the form. Can they do that with this APIs? 

Previously I had an Word add-in that opened Acrobat DC and converted the Word document to a PDF, all I had to do was click 'Review Signature'. I could then fill in the Adobe Sign details within Acrobat DC before reviewing and sending. I've now changed computers and I can no longer find this Word add-in, all I can find is an add-in which opens Adobe Sign within Word which doesn't work and I do not want to use it anyway. Can anyone point me in the right direction?  

I have a PDF form where I have two signature fields at the bottom of the first page.  Once the first digital signature is added, the second signor is locked out of signing (it becomes read only).  What can I do to force two signatures? 

can we use company name as The header title name here please? 

All of the documentation I'm reading suggests that end-user interaction is required in order to get the oauth token. According to this page, it looks like the end-user has to explicitly click a button allowing the application to work. Is that so? If it is, that's a non-starter: my specific mandate is one-click sending of documents for signing from our internal application. Opening another URL to grant access isn't going to fly. Is there a purely programmatic way to do this?

The sign my self with my signature is no longer working on the desk top version  - my account still has the signagure and when i am signed in the signature does not show up on the desk top version. thank you, 

For how long will signed documents be visible in AdobeSign? will the documents be automatically removed due to GDPR? I need to keep my documents for more than a couple of months  

Manage tab in Adobe sign has frozen. It doesn't load anything. The loading circle is simply rotating for past couple of minutes. Tried clearing my browsing history, cookies & data. Also attempted to open in another browser but have been unsuccessful. Please help.

Hi,  I am in Greece and do not seem to have the option to chat with a representative. I bought a subscription but has not been helpful for me - it is quite complicated and my PC is not supporting the size of the programs and has been getting real slow.
