Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi there, Is there a way to alter the options given to a person signing a document in Adobe Sign so that they can't type out their name as a signature, they can either do a signature with their mouse or they can upload an image of their signature?  Thank you in advance!

When I create an agreement (state INPROCESS) with no prefill fileds, the status is OutforSignature, which is ok.  when I create an agreement (state INPROCESS or following the state flow :DRAFT, AUTHORING, INPROCESS) with at leat 1 prefill field and even when I set the mergeFieldInfo values, the status is always PREFILL, which is not what I expect. If I open this agreement on the Adobe Sign in Dashboard I can see the button enabled "click to send". Is there any missing step to change the status from Prefill to OutforSignature using Adobe sign in Rest API of course. NOTE: when I tried to force updating agreement mergeInfo I'm getting error because is not valid a statec( DRAFT).

 

Outstanding documents are showing in the new experince but not in classic. Not the case with all documents as some are showing but other are not any ideas why?  Thank you 

In Adobe Acrobat, I'm filling out a form that contains text fields, check boxes, and radio buttons. When I use Adobe Sign via the "Collect Signatures" option, one of the radio buttons that I had checked in Acrobat is now blank.  All the other data seems to be fine.      On the attachment, its the radio box on page 3, tab 2 (Probation Term).  Its is duplicated on page 4, tab 16.

HI there - I have several agreements that were sent for signature, but for various reasons, the users ended up downloading the documents and signing in another software or IRL. I have received these back, but the only way to close out the signature workflow that I can see is to cancel it. I don't want to do that as the rest of the users legitimately signed.  Any ideas on how to "complete" a workflow that was completed outside of the application?

Hi,Have a requirement for a dropdown tag in a table, however dropdown overlaps to table cell so doenst look great. I have tried unscessfully to add in a field sizr directive to the tag, when I do this the tag does not show in the live document. Tag before adding field size directive: {{*eebapt61_es_:signer1::dropdown(options="Yes,No")}} Tag after adding the size directive{{*eebapt61_es_:signer1::dropdown(options="Yes,No")dimension(width=15mm, height=10mm)}} Is this technically possible? Having sent an agreement for signatures, I have received the signature internally via Adobe Sign, whereas the external party has signed the document manually.I wanted to upload the document as fully signed but have made a mistake and uploaded a wrong document.Now I do not have access the half-signed document with internal signature.Is there a way to cancel this upload?Thanks!

One of our admin users has begun integrating Adobe Sign with the Sharepoint app and has noticed that the status on his agreements used to say "waiting to sign" and it now says "waiting to fill". It's a minor difference which doesn't worry me too much but he's upset. Has antone noticed this? Can we custonize status messages?

Hi I have taken this issue to Adobe Customer Support but they are unable to help (as they don't support mobile apps.) and they referred me to you, so I hope I can get some help. I have 2 Adobe Sign accounts, one being a paid licence for a committee for which I regularly submit documents for esignature and one a personal/limited account. I predominantly use iPhone & iPads as my devices of choice but also have an infrequently used Windows 10 laptop. Adobe Sign is installed on all devices.  The majority of documents created so far have been on my phone, less so on iPad and lesser still on Windows. All have operated well and without issue until about 10 days ago, when, for seemingly no reason, I was/am unable to create documents on my paid account.  This ONLY happens on my paid account and ONLY on the mobile app on the Apple devices. It works fine on Windows and my personal account works fine on all devices, it’s just the paid account on iOS! I can login t

Hi - is it possible to create a document to be signed, but instead of actually sending it within Adobe Sign, be able to copy the link and manually send it to the recipient?  I would like to include the signing link in service tickets that are used to renew our client agreements, so that the communication about actually signing is all within the ticket. Thanks,Lolen

Hello - I downloaded Adobe Sign.  I have documents and also pdf's stored locally on my phone.  I want to sign one of them - but when I tap "send for signature" and then tap "add document" and then select the "local" option nothing shows up. I have an iPhone Pro running iOS 14.4.2.  Any advice ?  

FAQ | Adobe Document Cloud eSign servicesI've been reading through here and see that the esign manager app for iOS does allow offline signing, my client i'm looking at this solution for needs this as a requirement as a lot of the work they do is in areas of poor/no signal. I can see from the FAQ it does do this, however we're well into our trial of EchoSign (or its new name) and when i try to use the app on iOS to do the signing, it always requests that a network connection is active.Can anyone assist?

Our organisation has recently been forced to change to user based licensing as opposed to our device based licensing in our education environment for our adobe products. I have younger users who are struggling with this and I would like to prefill the email address for them to sign on to adobe products. We have single sign on which is working once they enter their email address but for some users this can be 40 letters long. Having to support close to close to 10,000 users is a nightmare for us. Is there any method to supply this automatically via registry / command line / script or any other method to creative cloud client or the applications ? 

I've created a Web Form to post online as an application for a program my org runs. When applicants submit them, each of the documents comes back to me with the same file name Program Application 2021. Once I download them all to share with colleagues and store in our files, there's no differentiation in file name. Is there a way to set up Web Forms to append the Signer name to the final file name?

I have a safety form that requires signatures for those that read it. One of my coworkers declined signing to see what would happen. I received notification that everyone signed but him.  Is it possible to reissue the copy with everyone elses signatures back to the person who declined so he can sign it? Hello,  I'm looking to send a document to apprx 100 recipients for signature using the Bulk tool.  Is there a way that the company signatory can apply their signature in AdobeSign to all 100 documents, prior to routing to all the recipients?  i.e., without having to click to sign each of the 100 documents individually.  Or, is the only way to achieve this by inserting a digital image of the signature in word and using AdobeSign to obtain the e-signature only of the other parties. Many thanks.

Is there a feature in adobe sign where sender can bulk sign documents and receiver can just verify if document is signed and therefor not tempered. No one can sign documents if they are in very very high volume. 

Hi - Is there a way to limit the available radio buttons in a group based on the selection of a particular radio button in another group?  For example if I have group A with 4 options and group B with 4 options, and option 3 in group A is selected, can I have options 1 & 2 disabled in group B' only allowing options 3 or 4 to be selected? thanks!

I have a fillable PDF, which is send to sign through ESign REST API. After the document is signed I would like to download it and retrieve form fields data for further processing. Is it possible to keep form fields after PDF is signed or the only way is to call formData API?Before sending pdf to Adobe I've got a bunch of form fields that I'm able to process, but after downloading signed document there is only a signature field.

Just bought a chromebook , need to sign and edit a lot of emailed pdfs , no problem downloading, signing or editing and they save perfectly on google drive, docs etc and re open perfectly but the instant I attach them to an email , outlook or gmail all the signatures and edits disappear. All works perfectly on my phone and a windows laptop but absolutely not on Chromebook. PDF extension for chrome in place and Adobe all working perfectly , only an issue on attaching to emailAny suggestions would be appreciated .... rather than ditch the chromebook LOL

Hello,I have a document where a person would have to date and initial multiple times (sometimes, up to 180 times) over the course of several days. The date/initials would have to be contemporarious and saved every time the person opens the agreement (i.e. there would be 7 instances of a May 7th date/initials, 10 instances of a May 10th date/intiials, and then a signature on May 10th).Once they finish, they will sign the form at the end. Is this something that is even possible using Adobe Sign?
