Adobe Acrobat Sign

An agreement has been countersigned, ie, finalised by both parties, but we would now like to cancel it. This doesn't appear to be possible, or am I missing something? Could someone specify if this is possible, and if so, how to do it? Thank you

I am using a legal form with an index.  Adobe is identifying the dotted lines in the index as signature lines that should be set up for signature.  This is causing the form to malfunction when sending out for signature and marking the one space for signature as usual.  Not sure if this is a bug from the upgrade. I never experienced this issue with Adobe before and I've been using it for electronic signature for over two years.  

We are abel to drag and drop the document and sign the document but unable to add teh date in the field. is this feature available? if so please help me with the steps

Have a need to add a digital signature from adobe sign portal and it is not showing up as an option under the signature fields as I've seen in documentation. 

Hi,I was trying to change my primary email address A to the one that I used in the past for a trial version B. Since it said: "Can't change/Account already in use" I deactivated B. After that I still wasn't able to change A to B.Then I've read on the forums instructions on how to change it with account B still working. Now it's too late, and when I am told "if that was a mistake contact Adobe", I am not able to find a chat from Help center pages nor any other ways of contacting anyone/notifying them about the mistake, it redirects me over again to the main Help center page. What to do?Thank you.

Re Adobe Premier Elements (version 19) audio FX : There is a gallery of video effects but I can't seem to locate something similar for audio effects. Where do I find a list of what each filter does. I'm actually trying to remove background noise but keep being sent to Premier Pro.  

I have a confidential document that I want to track who receives it and therefore want them to have to sign a letter saying they agree to not sharing.  Once they sign, I'd like the confidential document to be shared with them.  Is that possible?

When I try to open a pdf using Adpobe Sign via Google Drive I receuve the following message: "This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access." Is this app not secure and as such I will be unable to use it via Google Drive?

Hello,In the End Hobbs column I want to add up the total hobbs time after a few different legs of flying. If we start the day with 1000, then the first row shows 1001, the second row 1002, the total should say 2. Is there a way to put a formula in the Total Hobbs cell to calculate that? See attachment.

Yesterday I changed my e-mail adress on my account from an old thats not in use to my new one.It works good, and i have log out and log in again.But then i use Adobe Sign, the other parts gets an mail that shows my OLD e-mail.How can this be changed so that the mail shows the corrent new e-mail. Best reguards.Anders

I'm so lost. I received an email today and it is legitimate to sign my name and signature for a new cell phone, but the email says it was sent to "sadia andre" but when I tap on TO it shows my email address. I tested to send an email to myself from that email and it shows my name in from and to. Sadia is one of my friends but I'm really confused. When I was signing my signature was already there and when it asked for initials SA was there. It says Viewed by and Signed by and has her name but with my email addressAnyone know what this means?

Hello. We have followed the steps to migrate the new Okta Adobe Sign app from echosign.com to the new domain adobesign.com ( (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/echosign-domain-change.html) but no success. Adobe Sign support is telling us now that the Okta Adobe Sign app available in the Okta marketplace is the problem!?   Did Adobe Sign team verify this at all!? Anyone having similar issues? Thanks,

I am trying to get a web form to add a late fee when needed and having trouble. My formula is as follows if ([Date Signed] < [Cut Offa], "100.00","0.00")What i want is it to add $100.00 if the date the doc is signed (Date Signed) is after a pre established Cut off date(Cut Offa). It somewhat works as it adds the $100 regardless of whether the cut off is before or after the signed date. I haveto be missing somethig stupid. Thanks in advance for your help!

Error when trying to send from SharePoint OnlineAdobe Sign login has expired.

Is there a way, without having to redo the envelope, to make corrections to a document/envelope that has already been sent out but not completed/signed? I cannot find that option and it makes it difficult if there is a mistake for us not to be able to make quick adjustments and resend. Also, is there a way to void an existing envelope? Thank you, Andrea

Unable to sign in with code provided x 3 to login email tennmdmph@outlook.com. Therefore unable to download and print document after signing. 

I am experiencing a form formatting issue with the request for signature process. When the Acrobat desktop program is used to request a signature, it causes the form to lose all formating (date, font size, number formats) and all fillable fields turn yellow (during the specify signature phase). We can edit the values in the fields at this point but that is just additional info for the post and not a problem for us. When we upload the form to adobe doc cloud and request a signature; the form formatting remains intact, but no fields are editable. Thats ok we do not need to edit the values at this point but the formatting stays in place which is what we want. So this method works, but why not the desktop process? Whats the difference?I worked with an adobe tech and they concluded that we had to use the cloud to request signatures. I know there are field formatting tags but that seems more advanced than our group of users can handle. and also it works on the cloud. I have a form that will have between 3-6 signatories.Signatory 1 - Always needed.Signatory 2 - May or may not be needed. There is a checkbox on the form to indicate whether that signatory is needed.Signatory 3 - May or may not be needed. There is a checkbox on the form to indicate whether that signatory is needed.Signatory 4 - Varies, but within a fixed pool of 3 people (division heads).Signatory 5 - Always needed.Signatory 6 - Always needed.Additionally, each of these people will need to select a radio button and some of them may provide comments into the form.I am Signatory 1 and when everyone else signs, it will come back to me for processing.What's the best way to approach this using Workflow for Signatories 2-4? Would I edit the workflow each time to add/remove Signatories 2-3 and customize Signatory 4? What happens if the workflow changes while a document is still being routed?

it seems each signer can only use the digital signature once on the same document, but there will be personal and corporate certificates through cloud signature (CA based). If an agreement requires both the signature of the relevant person (personal certificate) and the official seal of the company (corporate certificate), How can this be achieved? thanks in advance!
