Adobe Acrobat Sign

How do i know if my form i filled in and signed went threw? Do they send threw my email Or some other platform? 

Recently.....I found that there is an additional sign and shows up signer`s email in the bottom of  my dociment  while I sending the email to the signer.....more than that , if I send a document to three people it shows email in the document to each receiver.....that`s crazy Is there any optional buttom to hide that  ? Someone help me...please.....thx

I purchased Acrobat Standard yesterday at the recommendation of the people in Staples.  I want to insert STL and OBJ files of solids to view in 3D PDFs and was told that all Acrobat options had this ability.  When I downloaded and installed Acrobat Standard, I could not see the "Rich Media" tool on the list.  Was I mis-informed by the sales clerk?  Do I, or even CAN I get an upgrade to what is essentially useless to me without the Tool that I wanted? 

I am on my 14-day trial for adobe sign and it is not allowing me to add users.  Any ideas?

I am trying to get a client to e-sign a doc, but the problem seems to be that the client is using the same generic email address as the person who was at the company before them. The system is associating that email address with the old user name instead of the new one. Is there a way that my client can change it to her name in order to sign?  Also, the signer does not have an account. I send the signer the document and the signer simply clicks on the link in the email they receive, signs the document and sends it back. 

Can someone that you sent a request of signature to forward the document to someone else to sign? Or is it strictly limited to the person's email address that you sent it to? I have no delete option on agreements. I've read the instructions on this site, and threads from other users, and I still can't figure it out. For some reason I can't give myself Privacy Administrator powers, even in Admin Console, but I'm the only admin of the group and should have the power to delete contracts. This is a necessity for GDPR compliance. How can I fix this?

I request a document upload to the signer. It works fine.I can see the uploaded document when I click on the link of the Adobe Sign confirmation email (and download it from there) but it is not part of the email attachment (the original document I sent is).Is there a way I can have the requested uploaded document be a part of the Adobe Sign Email confirmation that the document was signed?My end game is to have Microsoft Power Automate grab the file and put it in a particular folder. This I can do with an email attachment in Outlook.Thank you.

We are using adobe sign for internal signatures, and one person is responsible for most signatures - they build up in his inbox and he cannot tell which ones are signed, and which are pending. Is there a way to have the e-mail automatically be deleted when the document has been signed? Or very distinctly marked? Right now he has to open the e-mail and click as if he were to sign - and then he is told it has already been signed. I am of course looking for a function in the set-up in Adobe sign, when I send it out. Otherwise I will of course have to make the change in the e-mail client (which by the way is outlook, so if anyone happens to have an idea of how to fix it from that end, that would be wonderful as well).

Hi, We have 2 users using the same license to send pdf's to be signed but when they are sent they are both sending form the email set up on the account. Is it possible for sender 2 to be able to send pdf's to be signed for under a differeant email address other than that of who the license is assigned to? Hope this makes sense.... Appreciate the help!

Hello, I have read and reread the instructions on how to get multiple signers on a document, but I cannot figure out how to place the recipient's names or signature fields in the document.  I get a little popup that tells me that fields have been identified and then fills them in, but then I am questioned when I try to send the file.  It says there are no signature blocks.  I don't understand how this works.  Can anyone help me before I send the document by email?Thanks,Donna McDurfeeMiddlebury College

An agreement has been countersigned, ie, finalised by both parties, but we would now like to cancel it. This doesn't appear to be possible, or am I missing something? Could someone specify if this is possible, and if so, how to do it? Thank you

I am using a legal form with an index.  Adobe is identifying the dotted lines in the index as signature lines that should be set up for signature.  This is causing the form to malfunction when sending out for signature and marking the one space for signature as usual.  Not sure if this is a bug from the upgrade. I never experienced this issue with Adobe before and I've been using it for electronic signature for over two years.  

We are abel to drag and drop the document and sign the document but unable to add teh date in the field. is this feature available? if so please help me with the steps

Hi,I was trying to change my primary email address A to the one that I used in the past for a trial version B. Since it said: "Can't change/Account already in use" I deactivated B. After that I still wasn't able to change A to B.Then I've read on the forums instructions on how to change it with account B still working. Now it's too late, and when I am told "if that was a mistake contact Adobe", I am not able to find a chat from Help center pages nor any other ways of contacting anyone/notifying them about the mistake, it redirects me over again to the main Help center page. What to do?Thank you.

Re Adobe Premier Elements (version 19) audio FX : There is a gallery of video effects but I can't seem to locate something similar for audio effects. Where do I find a list of what each filter does. I'm actually trying to remove background noise but keep being sent to Premier Pro.  

I have a confidential document that I want to track who receives it and therefore want them to have to sign a letter saying they agree to not sharing.  Once they sign, I'd like the confidential document to be shared with them.  Is that possible?

When I try to open a pdf using Adpobe Sign via Google Drive I receuve the following message: "This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access." Is this app not secure and as such I will be unable to use it via Google Drive?
