Adobe Acrobat Sign

After 3 virtual people chats and one 25 minute hold for customer service and then being disconnected, I cannot get an answer as to how to integrate my adobe accounts into a business.  I am paying for my business for creative cloud and acrobat; adobe sign for two team licenses.  I cannot share templates and I assume it has something to do with my team Sign licenses.  I am afraid to close the accounts and reopen them as I do not want to lose documents.  However, customer service was of no help.  Any solutions?

Hi there, today I started using the Adobe Sign for SharePoint app.  When I tried to submit a document for signature I received this message: "Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted"  As fas as I know, I own an Adobe Pro licence (Enterprise) from my company and I should not have any problem with que quota. Hello there,When creating 1 text box, and assigning the participant role to "prefill" or "sender", this works fine. However, if I take that same field, and "create multiple copies" of it, although it says the participant role is "prefill" or "sender" (I have tried both ways), the actual participant role is "anyone", as shown in the next step when sending the document for signature. Here is a screenshot video of the error happening.Adobe DC participant role error - YouTube <-- Regarding the video, for some reason, screen capture does not capture the properties dialogue box when preparing the form, but you will see the error in the the next step of Adobe Sign.Please help. I have a form with 8 columns and 50 rows.Thank you!

I am interested in starting e-sign and want to know if it is HIPAA compliant?  That means, does it comply with and follow the patient privacy guidlines set forth by the federal Human Rights Commission. This is standard for any healthcare provider. If so, there are many providers/organizations  who would use this service 

There is only one signature required per document. I would like to maintain the tracking & reminders. Right now we are sending the same form multiple times to multiple people - it seems there must be a better way. - Thanks!

Hi AllI have a form produced fom an acreditaion company which I have to use. It is in a PDF format. I need multipe persons infoamtion. One feild is a signture. All of the other fields can be entered using a keybord but I need to have the delgate sign in the signture field using stylis on a tablet. which programe accepts keybord and stylish inpits  

How do you sent a Adobe sign contract to a recipient in a different language.

Hi there,I have sent a document to be signed to two people. After the first person has filled it in, it will go to the next. The first has now signed (she sent me a screenshot of her signature and the date filled in) but the second person hasn't received anything. I can also see on the document status that it doesn't look as if the first person has signed. It only registers that she has viewed it. Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks.  

We are working on Adobe Sign API's, we are unable to send or share uploaded library document using API. Is there any other way to send or share the already available library document to recipients using any of the API in Adobe Sign.

So one of the biggest challenges I face using Adobe sign is having my signature, or any fields I enter, move around on a template that I've created. Is it possible to anchor those fields to that they always appear on the same part of the document? What happens is the template I have get filled out which makes the document either longer or shorter at times so when I apply the template the fields are always in different locations. This is a feature that Docusign has and it would be nice to have here as well.

Hello Adobe CommunityI have an enduser who is the executive admin for our COO, CEO, and president of our company.  Is it possible for her to save digital signatures in order for her to e-sign on their behalf?

HTML is appearing in the signature block followed by Review and Sign, but signature can not be added 'style="background-color#1473E6;color...Review and signon version : 'style="background-color#1473E6;color...Review and sign Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (20.013.20074)They can sign on their phone, so that works, just not on their PC.

How can I customize settings to only notification participant 2 when the document is ready for them? Or, how can I customize webform setting to send to a cc only when the document has been signed by all parties?

Does workflow designer only work with agreements and not webforms? 

The documents render poorly when the user needs to sign. Outside of Adobe Sign, they are sharp and clean.

I need the show-hide function to group with the form labels.

Hi, I am trying to change the settings for Adobe sign so when someone has a document that needs to be signed in their email, it will send a reminder email to that user. I found the Adobe article stating where you can do this (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-adjust-email-notifications-in-adobe-sign.html) but my tool bar does not have that 'Account' tab. I have searched all settings and can only find where to turn promotional email notifications off. Please let me know! I have Adobe for Teams on a business level account.  Thanks

Hello everyone, I am trying to get my NDA automated so that I only leave the bits which our clinets need to sign (it will be pre-signed our end) and I want to put it on a link where every memmber of the team can simply input the customer email and press send. Can something like this be done, as I've seen this done through DocuSign. I've tried crearting a template, but this process does not seem to allow me to pre-sign it and/or share the doc with other members of the team, nor does sync with the desktop app. Many thanks in advance.

Hi, I am running an integration between servicenow and Adobe sign. I want to enforce the preview document so the manager can set digital signature as the only sign option! otherwise, it is not legal signed. When I sent out a document for signing, the only person that is allowed to preview the document is the user/pass combination that we use in the authentication method.with which api call can we change the "Sender" or can we authenticate another user the preview the document and set the digital signature field?It MUST be with an api call! thank you in advance,Gert
