Is it possible to always copy my secondary email address when sending and receiving documents?

I'm trying to convert some existing and working SOAP calls to their JSON api equivalents. In our SOAP call we are using the "createPersonalUrlWidget" and providing it the URL were Adobe will retrieve the PDF we want signed. In the response to the createPersonalUrlWidget SOAP call, it returns a URL we can use to redirect the user to sign the document. In my JSON calls I am having a difficult time figuring out how to obtain that redirect link. In my JSON calls, I am first making a call to "/widgets" where I have provided a URLFileInfo with the url to our document. The call to /widgets is successful and I am returned a widgetID. I can't figure out where to go to get the link to the signing document. I tried making a call to "/widgets/{widgetID}/views" expecting that there would be a SIGNING url, but there is none even when I supply a commonViewConfiguration and a personalizedSigningViewConfiguration. I have a template that contains a section I need to fill out first for each recipient and then the document needs to be sent to the recipient for them to initial and sign.  When I set me as the first recipient in order I'm sent the document and can fill out the necessary information however it's expecting me to sign the document.  I see there's a delegate option and maybe that's what I need to do but I was hoping I could send each document first to me, I fill out the necessary information for each recipient , and then save and send the document to the recipient for their signature.  Is that not possible?  Maybe I'm not thinking about this correctly...

Adobe Sign Admins are charged with developing Templates and Workflows for various business groups. However, when the Template or Workflow is published, the Adobe Sign Admin continues to receive copies of the signed agreements, many of which they should not be seeing. How do we remove the Admin/Developer who created the Template/Workflow from receiving email notifications of the signed agreements?

Hello, We would like to create a web form that will be published in our website for our customers to use. This form will be signed by the filler, but then another person (same customer) will need to sign. Once the two customers sign it, then it will be sent out to one internall staff to approve. We will only know the internal staff who will approve, but we won't know the email of the filler and the seng signaturee.  Does adobe sign have the capability to accomplish this?

We have a license for Adobe Sign, and we can not start the procedure 'Request signatures', because we get a message to contact Customer support service for the clarification.

I am conducting a fundraiser. It is unfortunately, but necessarily going to be via Zoom.In the olden days, we would pass out pledge cards 'live' immediately after our call to action. The donor would pledge, sign, and turn the card back in 'live'. I want to mimic that in these challenging times. I have prepared an 'electronic' pledge card. I can add a field for a pledge and add a signature block using Adobe tools. However, the way Adobe Sign seems to work is that the 'document' is immediately sent to the signee.There is no 'save for later mailing' function. Is there any way to save the prepared e-cards (I'll have about 40 cards) somewhere and mail them days later at my request -- after my call to action? I can tell my donors on Zoom, to (1) expect the mailing (including who the email will be from --'echosign' is a name they will not recognize); (3) advise them to check spam folders in not timely received; and (3) give specific oral instruction on how to complete the pledge car

Hello,I would like to know how to limit the number of digits in a Webform Field. For more context, I have forms that require a US routing number to be entered and must have 9 digits. Please explain how I can ensure the signer can only add these digits.

I am trying to route a document for signatures from two other people and then I need to add my initials. I am able to add the three needed fields, but then it automatically adds another field for me to sign. I don;t need to sign and I don't want to have to add an extra signature for every version of this document. How to I prevent Adobe Sign from adding an additional signature field?

My client filled it in and sent it back to me, but this form now needs to be signed by me (I'm approving the form) but I can't edit it anymore, fillable fields are gone now? is it because my client protected this file? it has all of my clients info, just won't let me sign it and approve it

Hello,I'm new to Adobe Sign and I'd like to confirm whether in an integration scenario, my application can pass an arbitrary PDF without predefined signature fields, and have Adobe Sign prompt user to drag/drop their saved signature anywhere in the document and then have my application receive a modified PDF with the eSignature baked in. My company's sales team uses Adobe Sign to obtain signatures on service contracts in the field.  Lately, several members of the team have been getting an error that says, "This transaction failed because of a server error: Unable to complete request. Signing key provided is invalid."  It's not happening to everyone, just a select few.  Can anyone tell me what the solution to this is? Thank you!

How to stop the user from accessing documents he/she routed and signed from another group? We have Enterprise Account but when we move the user to another group, the user can still access the documents from his/her previus group. Thanks

Hello,We manage an Adobe Enterprise portal and wanted to know, if we terminate a users access how do we set it up for someone else to see their documents? We found where to find the inactive users and delegate a signer but not how to see the documents they've been working on.Thank you.

I signed up for trial for Sign as we are looking for a solution and this looks quite good.I've logged in, but keep getting the following errors:"Server errorWe encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again.If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support." AND "Something went wrongThe server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments." I contacted support as per the errors and explained my issue. They transferred me to Abhishek who couldn't have been more unhelpful and said I had to post here as I'm not an enterprise customer. If this is the quality of your products and service I can expect, we won't ever be an Adobe customer and will spend our money elsewhere.
