Dear All, We are using the tool and there are some documents that are signed by a specific user and an external user.Due to the large number of these documents, we would like to avoid the signature from our side and demand the signature of the client. In other words we would like to send the document for signature to our user and this should be auto-signed and then to the external user. Is this possible? Thanks

I am using Acrobat Standard DC.  When I click on Request Signatures and then 'Specify Where to Sign', it says “Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access. Please let me know how access can be gained.” Firstly, could someone confirm that Acrobat Standard DC includes the 'Request Signatures' function. This page seems to say that it does: https://acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/acrobat/pricing/compare-versions.html But someone in the Adobe online chat said it doesn't.  Secondly, presuming that 'Request Signatures' is included, please can someone help me to resolve this problem.

Support is not aviable to make a technical request so, how do i will cancel my account i'm getting charged annual suscription. Need help, please.

Cant send a pdf for signiture

When I host a signing on an iPad or iPhone the date field for the signer is recorded for the following day. Example a signature obtained 7/31/2020 is recorded on the document in the field linked to the signature as 8/1/2020. However on the history log the correct date is listed for the entry. This does not occur on an android or windows device. It was working fine on my iPad and iPhone until about a month ago. This even affects the date fields in small captions under completed signatures and initials.Ive tried this on other people’s devices and I get the same issue. The problem is with the IOS version of the app as this only happens on apple devices. Ive confirmed the issue on other people's apple devices and again the discrepency does not occur on android and windows devices. 

Happy Friday! My organization is looking into using Adobe Sign to provide a webform for individuals to pull up on any device to fill and sign. We would like to prefill certain information on the form for these individuals automatically with data from our database. This data is different for each individual, and we have around 3k people who would be signing this form. Up to now, we have been adding the data for each individual to a non-form fillable PDF in batch via script for our physical forms, which works because we don't need to add any form fields since the document is getting printed. However, since we are trying to pivot to a digital form process, ideally we would need the data to be prefilled in a form field, which could be editable by the form signer if the information was incorrect. Is something like this possible with Adobe Sign, either within the system itself, or via a custom script process using the SDK? I am currently working to integrate Adobe Sign in our product, and I am struggling to find a way to retrieve the number of participants (or really any form field information at all) from a library document. The use case is we allow a certain number of signers to be selected in our frontend, which we then pass on in a REST call. The issue is, there doesn't seem to be any way to determine how many signers a template is actually configured for. Is there any way to retrieve this or even the form field data in general?

Hi,I trialled Adobe Sign a few days ago with no issues, however today I'm not longer receiving email notifications (they are also not in my Junk folder). Also, when I try to send forms to people to sign, they are not receiving an email either.My notification settings look correct so I'm not sure why this is occuring? Any help is appreciated! 

So I have over 2,000 documents that need to be sent to staff members for signature. Each document will already have the employee's name, and employee number on it. Is there a way to bulk process all files to send them to each specific employee email?

I'm posting this in both the DC Services and Sign communities, not sure which it better applies to. Also, while looking, I found questions about this dating back to 2015 that never really got a clear answer, granted it was in follow up questions so here is a try at a cut and dry question. Are form field templates available in the version of Adobe Sign that comes with Document Cloud or does it require Sign Business/Sign Enterprise? I have seen this page but it has no mention of version. Underlying issue: I have a report that i have to send to a few users every quarter and they just have to sign off that it's correct or note the changes. I would like to use a stamp but I have tried using stamps and layers and neither worked. Form Templates looked promising but I don't see it available... I love that Adobe has lots of really great directions but it would be helpful for Sign related directions to note if the features are only available in certain versions. However, the main thing we need to know is where the servers are located? I haven't been able to find anything but I need to know if Adobe Sign uses servers within Australia? Any help is appreciated. Cheers,

Our agency is trying to implement online forms. We have a new hire orientation PDF form that has 12 sections all of which require seperate signatures from Directors.  Our hope is that the PDF form can be sent out to the new employee and upon compleation of each portion of training the Director can access the document and sign it, and then the next director will sign in etc...  Can this be done without downloading and saving multiple copies of the same document? Possibily through O365, One Drive or SharePoint? Will the users have to have a specific Adobe program to do so?  Any helpful tips are apprecaited!  Thanks, Lindsey 

I am currently preparing to implement Adobe Sign.With Adobe Sign, it is my understanding that there are two ways to view a signed contract1. Log in with the sender's account and check it.2. Log in with the administrator's account and search with the sender's account.I would like to prepare an account to review all signed contracts, but I don't think it's optimal for 2. above, as I may not know the sender's account.However, if you think about it in 1. I think you need to unify the sender address with one address.How do you think this will be the most common case to manage in actual operation?

The display name associated with the echosign@echosign.com address is incorrect but I don't see where to change that.   I contacted support who directed me to the forums.   As an example, when a recipient gets their copy of a signed agreement, it comes from    Acme company <echosign@echosign.com>    and I need to change the display name from "Acme Company" to something else.  Thanks for the help!

We are currently on the Enterprise trial.  Initially I had created three users.  I need now to add two more, (one being the decision maker to purchase the license), however receive the below error.  I believe we need our domain whitelisted, as per other posts on the community. How can I have that done? ----You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information.

Can I set up so that signers do not get notified by email once they have signed the document?    Signers do not appreciate getting notified by email as soon as they have signed it.
