I am sending documents for signature using the Adobe Sign authentication method (meaning users must sign into the correct Adobe Sign account to sign). However, when a user goes to sign the document, they are able to enter a custom name into the signature field. This name appears underneath the blue signature line. Is it possible to lock this field to be the name of the user listed on their account? I also tried using the Signature Block field vs the regular Signature field. This field includes an "email" line which is locked and cannot be edited by the user. However, I would prefer to use the regular signature field with a locked name.
Hello, I'm currently trying out Adobe Sign through the free trial, and I was looking for the digital signature option for documents, without finding it, even when creating a model; I can't find it as it's detailed in the page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/digital-signatures.html Is that option disabled for free trial? If so, and I can't try it out, can anybody confirm if the option is at least available with the single user AdobeSign license?Best Regards
I have a Buildium account, and it gives us access to Adobe Sign. Unfortunately, there are three admins on the Buildium account, and Adobe Sign seems to think one of the other admins is me. How do I get our identities separated? It's creating problems when I try to login to sign a lease. Adobe Sign thinks that I am logged in as one of the other people and won't let me proceed. The other person and I do not share a computer, and we aren't even in the same building. I was chatting with support and he sent me here for help.
evidently i have an old Adobe Signature stored somewhere and it is asking me for its password. i have no clue and likely it is trying to correspond with a defunct email address or something.
Only Seeing AGREEMENT_CREATED returned to my webhook. Not getting anything when the pdf is signed.Any help/direction is greatly appreciated!Thank You

I am trying to migrate from my univeristy account to a personal account. I deleted my old personal account to free up the email accosiated with it. However, when I try to migrate and create new personal account, it says email alreday in use! I am trying to resign in to the personal account with the in use email to delete it for good, it says this account is deactivated. Basically, trying to create new personal account with my email in order to migrate work from university account, I can't because the email is already connected to a deactivated adobe personal account that I am trying to delete and can't seem to. Help please.
Hi Team , If we edit a adobe custom workflow, will it impact the documents already in signing process release per previous custom workflow? Please advise urgently . Should we create a new one in this case ThanksArpan Chawla9810910416
Hi, just what the subject says. I was reading offer documents (hadn't signed anything yet) and had to leave unexpectedly for around an hour. When I returned there was a pop-up that said the documents require reload, and when I clicked that I was taken to a page saying 'invalid agreement id.'That page has two links. the one for 'contact support' is a 404, which is hilarious. Now, when I follow the original links from my new employer through the offer documents they are 'out for signature,' and when I click on the offer letter I always land on the invalid agreement ID page. What should I do? I've tried a few different browsers.
Dear Team, I am using for a while with no faults, the functionallity of e-sign from adobe reader. However it has been two days now that my document, who successfuly loads, does not display then for me to position the signature field and then send to the requested signatory. Would you please let me know what should I do to correct this issue.Thank you.Best,J.
Hi, I pay for the entire CC suite but despite lots of research can't work out how to send a copy of our contract out to all of our freelancers. I want each of them to have their own copy that they sign first, then the company director. I only worked out how to do it manually, one by one and I have to manually prepare every field from scratch. It's very time consuming. We're a small, young social enterprise and can't afford the big expensive corporate add on for Adobe Sign.So what is the best way I can do this and track progress?Thank you
I have integrated Adobe Sign Rest API's in my web application but i am facing CORS issue. Is there any way to fix this? Is there any option to whiltelist the URL?
Please can you help, I cannot sign into adobe sign. I've taken the free trial only two months ago and I'm getting this message for over three days now

When i send a document it goes to the recipient from echosign@echosign.com. Is there a way to set it up so it comes from my business email address? Thanks!
Hello, I have over 100 agreements to send for signature. All these emails must be sent in the same hour. However, I would like to prepare the documents and the emails in advance. Is it possible do schedule a date when the email must be sent?Thank you for your help.
Hello, I work for a state agency and we are very careful with our pennies - now more than ever, as you can imagine. I have been piloting use of the Adobe Sign feature that now comes freely included in Acrobat Standard DC. It works great for us and so now we are poised to buy more licenses. But one question nags me, and I can't find the answer anywhere: why do they still sell Adobe Sign separately? Is there a good reason to buy it separately, instead of just buying Acrobat Standard DC?Thank you for your help. These forums are a great resource.
Couple of issues/questions when loading fillable PDFs to Adobe Sign: 1. Is it true that the javascript is stripped away when the fillable PDF is uploaded to Adobe Sign. What else do I loose2. Does the fillable PDF have to be designed in a certain way so it can be uploaded and processed by Adobe sign? It seems Adobe Sign is having issues with drop-down boxes Thanks in advance for all the help
We have a Web Form that is collecting data, submitted as a Form Filler. One item on the form is for submitters to attach an Excel spreadsheet. When I download the data, agreement and attachment, the latter two (2) items come across as PDF.We are also using webhooks to integrate with Adobe sign and want to know if the Excel attachment can be retreived in Excel format and not a PDF, to be placed on SharePoint. Having a PDF is a no-go for us as they need to be able to manipulate/copy/paste/etc the data in the attached Excel spreadsheet. Any tech docs, guidance, etc., would be greatly appreciated.
They changed our home page last night, and USE A WORKFLOW, what we tell our staff members they MUST use, is now completely hidden and will be confusing for our users. Very disappointed that they hid that option and created more steps to actually get to it.
the CFO of our company recently sent a document to a few people in our company that required them to sign, some of the users are being prompted to login to E-Sign before they can view the document, others are not. Technically the people receiving the E-Sign document are not even required to have Adobe Acrobat installed on their computers let alone have a E-Sign account.Anyone know why this would be happening. We have tried all the typical trouble shooting
We have a bunch of signed agreements which we would like to export, however they are all titled "LX NDA" and get exported with that as the file name. It appears we can't change the title after they're exported, and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it in our account before export either. The upshot of this is we're ending up with LX NDA 1, LX NDA 2 etc. forever which is very unhelpful when attempting to identify the files. Does anyone know how to change the title of the agreements?
I've been using Adobe Request Signature for a while and there has always been 2 things that I would like to suggest for improvements. 1. I find it confusing with the signature function on how and where a client signs and the time stamp date that is being generated and placed. When I create the signature, the signature doens't show a line or where the time stamp date would be placed. Most signing area usually have a line where the client signs. (It'll be great to place the time stamp right below the line) The current setup is that you're not sure where the line is or where the time stamp will be placed after client signs. Attached are some photos showing the issues after signing and not knowing the placement of this line, and how it cuts off at time if incorrectly placed. I suggest when placing the signature a sample of where the time stamp will end up being to be very helpful. 2. The signature seams to be too small. At time some client signature jus
Is it possible to create a pdf contract that requires a signature, but cannot be copied, printed, or forwarded? I seem to be able to to one or the other, but not both.
We have the AdobeSign for Salesforce App setup in our Salesforce environment, and I was just wondering if it was possible to have users send agreements under or on behalf of a service account within AdobeSign/Salesforce, or if it was required that users have their own named accounts in AdobeSign in order to send an agreement from Salesforce?
