I'm looking to see if I can have a PDF saved in my document library in Netsuite that has a way to pull the company name into the PDF document when i'm sending the esign agreement from the company record?

Can a second participant view file attachments uploaded by the first participant?

Hello How do I apply file attachment to any signers that might need to send files along with the esign form? Currently, only one signer can attach document. Does it have flexibility setting or only one file attachment component is tied to one signer?

Hi guys, Apologies if there is an existing thread about this topic, however, I require some assistance with formating a form correctly. I am trying to create a text field that will allow me to copy and past numbers that will align with below boxes  I am not sure if I will need to use Javascript to do this. I am trying to achieve something similar to below. You can see that it is one text box but you can copy a number and that number will align to the boxes. As I have stated I am not sure how to achieve this and if I need to use Java could someone please let me know where I could research the code to use?  I would appreciate any help Cheers guys

I have an Adobe Sign template that has a field which prompts for a file attachment. I have gathered 100 completed agreements using this template.  I am able to download the form field data for the template, which includes what appears to be an encrypted alphanumeric string in the "File Attachment 1" field.  How can I use this information to retrieve the file attachment data? I want to save all of the file attachments in a separate folder on my computer. 

In Adobe Sign I am creating a template document with checkboxes. Unfortunately the checkboxes are being difficult to place as I move the checkbox into place nothing happens, nothing happens, then it leaps past where i want to place it. In DocuSign, it is possible to choose an x and y location to place them accurately. If this possible in Adobe? or if not is there a way to align them?

Hello,I cannot contact the Adobe Sign support any longer.I used to go to the top right corner, select "Contact Support" and lend on the Support page.Now when I do that, I'm redirected to the "Support and formation" page and I have no way to access the support anymore...Please advise,Nicolas GILBERT

We set up an agreement for signatures and one of the delegators accidentally "declined" to sign (instead of following the link to delegate) and this seems to have cancelled the entire agreement's signature process-is there a way around this so we dont have to reissue agreements for signatures?

Hello. We need help/advice on a client returning a document to us. They have returned agreements to us fine last week. But this week, there are 4 outstanding documents they're completing, being notified of completion and it simply doesn't process. They know this because after completing like usual, they have received reminders to sign and the documents haven't updated on our end either. How do we sort this? Thanks, Jamie

How can we acheive this? ‘Preview Mode’ to view the pdf file being generated: To double confirm the values before committing the send envelope to Adobe sign. How can we achieve this..?  

I have an application which is integrated with adobe sign through REST api. I have chosen AdobeSign as second factor authentication method for agreements. On receving email for signing I am able to login and view agreement but when I click on sign button it is redirecting to login again so I am not able to sign the document.

When I try to open doc for signing then Adobe sign is pop up message for password ?is it possible. Now this option is not possible. 

Hi,how can I set that each signature field has to be signed separately?So that the signature is not automatically inserted into every signature field.Each signature in the document must look different, even if it is from the same signer. It must not be copied. Is this possible?Greetingsmk-hk2     

I am using the latest version of Adobe Sign API and am also using Adobe Sign SDK written in C# from my .net application project. I am able to create an agreement with multiple particpinats and am also able to add the form fields for the participants. Though for each form field, I need to specify the locaiton properties including page number, top, left, height and width for each form field. In order to do that, I need to know the total number of pages for each document I am adding to the agreement. There are times, I generate the document on the fly and want to include the participant's initial signature on each page. Is there a way to handle this situation? For example, can I add the form field based upon an achor tag? I read about adding the text fields but not sure if that will replace the anchor tag. Please advise.

How can I make this workflow happen:1.  Add a link on my website to a PDF2.  An anonymous applicant visits the website, clicks on the link, fills out the PDF and signs off3.  The form is routed to a second applicant and that applicant signs off.

Can you add an additional signor after the first has signed using Adobe Sign?  The problem we come across is that 3-4-5 signatures may be required but who needs to sign is unknown by the person sending the form for the first signature.  After that is signed, it needs to be forwarded to someone else who will sign...and then someone else who will also sign.  I understand how to do multiple people at the get go, but if I send it to one and then realize another must sign, I can't forward that signed version along for a second signature.

Hi, I was assigned as the form filler (participant 2) but when I opened the document there's no fields for me to fill in, so I clicked "start" and it just directly submitted the form without letting me edit anything on it.When we set up the document, we left serveral fields open to "Anyone" so I guess those should be something I can fill out?Any advice for that? I created a form and sent it to a person.  In the meantime, they received a paper copy and I no longer need them to sign the Adobe form.  I got to the "MANAGE" section and see my document but there doesn't seem to be a way to delete it.  Any ideas on how I can delete it? 

I have reminders set up to go out weekly.  Where can I view the dates of any previous reminders that have gone out.  I can see the future reminder that is set - but I can not see the ones that should have already been sent previous weeks.  How do I know these reminders are in fact going out? 

How do I fill and sign after a document has been signed. I used to be able to go to the document, use the pencil and put in my initials, but not is is saying that it is certified document. Please help, thanks,-Norma

When I try to send a document for singatures, it says "You have been logged out" when I try to enter an email to send for signature. See attached photo. It stopped wrking when I tried to add my gmail as the primary email for my Adobe account, which I have since changed back.

Hi,I need help with an adobe sign account, I am testing all the functionalities and I am having trouble adding a user.This is the error message that shows me when adding the user, this account has other adobe products associated with it.Please help by releasing this account or domain to be able to add the user without problems to the adobe sign portal.It can not be that with the trial version we have these problems, this does not help us decide to buy the tool  Waiting for your help and  your comments,
