Adobe Acrobat Sign

Oh boy, another issue. WHy is adobe claiming to be blocked by an extension now when I try to toggle on the old manage style? Why can't I open anything? I click on a document and nothing happens other than a new search bar glitching into the top of the page. And this happens all the time now. Why is anyone still using this...

I know there have been a few posts on this subject but i am struggling to get to the bottom of this. Just signed up for a trial to adobe sign. I have fillable pdf forms already built. On those forms are 2 signature fields as i deal with a Mr and Mrs a lot. I want to send one email to a single email address but get the form fields completed and then for both Mr & Mrs to sign the same document. The information i am asking means that they will complete the form together and thus be sat next to each other and so will sign together. Currently whoever signs the first signature field, that signature copies into the second signature field.I dont want the client to receive two emails because they will fill the form out together. My question is really if this can be done or if Adobe Sign is perhaps not the software for our business needs.Thanks for any help.RegardsPaul

I have a form where if a checkbox is selected, I would like to make the email address field required. If the box is not selected, it is not necessary for the user to provide an email address, but the field should always be visible and editable. Is this possible?

Our contracts will typically be composed of a Proposal Form, (to be signed by four or five folks), and a collection of Exhibits of different types (scope documents, financial documents).  When signing a document, the Exhibits become inextricably bound into the final fully executed document.  How can we arrange things such that that doesn't happen?  Some parties need all the Exhibits, others only receive selected documents.  When we begin the process, we upload the Proposal Form for signature and 'attach' the Exhibits.Thanks.

We have recently executed a large mega sign and have received some feedback that there is no help available which explains how to navigate and sign a document using the interface.  Are there any help guides available? It would be good to have a explicit 'how to navigate and sign' link within the signing interface.

Is there an option wherein the signer does not receive a notification email that the agreement is signed and finalized?

Is there a way to create a custom signature so that it always includes certain characters in the signature field?  For example, can the signature field be formatted such that the typed signature appears between two forward slashes.  So when a signer signs, the signature is "/first last/"?  I can always instruct the signer to manually insert these slashes in the mssage, but if they forget or miss the message, then the document must be re-signed (inconveniencing other who have signed correctly).  Any suggestions?

All the security settings says i am allowed to sign the document but the button is not lit and won't let me click it to sign. I am working on mac.

 I am integrating Salesforce and Adobe sign  by salesforce adobe sign app, I want to merge child object fields as they seem in the related list in a table. For eg: I have a account object and it can have multiple contacts. I want to show Account name as a heading along with all the related contacts. Not sure this can be achieved by merge mapping or not.  

While attaching photos( as docs) in requesting for electronic signature, I get error msgs all the time saying " No photo to attach" in fact, there is a photo/doc to attach and I need to take another screenshot of that pic than I can attach it.....smh... it's very frustrating especially if you are trying to send docs in rush also when copying and pasting the email address of the customer, "P" appears in the email address line and can't be paste. Does someone have an answer for it?

Hello, I know Word allow you to make a mail merge of up to 300 emails however it generates one large file. I need to send out 300 individualized (different grant amounts and business names etc) to people for Adobe Sign. I have tried to use them Mega Sign option but it doesn't input the grant dollar amounts nor does it allow me to enter the same name (Column from CSV file) more than once in an agreement. I'd appreciate some clarity or ideas on how to go about this. Thank you.

Hi - is there a way to request a signer to submit a corrected signature without requring all others to re-sign?  For example, 3 of 4 signers correctly executed but the 4th did not (attached wrong signature or mis-typed their signature).  I would rather not re-send the document to everyone. Thanks

I need to create an agreement with participants and form fields using V6 of RESTful APIs of Adobe Sign.The steps that I am following iscreate an transient document firstcreate an agreement in the authoring stateretrieve the participant set id from an API call get/agreements/agreementid/membersupdate the agreement and add form fields with assignee as participant set idThough, when I make an API call to get all the member information, I am not getting back the name and label that I had assigned while creating an agreement in the authoring state. For me, it is very important to get those values back to associate the form fields with the participants.We are going to store the form fields information in our CRM with a name/label of the participant so that we can retrieve those form fields and associate them with the participants. Please advise

Trash was working earlier today and now it won't let me trash any errors without redoing the entire form.  HELP

I have filled and signed a PDF document, now is not allowing me to modify it because it was signed already, it keeps asking me for the password to give me access to modifications, but I never entered a password and I am the only author in the document, so how can I modify it? or how can i find out the password?

I am trying to request a signature on a document, which I've done numerous times, and after I've uploaded the file and hit send I receive an error message that says "We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again" I try to reload and I get the same message. I've also tried to log out and log back in. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you! 

Hello! I've created an Adobe Sign account a couple of days ago and did not use my Adobe ID email address while signing up so, it's totally separate. I accidentally chose the Enterprise  Trial plan and now, I want to permanently delete my Adobe Sign account. However, I couldn't find a way to do it myself, and the support team couldn't help from chat due I created the account as Enterprise Trial. Please delete my account. What should I do?

hi, I am trying to force a user to access a Library Template through use of a Workflow rather that selecting the Template directly form the Library. Will I encounted issues if a User Group has permission to access to a Workflow but that same User Group does not have permmission to access a  Library Template used within the Workflow?

Can each signer make notes/comments on the document before signing and passing on to the next signer. We  have a need for setting up a document which needs to be signed off by various department managers but also give them them the option to enter notes so that they can onforward and then final signed document can be filed with all notes and signatures included.
