Adobe Acrobat Sign

Suite au changement d'adresse de mon compte adobe je ne peux plus me connecter a adobe sign.Il m'est recommandé d'archiver mes doc signé précédement mais je n'accede pas a mes document pour les archiver.J'ai tenter de remttre l'adresse mail précédente pour archiver mes doc mais impossible aussi.Aidez-moi svp

I am in an Enterprise agreement and my user profile doesn't have account settings whereby I can remove the date requirement.  Does anyone know how I can fix this? 

All - the Small Biz License for Adobe Sign allows for up to 9 users in this license. I have added the "users" but they can't gain them access...how do we gain access for our users?

Hello, I want to send an aplicaton form for a client to sign in four places. However, when I open the document in Adobe Sign all fields in the application are highlighted for review. There are hundreds of these highlighted fields in the document. How do I cancel all of these fields for review and just have the client sign in the four necessary places? Thanks!!

Error received - SObject row was retrieved via SOQL without querying the requested field: echosign_dev1__SIGN_Agreement__c.echosign_dev1__Message__c The document sends fine, but I recieve this on the Salesforce landing page after it sends.  Anyone know what this is?

Hi, In Adobe Sign, is there a way to create a template for signature/data fields, to pop up in various documents?For example:I open an invoice in PDF. I select users that need to sign it, then drag-drop the signature and data fields that each user needs to fill out.Is there a way to automate the step of drag-dropping the signature/data fields, if I know that for every document they will appear in the same places? Thanks,Epi

Hi, is there a way to attach an additional document to the agreement after it had already been signed? I need an invoice signed immediately, and attachments to be added later.Or to attach a document at the point of signing? I read elsewhere that there is a field that I can add to the document, but I can't see it. If I need an upgrade to do it, what do I need to upgrade to? Thanks,Epi

Hi I purchased ADobe sign today having used the free Adobe reader for some time. I cant seem to access my adobe sign from my applications but only from the ADobe website and logging in - I want to be able to click on an icon in my mac aplications that takes me t to it but dont seem to have that option. I tried the help chat and they say they cant help me with this ?? Thanks

Hey all. A few people in my company use this account to send out agreements and contracts. They can all view the documents under 'Manage' > 'Your Agreements.' Nothing comes up on my end. Everyone else can view them all. Does anyone know how to fix this?!

How we can design a workflow routing process, after a certain time, the sign agreement/email will route to a delegate to sign or approve it, because, we have many cases, where the department supervisors, VP, or approver forgets, or is busy on some conference, or takes vacation, etc... The 'parallel' routing is not working in this case, because, we cannot put the time (after 3 days) condition then to send to the delegate.We don't want the signer/approver has to open the sign/agreemnet email to select a delegate.Thank you.

The "upload a signed copy" was a feature with the Classic Experience; and now with the inability to toggle between the New Expereience and the classic expereince, I have no way to load wet-signed agreements which account for about 75% of the agreements I receive back from clients.  Please help by bringing this feature back!!

 Using Mega Sign, configure two fields in the documents, the name and ID. The fields of the program you use call them name1 and name2. When sending the signatures, the name and ID were correctly displayed. But once the user had signed the platform, they modified their ID which disappeared and the name of the user in the first field appeared. And the document when you downloaded it was different from what had been signed !!! And the certificate validated it the same !! Any user can falsify a document with clauses that later disappear and the signature is registered as if they would sign something else. Please, contact me when this is solved

How/Where can I use Mega Sign to send a document to each recipient to fill out and sign? For example, 40 of my employees will all get their own document to fill out and sign.

Hi,I am just starting to use Adobe Sign. I need to send documents with sensitive personal information for signature on a regular basis. However it is very important the signed document isn't then emailed to anyone due to it not being secure. How do I turn this off please? I have an individual Acrobat Pro DC account. Many thanks

Hi Folks, My requirement is to get signature on the last page of the document rather than new page added by adobe sign when requested for signature. Here are the steps, which I'm following: Dynamically generated pdf is uploaded to Adobe Sign using Microsoft flow connector (Upload a document and get a document ID)Once Document ID genarated, Calling another connector (Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature) to send document for aprovers based on the document ID generated from above step. Please refer below screenshot of above two steps:When the approver receives email, it is creating requesting signature on the new page rather than last page of document. Below is the screenshot. Please advise, what settings need to be modified to capture the signature on last page of the document.

i am trying to sign documents and it will. ot let me sign ive tried logging out about five times yesterday ive emailed people for help i have tried everything and support is no help at all i need to sign these documents and ive been waiting over an hour!!
