Adobe Acrobat Sign

I was evaluating Adobe Sign with our IDP but I am facing an issue.Initially, Adobe sign sends the authentication request to our IDP for credentials. I entered our credentials and then our IDP sends the authentication response back to Adobe Sign. Till here everything seems fine but after that when it redirects to Adobe Sign then instead of logged in I am facing an issue – “Corporate Sign on failed. Please contact your account administrator”.

I've whitelisted everything except for third party sites and my users still can't access the sign feature. They get "No Internet Connection" error

Hello, my company uses Adobe Sign and the administrator is trying to add me as a user to Adobe Sign using my work email but she gets an error saying "You cannot add that email address to your account". I have an active Adobe CC account but the email address for that is personal and not the same as my work email address. Any suggestions on how to resovle this issue is appreciated.

Hi there,all emails go out from echosign@echosign.comis there a method of these emails getting sent from one of our own company email addresses?Also apart from the ability to specify an header image, foooter image and footer text is there any other method of styling the email content? Many thanks James

I was using the trial version and was able to set an approver. i have just bought a license and i am unable to set an approver or delegate, etc. There is only signer. What on earth is going on?

Is it necessary to for a signer to purchase an Adobe Sign license?By this I mean this signer does not need to make or send a document to be signed, they only want to have to sign transactions given to them.  If not,how does  Adobe Sign per-transaction license work?

Hi folks, Currently starting up with Sign, but the 'Add User' button doesn't appear either in the User list or when adding Users to a group. I suspect this has to do with profiles in the admin console but I don't know what I'm looking for! I've attached a screenshot... Any help appreciated! Thanks, Dunc

Hi I need to fill out a form that needs more than my signature however when the other person who needs to sign actually signs it autofills with me so we change it however it then changes all of my signatures to theirs and vise vera please help!

Multiple search terms can be provided, separated by spaces.Can the Query String filter by the group value of the ExternalId?Also once the DocumentInfos have been retrieved is there any method of updating the Group value on the ExternalId?If not are there any custom fields that can be added to a DocumentInfo - I would like to somehow mark documents that have been Fully Signed to say that they have been synched into our Application so that they can be filtered off. J'ai encore de la place pour ajouter des utilisateurs. Mais le problème persiste. 

I received a document for signature from a client.  When I go to the page to sign the document, my name in the signature block is already filled in with my name BUT IN JAPANESE KANJI CHARACTERS.  I want to use my alphabetic name so the client can read it.  Where does Adobe Sign get my name which has auto-populated the Name field?

Hello all, This is for my company. I work as a help desk technician and discovered this and want to find out an answer as Customer Support didn't know. I understand you do not need a license to recieve a document to sign. However, a co-worker of mine received a document from a different company to sign and it wanted to validate his account before opening to sign. Our users typically don't have an Adobe ID as they would only need it to access Acrobat Pro. My question is, do you need an Adobe ID to open a document to sign from an external company/user?

Hi there, I have created a "team" in Microsoft Teams for office members within my organization to send me documents that they need me to sign. I have added Adobe Sign app to my Microsoft Teams.  Currently I am the only one in the office with a paid Adobe subscription. Do all office members need their own subscirptions to integrate Adobe Sign into Microsoft Teams so that they can send me documents to sign?Can we keep the documents within Teams to be signed and sent back to each other without having to utilize our emails? Thank you!

My co-worker and I both purchased small business e-sign on 3/18/20.  His works-mine doesn't. Adobe took the money and after speaking the 14 reps via chat, three meetings via bluejean and go to meeting, nothing is resolved.  Apparently it is due to a licensing issue on Adobe's end but it remains broken. Our company was using our experience as a pilot for a possible company-wide purchase. We were told today by an Enterprise level rep that it wasn't surprising to expect service issues because we purchased only the "online" version but if we spend tens of thousands for Enterprise the service would be better.  Anyone else experienced a purchase without product actually working before? 

What gives I can not upload a signed copy any longer and Classic view option which was the only way has now also disappeared. In a PERFECT world yes every one would sign online but honestly some people dont and to not have an option to upload a signed copy from an external source is "BROKEN". 

When trying to send a PDF document for signature using Adobe Sign feature, resulting error: Could not Send: “An error has occurred. Please try again"   Note: you may get this error in Acrobat DC, Document Cloud web or Adobe Sign web.   Cause:  Did your recently change your Adobe ID to a different email address? If yes, then that's the cause of issue. The issue occurs when the Adobe ID is being changed, but the Adobe Sign account is not automatically updated, if there is already an existing Adobe Sign account with the new email address.   To ensure, this is what exactly causing trouble in your case, login on Document Cloud web  and try sending document using “Request Signatures”.   Does it give the same error?
