Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hey all. A few people in my company use this account to send out agreements and contracts. They can all view the documents under 'Manage' > 'Your Agreements.' Nothing comes up on my end. Everyone else can view them all. Does anyone know how to fix this?!

How we can design a workflow routing process, after a certain time, the sign agreement/email will route to a delegate to sign or approve it, because, we have many cases, where the department supervisors, VP, or approver forgets, or is busy on some conference, or takes vacation, etc... The 'parallel' routing is not working in this case, because, we cannot put the time (after 3 days) condition then to send to the delegate.We don't want the signer/approver has to open the sign/agreemnet email to select a delegate.Thank you.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? { "code":"PROBLEM_WITH_WORKFLOW_DESCRIPTION", "message":"There is a problem in workflow description.Change the workflow description or contact your account admin" }I have modified and updated the workflow several times but it doesn't seem to change from this error. I don't know what 'description' its talking about I don't see a description in the workflow editing page. https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/createAgreement I am unable to find documentation for this issue.  

The "upload a signed copy" was a feature with the Classic Experience; and now with the inability to toggle between the New Expereience and the classic expereince, I have no way to load wet-signed agreements which account for about 75% of the agreements I receive back from clients.  Please help by bringing this feature back!!

 Using Mega Sign, configure two fields in the documents, the name and ID. The fields of the program you use call them name1 and name2. When sending the signatures, the name and ID were correctly displayed. But once the user had signed the platform, they modified their ID which disappeared and the name of the user in the first field appeared. And the document when you downloaded it was different from what had been signed !!! And the certificate validated it the same !! Any user can falsify a document with clauses that later disappear and the signature is registered as if they would sign something else. Please, contact me when this is solved

How/Where can I use Mega Sign to send a document to each recipient to fill out and sign? For example, 40 of my employees will all get their own document to fill out and sign.

Hi,I am just starting to use Adobe Sign. I need to send documents with sensitive personal information for signature on a regular basis. However it is very important the signed document isn't then emailed to anyone due to it not being secure. How do I turn this off please? I have an individual Acrobat Pro DC account. Many thanks

Hi Folks, My requirement is to get signature on the last page of the document rather than new page added by adobe sign when requested for signature. Here are the steps, which I'm following: Dynamically generated pdf is uploaded to Adobe Sign using Microsoft flow connector (Upload a document and get a document ID)Once Document ID genarated, Calling another connector (Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature) to send document for aprovers based on the document ID generated from above step. Please refer below screenshot of above two steps:When the approver receives email, it is creating requesting signature on the new page rather than last page of document. Below is the screenshot. Please advise, what settings need to be modified to capture the signature on last page of the document. 

I have clients who cant open link on iphone to sign - does anyone know how to solve this?

i am trying to sign documents and it will. ot let me sign ive tried logging out about five times yesterday ive emailed people for help i have tried everything and support is no help at all i need to sign these documents and ive been waiting over an hour!!

I was evaluating Adobe Sign with our IDP but I am facing an issue.Initially, Adobe sign sends the authentication request to our IDP for credentials. I entered our credentials and then our IDP sends the authentication response back to Adobe Sign. Till here everything seems fine but after that when it redirects to Adobe Sign then instead of logged in I am facing an issue – “Corporate Sign on failed. Please contact your account administrator”.

I've whitelisted everything except for third party sites and my users still can't access the sign feature. They get "No Internet Connection" error

Hello, my company uses Adobe Sign and the administrator is trying to add me as a user to Adobe Sign using my work email but she gets an error saying "You cannot add that email address to your account". I have an active Adobe CC account but the email address for that is personal and not the same as my work email address. Any suggestions on how to resovle this issue is appreciated.

Hi there,all emails go out from echosign@echosign.comis there a method of these emails getting sent from one of our own company email addresses?Also apart from the ability to specify an header image, foooter image and footer text is there any other method of styling the email content? Many thanks James

I was using the trial version and was able to set an approver. i have just bought a license and i am unable to set an approver or delegate, etc. There is only signer. What on earth is going on?

Is it necessary to for a signer to purchase an Adobe Sign license?By this I mean this signer does not need to make or send a document to be signed, they only want to have to sign transactions given to them.  If not,how does  Adobe Sign per-transaction license work?

Hi folks, Currently starting up with Sign, but the 'Add User' button doesn't appear either in the User list or when adding Users to a group. Hi I need to fill out a form that needs more than my signature however when the other person who needs to sign actually signs it autofills with me so we change it however it then changes all of my signatures to theirs and vise vera please help!

Multiple search terms can be provided, separated by spaces.Can the Query String filter by the group value of the ExternalId?Also once the DocumentInfos have been retrieved is there any method of updating the Group value on the ExternalId?If not are there any custom fields that can be added to a DocumentInfo - I would like to somehow mark documents that have been Fully Signed to say that they have been synched into our Application so that they can be filtered off. I was thinking of using the ExternalId.Group value for this Many thanks for any advice James

J'essaye d'ajouter des nouveaux utilisateurs, sauf que j'ai à chaque fois un message d'erreur : "vous ne pouvez pas ajouter cette adresse électronique à votre compte. Consultez cet article de base de connaissances pour en savoir plus". J'ai vérifié qu'il n'y avait pas d'erreur dans l'adresse mail, j'ai essayé avec une autre adresse mail. J'ai encore de la place pour ajouter des utilisateurs. Mais le problème persiste.
