Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I am working for a client who needs an intergration between Dynamics CRM and Adobe Sign. I was successfull in doing that integration. I am facing below given situation:.The clients has multiple approvers and i want to work it in a way were even 1 of the approvers sign the document then it should go to the next stage. Same thing with Signers. There are mutliple signers for a account, say 4. If any of those 2 signers sign the document, then it should consider it as finalized.Is there a wayto configure such a logic using Adobe sign and Dynamics CRM

hello Support Team, i need to skip Two-step verification to login to my EchoSign account. i can directly login to my EchoSign account before. but i cannot login directly to my account since last week. due to i need to login my EchoSign account from different kinds of my devices, this is very inconvenient for me to enter code everytime for login. i also tried to disable the Two-step verification in my account under Password and Security, but it's not effective for the login. i still need to enter the verification code via the phone or email when i try to login in different kinds of devices. please help deal with this for me. thanks!jeff 

When i go to www.echosign.com to sign in and send doucments for signatures. It doesnt always take me to the dashboard, it takes me to the generic Adobe page and I dont know where to go from there.  How do I sign in to  go straight to my dashboard, or what is the process to get there?

I cannot get to Adobe Sign in my account since this morning. Is anyone else having this issue? There is no way for me to access Adobe Sign, see pending documents or send new ones.

Hi, I have a problem on Adobe e-sign since I changed my email address at the end of the 2019Please refer to the below.    I tried to do it in different computers and differenct networks. But still not working.Also I triend online.. Still not working..Also I called the service centre and discontinued subscription and initiate the subscription again. But not working.. What happens? before changing the email, it was working proeperly... Looking forwards to the answer to the question.. John.

Hi alli want to know if adobe esign support the follow scenaria.i have word file, this file is generated dynamicly from template.i what to convert this word and add signature to it. i thought, mybe it is posible to add the signature option to the word and after converting to pdf file adobe will add me all the functionallity.am i right ? will it work ? thanks

When entering the message an the Subject and Message section prior to sending the delivered messages are having "/n/ " inserted for carriage returns e.g. if I type HiPlease sign the attached.ThanksJason it will be delivered as Hi/n/Please sign the attached./n/Thanks/n/Jason Any ideas in the community? Thanks.

Hello, I have a problem, when I send a document to sign to my clients I get an error message saying that the mail was rejected and could not be delivered, this happens with all my clients that have the domains @10215394, @outlook and @yahoo, with other domains I have not had any problem, please your help with this issue.

all emails that are being sent out are then coming back in my outlook as undeliverable but when emailing the address direct from outlook, there is not a problem 

How to Send Adobe Sign Agreement using oracle plsql and REST API.

My organization does not own Adobe Sign. However, we do use Adobe DC pro. I have two problems:1. I receive documents that other people signed via Adobe sign - and then I cannot certify them with my digital signature on Adobe DC. It is locked and no option to add anything. 2. When I ask them to send the document through Adobe Sign, it uses an old signature file and there is no way for me to replace it. Basically I cannot sign electronically files when someone used Adobe Sign. This is not encouraging if we want to consider Adobe Sign as a service. What to do?Thanks

Hello, I have been able to delete old templates from my library on the Documents tab with no issue. They have been replaced by updated documents. However, some of the titles of the deleted files are still available to select from my document library when I use the Request Signature tool. When I select the deleted documents, I receive an error which says "The library document has been removed from the system."Please advise on how to remove these deleted templates from my library completely, thanks.

Hi AllIs there a way to pre-define a signing flow based on Table of Authority (ToA)? I.e. I have a document that needs to be signed by different groups of people based on order amount. Example:Order amount <1k: to be signed by Sales Manager (list of Sales managers consists of X number of people, either of them can sign)1k < Order amount < 5k : sales manager signs first, then account manager (both lists consist of X number of people, either of them can sign)two more similar rulesCurrent table of authority is in Excel but I see no way to integrate it in the tool. Probably using Logic Apps / Ms Flow? If yes, how do we call the values? Thanks in advance!Natalia

We have the updated version (v21) installed in our sandbox. But I can't get the merge data to appear in the sample document. I'm using the one that comes with the package called "Client Services Agreement" but it's not pulling anything in.  I've checked the Merge Mapping and the fields in the document template, and everything looks fine. What am I missing??

i am filling LLP incorporation form and they have already created digital signing box but when i click on it nothing happens no popup shows when i click on box my token pendrive is connected opened and logged in which have digital signature but when I open another different pdf digital sign open shows at top but not on that form please help as it is very important document

Hello,Adobe Digital signature is new to my organisation and I am working on a project to roll this technology within my organisation using Adobe reader DC.I want to know if certificate for digital signature can be generated at Microsoft server level and can they be deployed to employees down the stream. So that digital signature will be used with private and public key. Hi, As specified by the headline, after spending 30 minutes on adding forms to our template - when i go to "manage" "templates" and then press open on the template i created - none of the forms are there! The document is there however - it is not fillable within the signing and sending process. Exteremly frustrating. Is there a solution to this?

I have a trial account for adobe sign. I have installed Adobe Sign add-ins to MS Word and Excel (Office 365). However the page cannot load at Authorize and Login step, which keeps loading forever. I have tried to reinstall the add-in, restart MS Word, restart the PC etc. All did not work. Could anyone help?
