How do I set up a document to have a married couple sign by sending to 1 email address?

I'm creating a document that has to be digitally signed by 3 different people who are not at the same location. Email sent with .pdf to client for signature, sent to program manager for signature, customer for signature.Each needs to be able to access and sign the document prior to sending it to the other parties for signature.Other than the signature box and the date box the document should be locked from edits

It indicates that the domain rollout is June 2020 and one of the actions we need to take is to adjust the endpoint that we connect to Adobe Sign through the API. Is it possible for us to adjust the endpoint we use to connect thru the API prior to June 2020? If not, what is the timeframe that we have to make this change?  Thank you

Hi, My company has adobe document cloud who i believe incude adobe sign, is that so? i sign in Adobe sign with my comapny's credentials. However, document cloud is fine but adobe sign says i am in a trial version.

I apologize if Im posting in the wrong section however I could not find a board specific to the Adobe Fill & Sign app. Ever since the update to IOS 13 the Adobe Fill & sign app on Iphone/Ipad has not been working properly. When forms are filled out they look fine. However when emailed, the words move position.... Like for example if I write "John Smith" it looks fine but when emailed or saved it would put Smith under John like-JohnSmithand if date like 2/3/2020, it would put like the below when emailed or saved-2/3/2020I have been waiting if this would be fixed however with each IOS update it is still doing it. I wasnt sure how to make Adobe aware of this problem, so figured Id write here.. or if someone has found a way to fix it.

Hello all, how can I enforce a user login when sending a PDF document for e-signing to an email address? If I use Adobe Sign to send a document to an email account an email with the link to the document is send over the internet. Everyone who gets access to this link (this could happen due to security issues or in simple delegation scenarios) is able to sign the document without authenticating (e.g. via login). Setting a password for the document or using delegation features will not work here. I want to enforce a login authentication for the given email address. Is that possible? Thank you,Volker.

I have added an email to the CC field of an adobe sign envelope. That email is receiving the "Fully Signed and Filed" email, but I would like the CC email to receive the "John Doe has signed the document" update emails. Is there a way to make that happen?

I can't find support for this app. I signed out to fix a problem and now I can't enter the reset code. The screen disappears. Also I can't import or select AFS app to open a document in it. I've written about this problem for about a year. Looks like Adobe killed the app for:iPad Pro 12.9  2018iPhone SX Max. Both on the latest operating system. iOS 13.3.1I'm surprised that the app would be unacceptable in some Apple products and not all Apple products. 

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and am signed in with my account. I upgraded to be able to organize pages, but it didn't add that tool. Anytime I want to use this tool, it takes me online to combine pdfs. Is there a way to get this tool added without having to go to cloud documents?

Hello, My employer sent me a digital document to sign. However, I attempted several times to complete it and I kept coming across this error that wouldn't let me continue.  "Error message: Unhandled Error: 200131070147063.app-b11" Please let me know how I can fix this, the document has a time restraint.

I did data mapping in dynamics crm by using File {{field}} etc.. Which is working file. I applied it on Opportunity entity. But when I call Contact Yomi First Name it does not print it on pdf. Contact is Lookup type field. Can't we print related entity data on pdf?

I run a lot of camps, and we are still using paper forms for EVERYTHING.  I really need a way to have my customers be able to sign up for camp registration and sign the release forms easily.   I have not used Adobe Sign previously, but I feel like it might be the right option.    I need something that I can use to send out 200-500 people a large camp handbook, and allow them to sign it and send it back- and also allow me to track it etc.  I'm looking for advice-  the University that I work for is an adobe enterprise user, but I don't think that we have adobe sign as part of our package- so I would need to pay for this seperately and I want to make sure I can do what I need to, before asking for funds.   

We are having an issue with some clients that haven't been able to open a document to sign as the 'Review and Sign' button is not in the email.Other clients have not had this problem.Tried to do a Support Chat without any luck.  Also tried to ring a support line which was given by the chat person only to get a messsage saying the number is not connected.This also seems to have happened since the recent update.  We have just noticed the 2 recipients with this problem have 'westnet' email addresses.  Could this have something to do with the problem? From other posts I can see that by sending a Reminder for the document works but this does not solve the problem.Thank you. 

I have a client that posted a Signing Agreement on their old Echosign account back in 2011 (which I signed back then). All of a sudden it is showing on my Adobe DocumentCloud dashboard (only just noticed it today).I requested they delete it because it contains sensitive information. But they are unable because their old Echosign account it inactive. Only the owner can delete the file. How would they go about getting that file/agreement removed if their account is discontinued?Thanks for any help.

Hello, I am trying to sign a document that I received, but I keep receiving the same error: Error message: Unhandled Error: 200123142543421.app-aXX (where XX is two digits, most frequently 10, 18 and 23).I've tried Windows 7 and 10, Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, same results. What is the issue? Thanks in advance!

Is there a flag or switch that will prevent a CC'd email address from getting the unsigned copy? In other words, I want them to only get a copy when it is signed.

Hello everyone,  I tried signing my PDF using Acrobat Pro 2017 and it prompted me to "sign in" which then prompted me to "create a new account". I accidentally created a new account with an incorrect email address and now I keep getting prompted to verify my email which I can't because its an incorrect email address. I've tried creating a new PDF but still the same thing. Please help! Thanks  

Sometimes when I go to add fields to be filled out in Adobe Sign, the formats are different. In the last day or so I am seeing anew format where radio buttons are not available as a field type. I did a test on a document that would allow radio buttons, resaved it with a minor change and now it WON'T allow radio buttons.What is up with that?

As usual the second they roll something new out, everything becomes 100% unusable. Where are all of my files? I can search my agreements and see the things that I've previously sent, but I can't send anything new out because all my docs are just suddenly gone. Care to elaborate?
