Hi all, I am quite new to adobe sign and I was just wondering if there was a way to edit a document on adobe sign once both sender and signer have signed the document? If anybody knows how to do that it would be great to know how. Thank you!

Hello, I created a webform and would like to use it for several different items on my web page.  One field in particular I would like to prepopulate with that items respective data.  I know I could create several webforms, each with the data for each item filled in, but this seems tedious.  Can I use the one webform and somehow have the data prepopulate based on that specific link I create?  Or will I have to create a sepearate webform for each item to have the unique data entered?

Hi,  Our company had a business account that we terminated over a year ago.  Our CFO is being sent documents from other companies through adobe sign and cannot log into her account because it was 'deactivated' even though she has re-registered for an individual adobe sign and paid for it..... So it is a paid-for license that she cannot use.  I removed her from our old admin console but it's still not working.  How do I fix this issue? 

What are possible reasons for a party to decline to sign via Adobe sign?  Trying to hide IP address ?  

Hello, rather than saving individual pdf contracts, I was just wondering if there is a way I can export all the data collected from the individual contracts into one single excel file?  Thanks

We will be designing a polling mechanism on our end to fetch the status of agreements on a regular basis. If the agreement is ‘SIGNED’ we will go ahead and fetch the document from adobe cloud. However, how can we distinguish if we have already fetched a SIGNED document? If we send Get Agreements Status api, it will provide us the agreement details in response, but how can we know if we have retrieved the document associated with this agreement earlier? Does Adobe API provide any field to check this?

I am trying to use the Get Agreement Note and Put Agreement Note API’s, but in both API responses I get below –{"code": "NOT_FOUND","message": "Resource not found"}This error code is not listed in the possible Error Code list. I am not sure what is the issue in here, can you please help me understand the problem?

Hi AllI have a document (offer to customer) that's generated out of SAP and needs to be signed by 2 people (names can vary based on recipient group). This action is done multiple times per day - how do I pre-define recipient groups? I know how to create one manually but I want to give my users an option to just choose a recipient group I've created for them. Second question: is it possible to automatically update the recipient group based on Excel from Sharepoint? Probably using Logic Apps? Answer to any of these 2 questions (even if just one) is highly appreciated!! Thank you!Natalia

Does this not exist in the new version of Document Cloud? I would like to be able to add form field layers for signing an Invoice where the account information is going to be different each time I use the form - so the standard template will not work.Thanks!

If I have documents in a template but the content is different, what is the best way for me to get a signature from multiple clients.  Example: Let's say a document has a custom graph for each client included, however content, placement and even graph size is exactly the same and position. (Just graph image might be slightly different).    Would I need to upload each document and create a signature box before sending? Is there a better method?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to sign a document as myself twice in three step doc. control sequence, summarized here...Signature 1 (Myself/Doc control) = I approve the document for reviewSignature 2 (Manager) = The manager reviews the document and approves it.Signature 3 (Myself/Doc control) = I confirm the Manager's signature is present and approve the document for release.All signatures are in the same document, ideally. I can approve the document myself the first time easily, the manager can approve easily too. It's my second time I try and sign that things get tripped up. The emailed link requests that I log in again, and asks for a new signature. Another way to handle this would be for me to be able to sign the same document twice, at two different times. There are a number of work arounds for this (send the version approved by the manger to myself - whih creates an complicated audit trail, create another email address for myself, etc.). My business often requires two people to sign the same document. My challenge is to create a web form, send the link to both applicants, and have both of them sign the same form (Without having either as a counter-signature, because the counter signature email address doesn't vary by web form). Is this possible? Thanks,  Daniel

I have a form with two signers, each with their own seperate signature blocks and date fields. There is a need to populate a signer's respective date field with the current date at signing. This is primarily to force the date into a specific format, as well as preventing entry error, i.e. - a date prior to current date.  Is this possible? 

We are continuously getting the attached Server Error message when attempting to sign a new document added to the library. It first happened when an employee tried it, and is also happening to us when trying to replicate the issue. We tried reuploading the document from scratch as well as removing all of the fields and reentering them ourselves. Can someone please provide some guidance on getting this resolved? It is the new 2020 W-4 form provided by the IRS, if that helps at all.

Now I want to send it to my customer that he has to sign the read-only document. I set the option in my signature field as follows: Read-only except the customer's signature field. After sending, however, the customer can change all fields. Why? can you help me.Marc

How do we go about setting up a web form where the first party can complete a few fields (no signatures) then have it automatically go to a second party for signature then a third party for final signatures? Is this possible?
