I am an individual user and the layout for the form fields page is a little cumbersome. The form fields page should at have the signatures and initials and even the date fields already "open" and laid out for easy access between required recipients. This will cut down drastically on clicking times. The newly added color tabs to distinguish between recipients is still a good idea but the "open" layout would be even better and much more efficient especially in situations where sending documents in a hurry is needed. (hint: See Docusign's layout)
On the computer when you open the document for signatures there is a remaining signatures countdown box in the upper right corner but not when using a mobile phone. This would be beneficial as I work with many first time older individuals who are not too mobile phone savvy and this will at least help to let both them and me know how many are left to sign until complete. (On a related note there needs to be a more precise process for taking the customer to the next required field in the document. Maybe once they click the start or next button, the document can zoom to the next field instead of just highlighting the next field). That way there is less of a chance that the "next" signature field will be accidentally skipped or missed and therefore slowing the signing process down.
I can't delete old templates in my account.I get this message: "Due to the size of your account, only agreements from the last 45 days were loaded."How do I delete these?
I want to insert a hyperlink into a site page where clients can click to sign an echosign document. How can I do this?
Hi,The Access Token that is generated is not recognized by the program. Everytime it throws this error-{"code":"INVALID_API_ACCESS_POINT","message":"Request must be made to correct API access point (e.g. use GET /base_uris)."} I revoked and created a new Access Token, but still facing the same problem. But, when I used my colleague's Access Token (Integration key), the programs runs fine and gives correct results. Is there a problem with Access Token (Integration Key)? Please advise. Thanks,Aditya
In the basic subscription Adobe offer " Sequential (Complete in Order) or Parallel (Complete in Any Order)" but still executes sequentially. No option for parallel without paying more money? I wanted to load a physical signature and I show where to do it but it looks like I have to wait until it reach them in order. Any way to load the document before it gets to them and take them out of rotation? Can I change the order once it is sent out?
I am trying to share an e-sign template with others in my account. We all have the "team" membership. When I go to the template properties menu, the only field I see is template name.
ALL of the documents that we are sending now are being marked as junk mail OR spam no matter the recipient's email provider: @8395988, @10215394, @AOL, @yahoo, etc. We use this platform to send onboarding documents to new hires and it presents an unprofessional appearance if we have to tell them to check their junk mail folder to find correspondence from us. We also should not have to email them in advance to tell them to add this email to their safe sender list so that they will receive it...although we've tried that as well and it is still routing messages to junk/spam folders. We have changed the sender name (under My Profile), but the email echosign@echosign.com that is the sending email appears to be the issue. Need your help urgently to get this resolved. Thanks,Stacy
Hello!I'm totally new to Adobe Sign, and finally learned how to send out my first document to get signed. I left a blank line in the document for both the recipient and myself, but I didn't know to select "Add Me" beforehand, so I could sign it, too. The recipient signed the document, which I've since received. And, I don't see a way to include my signature to sign it. Is there a way to sign the document after the recipient has signed? Thanks!
I am working with a product called Nintex Workflow Cloud. It has a Adobe Sign connector. It allows me to connect my Adobe Sign account and then select a template to use and send to users to sign. I create a custom library template to use and it is not showing up within Nintex. The only templates that I am allowed to select are the out of the box default W-4 and I-9 templates. Does anybody have experience with Nintex? Is there a special setting I need to check in my account in order to allow my custom library templates to be accessible through the API?
I recently had Adobe Pro reinstalled on my work computer, and can successfully combine files into 1 pdf. However once they've been combined & prepared for signature, when I select the "Send for Signatures' button, here is what I see. Any thoughts as to how I can rid myself of this error, and ensure once they are sent for signatures --> they are forwarded to the email address I referenced during the combining process?Appreciate any directional guidance you could provide, since I need to get this problem fixed sooner that later --> to ensure timely submission of this months returns. If you have any further questions, I can be reached by either of the methods below:[personal information removed by host]Please let me know if you require anything further. Thanks,Mark Cloutier
My webpage dynamically populates a PDF file. After populating it, I'd like offer the user an opportunity to digitally sign pg. 5 of the pdf. Possible?
how can re size a document before isend it?
Sorry if this is posted but I can't find this addressed anywhere. I have an executive who needs to be able to sign many contracts throughout the week. After he reviews them in bulk he tells his admin assistant the ones he wants approved. Then he wants her to use a digital scan of his signature and to e-sign the contracts for him on his behalf. Is this something that can be done in Adobe Sign?
Hello everyone,Last year I created enrollment forms and sent one to each user who then filled and digitally signed the form using AdobeSign. All of this was done via the Fill and Sign interface on Adobe Cloud so that I could track when each user would open, and then ultimately it showed signed when they completed it.Here is my problem:I had to go to each signed file individually, navigate to the data tab, then click the export button. Once that was done, the data was in a very poorly organized format (not matching what I had designed in the form). So to get it into my database, I had to write some pretty lengthy H-Lookups in excel to map the fields into the spreadsheet. Doing this method completely defeated the purpose of having electronic forms. What am I missing? There has to be a way to send the data from a signed form automatically into a spreadsheet or cloud based table/spreadsheet. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for you help and sugg
First off, this is one of the worst forum set ups I've ever seen! Also, is there even Adobe support for Adobe Sign?? The support wizard has nothing about Adobe Sign.Anyway, I have been a SF developer and Administrator for several years and just started using Adobe Sign (I use to use Docusign at another company I worked for). Adobe Sign works in our production org, but I am developing a few new things in our sandbox and cannot get an Adobe Sign doc to "Preview", it just loads a blank page, or "Send", it sits on a loading page a doesn't go anywhere.I have gone through the Setup Wizard in the Admin area of Salesforce and Adobe Sign is linked to my account which is an Admin account for Adobe Sign. Any suggestions on how to solve these problems for the sandbox account?Thank you,Ryan
Hello.I have a document saved in our business OneDrive as a report template for our engineers.I want to be able to add a signature box to this document so that each time our engineer completes the form he can then get a signature from the client and save the document. is there a way of doing this so that when they open this document each time the signature box is incorporated into the document?
hi! i need create three fields with date of sign, first with day, second with month, and therd with sort year. An agreement was sent out for signature, one of the people who is a CC on the agreement is not able to open the file. When she clicks on link in email to view document, she gets error: "You are not authorized to view the contents of this agreement." What are reasons why she would get this error? This person is not a signer on the document. Does this have to do with the Global Setting:Limited Document VisibilitySigners will only see files containing signature, initials or data entry fields assigned to them.
Once created, is it possible to alter the sequence of the document flow.Ex. A document needing signatures of 5 people is created. If we say the signatories areABCDEAfter A, B and C sign the document, can we change the order toABCEDby making E the 4th signer and D the 5th signer
The question is in the title!

I've read the other forum discussion on this issue and note that Adobe has no real answer to the issue. The "I need to sign" (first/last) option has been removed entirely. I need to prefill my documents and sign them before sending to my customer to fill the rest of the doc and sign. Replacing the ability to prefill the document from the sign page is unacceptable. The "add me" is absolutely not a replacement for the previous feature, it adds time and effort to a process that was far more streamlined BEFORE the update. The change may not make a large difference to some, but I need to prefill and send documents in mass amounts and now multiple steps have been added to that process for seemingly no reason. Not to mention moving the library documents another 2 clicks away (when it used to be directly on the send screen for me to scroll through and simply select one. I can find no other ways to actually write a customer complaint other than spending half an hour on hold, so count this as on
Hello Eveyone,I'm not sure what happened, but last week I had the option to fill in the form fields before having it sent to be signed. After logging in, I would chose the document from the library, then click start. On the next screen I would fill in the recipient's email and then check I NEED TO SIGN and choose FIRST, then click the blue button on the bottom right that says SIGN THEN SENDThe contract opened and I was able to fill in the form fields, sign it and then send it.Now, no matter what I do, I do not have that option to check "I need to sign" first and make any changes to the form. The screen doesn't show that option at all. I didn't change anything on the form - I'm at a total loss why I can no longer get the option to sign and edit the form. Any assistance would be appreciated. Here is what the screen looks like now after choosing the document and clicking start:I can preview and add signature fields, but not fill in the form fields. maybe I'm missing something simple. I don't
WARNING! Anyone with a link on their website to a Public widget containing any PII data fields. Please be aware that the signed documents are not private to your institution and the signer.PUBLIC widgets when Signed are Publicly accessible in all their glory for anyone who happens to come across the link that Adobe sends the Signer/Sender... For the love of all things binary, signed data containing personal information should (in almost every situation I can think of) never be PUBLICLY accessible! It would be REALLY nice to have an option (set by default) to ensure that completed/signed Public Widget documents were accessible only by the parties needing to see the completed forms via authenticating to Adobe Sign. I don't know, kinda like data access control requirements mentioned in PCI/DSS for sensitive information... Or just generally a good idea? Please implement this ASAP!
