One person said they signed but their signature does not show up on the document

I had Adobe Chat support abruptly ended my support question on this just now and seeking the community for help.I created a PDF form with fields that need to be filled in order within two columns starting with a field on the top left-hand side and to the next field directly below it and so on. I've set the tab order using the 'Prepare Form' function on my Acrobat DC and verified that it does indeed follow the specified order. However when I submit the same file to Adobe Document Cloud using 'Send for Signature' function to my test account, I see that the resulting PDF form ignores the tab order and proceed to tab from left to right.I've replicated this issue with additional test documents as well as with previously drafted PDF form and the issue appears to be persistent. As far as I can tell I have not found any setting that I have inadvertently set to cause this issue.Looking for insight on this whether it is a bug. The given key was not present in the dictionary."I have created all the necessary relationships between the Agreement and Custom entity.I decided to send an agreement from a pre-baked relationship (Contact) and it worked.So, i then decided to deleted the custom relationship and then recreate it.Did another test and still does not work.Any advise or demonstration to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.Kind RegardsTyler

I searched other threads, and it seems fields disappear often, with no real acknowledgment or answers. I started our free trial today, and I'm not very excited about this. I have spent hours editing forms, and it is not user friendly at all. I FINALLY got the form precisely how I needed it, and when I sent it to myself, the NAME field has disappeared. (I used two different NAME fields, and they both disappear once it's sent.) It is 3am, and I needed to get this sent out, but now I can't. I have edited & resent & edited & resent numerous times to see if I was doing something incorrectly. But it's definitely a glitch. I completely rebuilt this form once, and I'm not going to do it again. (Speaking of which...is there no way to duplicate the same exact fields onto a different template?) Thank you.

Hi,We are developing a backend application that regularly calls adobesign API. I manually generated oauth tokens and then pass the client ID, client secret and refresh token to the application. My issue with this approach is that the refresh token also expires at some point. Is there a possibility for an integration key that doesn't expire, and if yes how to enable this as there is no mention of this in the documentation? Thanks,

When I Send for Signature and upload the document with Ready to Send, the upload stalls every time at 70%.  The files size is only 1.4 M.The System Status page claims all is Normal.Are there any tricks?How do you advise Adobe of the problem?

Hi there -I need to send a document for signature by approximately 12 different people.  So far as I can tell, the document will be sent to one person at a time, and will not go on to the next person on the list unless it is executed by the person who has it.  This can obviously slow the process down (e.g. if someone is on vacation), or stop it entirely (e.g. if any one of the people in the stream for signature decides not to sign digitally but "just print and mail it to you") so it doesn't get to the next signatory in the list.  Do I need to just send digitally to each person one at a time for signature to prevent this problem?  Can you advise?Thanks in advance -Elizabeth

I need to add a mandatory checkbox field, as well as another checkbox field that, when checked, indicates that another field is necessary. (ex. "check this box if you would like to receive emails." -- if the box is checked, the person needs to put in their email).I haven't found a way to do this in widgets -- any advice?
