Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I'm trying to integrate the API of adobe eSign and i have a problem at the first step, to authorize my app :I've spent a full day trying to make it works without success... i'm used to work with several APIs (facebook, instagram, vimeo, youtube...) and oAuth2 and this is the first time i'm stuck that way... Even when i type this url on my browser it won't work :https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=[MY_REDIRECT_URL]&response_type= code&client_id=[MY_CLIENT_ID]&scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:accountOn my account i've setup the correct SCOPE and REDIRECT_URI...I tried to get help from the support, but they said support is only on the forum...On another post i just read they now say that we need a business account ? I try and add a field - Name and Company to be filled in by the recipient. When i send a test document to the recipient the name field does not appear, but all the others do. Any ideas?Please advise.

When I Send for Signature and upload the document with Ready to Send, the upload stalls every time at 70%.  The files size is only 1.4 M.The System Status page claims all is Normal.Are there any tricks?How do you advise Adobe of the problem?

Hi there -I need to send a document for signature by approximately 12 different people.  So far as I can tell, the document will be sent to one person at a time, and will not go on to the next person on the list unless it is executed by the person who has it.  This can obviously slow the process down (e.g. if someone is on vacation), or stop it entirely (e.g. if any one of the people in the stream for signature decides not to sign digitally but "just print and mail it to you") so it doesn't get to the next signatory in the list.  Do I need to just send digitally to each person one at a time for signature to prevent this problem?  Can you advise?Thanks in advance -Elizabeth

Hello,I'm trying to create a widget that hosts a form we need all visitors to fill out. I need to add a mandatory checkbox field, as well as another checkbox field that, when checked, indicates that another field is necessary. (ex. "check this box if you would like to receive emails." -- if the box is checked, the person needs to put in their email).I haven't found a way to do this in widgets -- any advice?

I know this has been asked, but I can't seem to find any resolution.  I need a BAA to use Adobe Sign, but I can't find any information in Adobe's website about how to accomplish that.  Unfortunately, Adobe's online support portal is not working and I spoke to a customer service rep who couldn't help.Where do I go from here?Thanks

How can I control the order of files and attachments from master object before they are merged into PDF?

I'm uploading documents through the soap API and as most of our signers are on mobile I'd like to auto fill the email address field of the signature block.I can't seem to find a way to do this though. Does anyone know how I can pre-populate the email field of the signature block?

Hello, I have different templates for services and sometimes I choose two from to go out as one document to the signer, however I have foind that some of the text input into the first form duplicates itself in the second form, this is an issue as it is copying items like company registration number to the email form on the 2nd templatePlease can someone help

Hi guys.I've followed the Adobe Sign install guide ton SharePoint 2013, and have yet to get it to work.  Firstly, we noticed that a file may have been missed or incorrectly named - we had an error referencing a file called "AdobeSign.Strings.en-US.resx", but we could only find "AdobeSign.Strings.resx" in the location.  To get past this we copied and renamed the file.  This got us past that error.Th rest of the install was apparently fine - however, when we try and create an agreement, we get the error Sorry, something went wrong Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0 running a trace, the error in Sharepoint appears to be "Error occurred while fetching merge mapping item from AdobeSignMergeMapping list. Sequence contains no elements" Any ideas? Chris.

I am having problems uploading a pdf to the new Fill & Sign option in EchoSign/Adobe Sign. Hi,We have a requirement where users want to be able to preview a document/agreement in pdf before sending out the agreement in our application. The original format of the documents could be in html or MS Word.Currently when they do preview in our own app, we use the API to create a transient doc, and then a library doc and then pull the pdf from the library doc. Is this the best way of doing this or there is a better way? Thx.

Hi Team,Just wanted to know if the signer of the document has the capability to decide where to sign / multiple places to sign the document. we have a requirement where esign would be integrated with our system and will route the document to the signer for taking an action but how does the system helps signer to drag and drop the signatures to a place in the document even if the signer do not have the esign account.

I am testing in Salesforce Sandbox to see if the Adobe Sign works well with our business need.   I have created the merge mapping for a Word document that has {{!FirstName}}, {{!LastName}} etc.   When I send the Word file to the lead, the Word file can show the lead's first/last name properly.   So I do the same for a PDF document (it is a fillable form format) - it also has {{!FirstName}}, {{!LastName}} in the pdf file.  I merge map the same way as I do for the Word document.   However when I send the PDF file to the lead, the PDF doesn't show the First/Last name.  It still shows the {{!FirstName}}, {{!LastName}} in the PDF when it is sent to the lead.   I wonder how I can correct the PDF and make it show the First / Last name.  Thanks everyone..

Is there any way to rename widgets? There should be a warning as widgets are being created that the titles cannot be edited later. If it's not possible to rename widgets, what would be the best way to recreate an identical widget simply with a different name? Is there a way to create a form field template from a widget? I'm really hoping that I don't have to redo all the form fields.

Looking for advice on how to use a signature pad for signing PDF Documents.

As soon as I go into the Send tab to prep a document for signing I get the message below.  I can hit cancel and set up the email recipients but there is no option to attach a document for signing.  Once I am past entering email addresses the mouse icon turns to a red circle with a slash through it.  It cannot be the date issue it wont even let me attach a document.   Help?

My application will generate the contract and send to the customer to sign it.This is something I already do using the SOAP api in another application.Reading your documentation I saw that the only way to get the Access Token is redirecting the customer to the authentication page, but I don't want to do it because I don't want to send the documents on my customers' behalf.How can I get the Access Token for my application be able to send the contract on its behalf?
