Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am having problems uploading a pdf to the new Fill & Sign option in EchoSign/Adobe Sign. When I attempt to add the document be either dragging or using "Add Files" it gets stuck in "Creating"[Moved out of the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product-specific, support forum by a moderator]

Hi,We have a requirement where users want to be able to preview a document/agreement in pdf before sending out the agreement in our application. The original format of the documents could be in html or MS Word.Currently when they do preview in our own app, we use the API to create a transient doc, and then a library doc and then pull the pdf from the library doc. Is this the best way of doing this or there is a better way? Thx.

Hi, I would like to use the API to delete a library document but it requires the library_retention scope which I don't see in the Application setup page. Can someone please help me how to enable this scope for the application? Thx.

Hi Team,Just wanted to know if the signer of the document has the capability to decide where to sign / multiple places to sign the document. we have a requirement where esign would be integrated with our system and will route the document to the signer for taking an action but how does the system helps signer to drag and drop the signatures to a place in the document even if the signer do not have the esign account.

I am testing in Salesforce Sandbox to see if the Adobe Sign works well with our business need.   I have created the merge mapping for a Word document that has {{!FirstName}}, {{!LastName}} etc.   When I send the Word file to the lead, the Word file can show the lead's first/last name properly.   So I do the same for a PDF document (it is a fillable form format) - it also has {{!FirstName}}, {{!LastName}} in the pdf file.  I merge map the same way as I do for the Word document.   However when I send the PDF file to the lead, the PDF doesn't show the First/Last name.  It still shows the {{!FirstName}}, {{!LastName}} in the PDF when it is sent to the lead.   I wonder how I can correct the PDF and make it show the First / Last name.  Thanks everyone..

Is there any way to rename widgets? There should be a warning as widgets are being created that the titles cannot be edited later. If it's not possible to rename widgets, what would be the best way to recreate an identical widget simply with a different name? Is there a way to create a form field template from a widget? I'm really hoping that I don't have to redo all the form fields.

Looking for advice on how to use a signature pad for signing PDF Documents.

As soon as I go into the Send tab to prep a document for signing I get the message below.  I can hit cancel and set up the email recipients but there is no option to attach a document for signing.  Once I am past entering email addresses the mouse icon turns to a red circle with a slash through it.  It cannot be the date issue it wont even let me attach a document.   Help?

My application will generate the contract and send to the customer to sign it.This is something I already do using the SOAP api in another application.Reading your documentation I saw that the only way to get the Access Token is redirecting the customer to the authentication page, but I don't want to do it because I don't want to send the documents on my customers' behalf.How can I get the Access Token for my application be able to send the contract on its behalf? After I add recipients, a message and a file in Adobe Sign and click next, the document is processed. Say I forgot to add a file or want to edit my previous message, how do I do so? If I go to manage I see the document and click on edit, but I can only edit the processed document and do not have the option to add a file or edit a message.

I'm trying to convert but I get the message, "xxx file is in a format not supported for conversion to PDF."

I need the name of the participant to show up in the body of the email rather than their email address.  Sometime it has their name and sometime it shows their email. "After you sign XYZ, the agreement will be sent to "here it displays the EMAIL of the participant" and "here it displays the NAME of the participant". Then, all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email."

I do not want an email to be send to signer before in person signing. It is possible??

I have upgraded by Adobe Sign trial to an individual licence and now find that the overlay fields template is not available on this plan. However the next plan is only available for two users or more. I need the functions of this plan but at this stage I am the only user in the business and so we do not want to have to pay for 2 users. Is there any way around this?

Hi there,I tried to figure out if it is possible to send more than one document within one signature request without having all document ended up in one big PDF-File. For Example:My partner needs to sign the documents A, B and C. I click on the button to request a signature. During the process, I put all three documents (A, B, C) into the request via drag&drop-function. When I send the request and the signee signed all the documents, I get an E-Mail from ADOBE that has the signed document attached. The problem is that it is merged to one file although I wanted to have all three documents separately.Could anyone help me out, here? I am sure that it is an easy answer for somebody who's into ADOBE SIGN.Thanks a lot!!

I swear their is a ghost or something wreaking havoc; this is so weird.I have now made a document using "fill & sign" on cloud adobe.I have used it a BUNCH of time.I now see that when I download and then open that download, half of my "zero" doesn't show up on the doc.I have moved the text and made the font smaller, but still that zero does not show up.Here a screen shot of my doc....note there is plenty of margin on both sides of the text.

I am using WIndows 7 professional and Adobe Reader XI.The certificate is stored and visible in the Personal folder in the Windows certificate store.Thanks!

I just trimmed down the number of Signature fields from 20 down to 13, but in the process of deleting signature fields, I also lost Participant numbers, so now I have Participant 1, 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.  When I try to add new Participants to get #3 back, I get Participant 21.  I wouldn't care but it seems Recipient #3 wants to go in the in the Participant 3 slot, which is gone and I get "Missing Signature Fields" when I try to send the document.HELP!

Hello,I work for SpringCM Support and we integrate with Adobe Sign in order leverage electronic signatures on SpringCM hosted documents.  We've had several customers request that they be able to resize the signature field, as it has a tendency to obscure lines within a document being sent for signature as it is currently only available in a single size.  All other available fields appear to be able to be resized at will.  We'd like to request that this be made available on their behalf.  Is this possible?

I have a form for multiple recipients to sign.That multiple is twenty recipients.  On one page. Ten iterations of that form need to be sent to those same twenty recipients.Instead of typing those twenty recipients email addresses into the Send page ten times (once for each iteration of the form) is there a way to streamline the process of sending?  Such as a "send to those twenty recipients again" button?
