Recently I need to convert PDF to Excel in system. After checking API document, I cannot found related API. Is there API or service available in Acrobat Pro DC?Thanks

We've sent out several emails to our clients for their signature and in all cases, Adobe Sign shows them as "sent". However, none of them were actually sent.We have tested for broken email addresses - every email address is valid. We also use Adobe Sign with Xero and emails sent via Xero works. The emails sent directly from Adobe Sign do not.Thank you for your assistance.

This admittedly is a bit of a repetitive question it seems, however most of the answers I found were from 2015 so I was unsure if perhaps there are differences that I've not seen (as the documentation is less than direct in some cases for me).Basically we're trying to do widget forms, and because we've already got our own backend agreement system we've used in the past, we were hoping to keep it sort of in that we utilize adobe sign over API so we can still log/document certain signature steps through our own system.However I cannot find any documentation or model on if there is a way to pre-fill given form fields in a widget when the widget agreement is pulled over API.  The most I can find are answers from Adobe staff in 2015 stating it's not possible yet.  Has this been done yet and if so is it just undocumented?  Or am I missing some really obvious stuff?  Or will we have to pretty much rely on the signee to accurately fill the fields out themselves and just add

Currently when agreements are signed, I receive an email to my inbox.  I can't seem to figure out how to add a 2nd person to get notified.  I would like for my VA to also be notified so she can set up our client.Thank you,Renaye

I sent a PDF to a client for them to fill in blanks and information, sign, and send back to me.  The signer says they've filled in the blanks, however, when I open it, the blanks are cleared/blank for me!  Please help!

Other inquiries to the forum say you need to get support to authorize sending a document for signature in excess of 100 pages.  I have a number of time sensitive documents I am trying to send out in excess of 100 pages but I cannot find any way to contact support.  Help!!!!

I have purchased an annual subscription of AdobeSign and I am unable to form a template library. Here's what happens:from the Dashboard, I click on Add Template to Library;On the next menu I select Browse and pick the document I want (by selecting it and clicking "Open"),It takes me back to the previous menu without anything happening.If there isn't a solution to this I will need to cancel my subscription... because it is sort of useless as of right now.How do I solve this?Marcelo.

A recipient has signed, approved, or delegated the agreement. This agreement cannot be modified.How do I modify our saved agreement in our library without having to redo the entire document?

Our office received a message from Adobe asking about data center migration which will occur on 8 April 2017 and wanted us to enter three questions in the Adobe Sign. Message as shown on the form:"Please review the following checklist and confirm that you have taken the required action to ensure your Adobe Sign account will continue towork after our data center migration on April 8, 2017...."We are not sure if it is fake because we never solicited Adobe for this type of service. We could not find a number to call someone to verify. Has anyone received the similar message?

HiI built a data map linking to the Adobe AGREEMENT entity. Selecting the appropriate attributes was fine and it allowed me to save. When I choose the mapping from the Agreement Entity screen I get the following error:When I go back to that Data Mapping screen, the entity has changed from the Adobe Agreement entity to the Microsoft CRM Agreement entity. The attributes are still from the Abode agreement entity.Please advise

Hi I recently changed IDs and am unable to use the send for signature.  It keeps popping up an error.  I changed from Julie@appliedimagination.com to business@appliedimagination.com.  Now, I can't send anything out.  Please advise.

Workflow functionality seems to be behind manual send functionality. Please add the enhanced functionality for a manual send to workflows. For example, add to workflows: "modify document in flight" and using "signer groups" where for example document is sent to X and Y  concurrently in workflow, but only one needs to sign before document moves to next level of workflow.

Is EchoSign compliant with 21 CFR Part 11?

Currently only allows to print to PDF one Adobe Sign document at a time, it would be more efficient if were able to select multiple adobe sign documents for print to PDF.

Hi,I am a fashion designer working for a company in Ireland. I want to purchase Photoshop and Illustrator but I wasn't sure what would be the most cost efficient way to get both programs. Should I purchase the 'Photography' package and then add on Illustrator as a single program or is there a deal when buying two programs? I would not use all of the programs so I don't want to pay for the full package when I wouldn't use them. Our business has a domestic and international company name that are different from one another. Is there a way to customize/assign users to one or the other? Right now our international users are sending documents that have our domestic company title and that won't work going forward. Thanks!

When my clients complete the Adobe sign forms, the text continues in one line in the text field. When I print out the form, I only see the text up until the edge of the page. I need the text field to word wrap so I can see everything typed.How do I do this? Please help.

Hello. 90% of our doc recipients have no trouble e-signing, and the others say they cannot do it. Do the recipients need to previously have an Adobe Sign account to e-sign? If that is the case, this application would not make much sense, as we would have to know this in advance... so the convenience would be cancelled out. If the receiver needs to print and physically sign because they do not have an account, why not just send an attachment?

When logging onto my AdobeSign account this message pops up, "You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator".This is extremely frustrating because I have been sending documents for almost a year now, and suddenly my right is revoked. I currently have many contracts out for signature and I have many more that I am waiting to send. I tried resolving the problem via chat, but nothing was fixed. It has been almost a week now. I need this fixed ASAP. I am currently logged in as my colleague, because I wasn't even able to log into to start discussion. However, I have no issue with logging into my AdobeSign account. Help!
