Adobe Acrobat Sign

Is there a way to make a signature field required only if a certain value is entered in a field and if the signature is required to have the document then routed to the person that would need to sign? I've attempted this but it two things happen: 1. Adobe Sign adds an ugly signature block at the bottom (there's actually documentaiton that this is supposed to happen for some reason). 2. The form goes to the conditional signee whether or not the value is entered. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.Thanks!

I'm trying to get Data Mapping & Merge Mapping to work with Salesforce & Sign. While the tutorial videos and documentation explain how to map fields using text tags (e.g. {{field_name_tag_id}}, it doesn't explain how this process works using Adobe Sign Document Templates.With Sign, you can just click and drag form fields onto the document itself, name them, assign properties, etc. But the documentation doesn't explain where or how to reference those fields in Salesforce. I've attempted to use the field name and reference that as a mapping, but no luck.I have yet to try using the field tags as mentioned in the documentation. I'm going to do that to confirm that I'm not missing anything else.I just wanted to know if it's possible to do field data/merge mappings from templates in Sign and how.Much appreciated!

I set up the proper tab order/work flow in my Acrobat form, and sent it to someone to fill out the fields and eSign. Adobe Sign completely re-ordered the tab order so that the flow didn't work well.  The tab order should remain undisturbed when converting from Acrobat to Adobe Sign

When editing a (or creating a new) Merge Mapping I can't seem to find any of the new custom fields I created a few days ago in salesforce under an existing custom object. The Adobe request e-signatures email suggestions is suggesting a personal email address instead of their business email address. I was able to delete the suggestion using the X to the right of the name on the web interface; however, the suggestion still comes up on the desktop application interface. I was hoping the change would propagate to the desktop app after a day, to no avail. I have also tried deleting the address from the list in the registery entry: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Workflows\cServices\cSendForSignature\cUser\taddressList; to no avail.Any idea how to get rid of this suggestion in the desktop app?

HI, is there a way that I can create a totally different dynamic "document" in the web form?Our scenario is, in the customer portal, we will display the contract with prefilled values. The customer will only sign it. When i tried to create a web form, Adobe is asking to upload a "document" which i believe is static document. But in our case, this document itself is dynamically changing (different company logos, property details, customer details, rates, etc.)Please help!

The flow was based on "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature"In SharePoint a user can select the record. Use the flow trigger that sends 2 sign agreements and a welcome letter. The agreements have dynamic values from the SharePoint record and have worked well until 2 days ago. The flows work but can not edit the flow or save the flow.   Also, in the Adobe "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature" action this is also throwing errors and if removed and saved the action will not open at all. Any idea what changed. Nothing on my side has changed.

Hello!I have an issue where one of my people uses Adobe Sign to send PDFs for signate (as expected), but when the recipient opens the document and then selects the option to download the document as a PDF file, the resulting file has "encrypted" in the name. Is there a way to configure things to download a file that is not using encryption? During the creation process, the checkbox to apply a password is left unchecked, so I am not sure where to exclude encryption comes into play because the recipient is being prompted to enter a password on the downloaded PDF file. Can someone offer guidance?

Has anybody tried importing the signature date/time into Dynamics 365? If so, can you share the format you used please? We have run out of ideas internally. Thanks in advance

What i want to know if is there a way of making the selected component work with objects that are not supported in the standard way such as 'Opportunity' 'Account'... etc. My businness requirement is to allow service agents to send documents from the Case screen. If i build a lookup relationship from Case to Agreements will it work?

ich habe ein Problem bei Adobe Acrobat 2017 für MacUnd zwar werden die Unterschriften für Dokumente immer in das Konto in die Cloud gespeichert. Jedesmal wenn man also versucht, die Unterschrift zu laden, dauert es 10 sekunden ca. Das ist natürlich blöd, wenn man das ca 40x am tag braucht. Bei dem alten Rechner war das nicht der Fall, da konnte das selbe Programm aber ohne die Anmeldung des Adobe Kontos genutzt werden. Das ist auf dem neuen Gerät nicht mehr möglich. Melde ich mich ab, werde ich dauerhaft aufgeordert mich anzumelden.Warum ist das so. Ich würde gerne eine Möglichkeit haben, wie auf dem alten Gerät ohne angemeldetes Konto zu arbeiten

I have created a Doument template with Fields and Signature and saved it as genric Template. my intention is to fill and send this template for signature using Rest API. Dear all,I need a quick help in resolving the following issue. I kept two text boxes to fill "Start Date" and "End Date" in a template. I want to keep a validation that "Start date should be lesser than the End date"  Ex: Start date: Jan 2021 End date: Aug 2021 (after Jan 2021). If someone fills before Jan 2021, it should ask them to enter it correctly. (Assume a case of someone fill their qualification/ work experience). Have tried so many options (If) conditions but it doesn't work. It shows a message but doesn't validate and we could save the form with the wrong entry along with the wrong message! Kindly help me out please! Thank you!

I applied a digital signature using the steps below, but I cannot confirm the signature information of other companies' software.① Sign using another company's digital signature using ``Use certificate'' and ``Digital certificate'' in Adobe Acrobat reader.②In Adobe Acrobat, request the recipient to sign from "Request electronic signature"③ After signing at the other party, a signed file is created.④ When you open the final file, the signature information is only Adobe, and you cannot confirm the signature information performed in ①. If you use Adobe Acrobat Sign, will other signature information be deleted?This time, since digital signatures have been registered with the government, we are responding using multiple applications.

When downloading the document that you sent for e-signatures, is there a way to also save the message that went along with it? I'd like a complete record of the message and document that was sent.

Hello,For the last couple days we have been trying to send documents out for e-signature and keep getting an error message.  It is saying that we've exceeded the page limit for our license and we are only sending out a one page document. We haven't changed anything on our account.  Please help!

Please cancel my plan. Adobe is making it impossible to cancel my subscription. There is no cancel button under manage plan. The chat agent ignores and leaves the chat every time I bring up cancellation, and I can’t reach an agent over the phone. There are multiple complaints from users regarding this issue. Hallo,wir haben ein Formular erstellt und in Adobe Sign hochgeladen. In diesem Formular ist eine Tabelle eingefügt und wir wollen mit Kontrollkästchen arbeiten. Heißt wenn das Kästchen ausgefüllt wird, soll auch gleich ein Betrag angezeigt werden. Besonderheit ist nur, dass wir 3 dieser Kästchen haben. Heißt, wenn nur 2 angehackt werden, soll von beiden den Betrag zusammengerechnet werden. Haben auch schon mit der if Formel gearbeitet, aber der Betrag wird nicht ausgerechnet. Wir hoffen, dass uns jemand helfen kann. Gerne können wir dann auch Scrennshots zur Verfügung stellen. gruß
